本发明公开了一种纤维增强多层结构板簧,包括弯曲的板簧本体,所述板簧一侧为凹部、另一侧为凸部,所述板簧两端具有安装耳,所述板簧为多层复合材料,包括金属丝网层、纤维塑料层、筋条层,以金属丝网层为中心,上下均熔接一层纤维塑料层,两层所述纤维塑料层外熔接一层筋条层,所述筋条层具有筋条,所述筋条延伸方向和板簧长度方向成斜角。本发明的复合结构全部一体化连接,抗弯、抗扭、抗拉强度增强的同时均匀分布,总体上增强了现有纤维增强塑料板簧的综合力学性能,适合用于重型机械、汽车等。

技术领域
本发明涉及连接紧固件领域,尤其涉及一种纤维增强多层结构板簧。
背景技术
板簧属于紧固件,细分属于弹簧一类,详细称钢板弹簧。属于紧固件的一种,供装在机器、设备的回弹部件,起着提供线性回弹力的作用,在汽车上板簧应用较为广泛,也有用于各种设备的专用板簧。对于汽车,通过悬挂车辆的运行机构,当车辆经受在车辆的运动期间发生的操作力时,向车辆提供稳定性。
板簧形式多种多样,发展也比较成熟,目前各种形状的板簧用于不同具体领域。运用复合材料或者复合结构的板簧已经使用多年,但在国内受限于工业基础不扎实、板簧成型技术不成熟、复合材料应用未曾深入研究等条件,目前成熟产品也尚未广泛投入使用。目前,纤维增强材料成为研究热点,将复合纤维用到板簧材料中,能够得到意想不到的优异效果,且能减重,特别适用于汽车、重型机械等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纤维增强多层结构板簧,以结构上的改良、各部件之间的配合增加其强度和抗弯、回弹性能,以克服现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种纤维增强多层结构板簧,包括弯曲的板簧本体,所述板簧一侧为凹部、另一侧为凸部,所述板簧两端具有安装耳,所述板簧为多层复合材料,包括金属丝网层、纤维塑料层、筋条层,以金属丝网层为中心,上下均熔接一层纤维塑料层,两层所述纤维塑料层外熔接一层筋条层,所述筋条层具有筋条,所述筋条延伸方向和板簧长度方向成斜角。
作为优选,所述金属丝网层的材质为不锈钢。不锈钢作为金属丝网骨架合适且具有足够的强度,相比纯金属的板簧其组合结构重量还轻。
作为优选,所述纤维塑料层和筋条层的材质为含有碳纤维或玻璃纤维的热固性塑料。含有碳纤维或玻璃纤维的热固性塑料是制作板簧的最合适材料,具有高强度、轻量化的特点。
作为优选,所述筋条延伸方向和板簧长度方向成10~30°的斜角。筋条和板簧总体方向少有偏转,斜向为了抗弯的同时抗扭转。
作为优选,所述金属丝网层部分嵌入安装耳,且纤维塑料层与安装耳一体熔接。安装耳一体化的设计使得安装牢靠。
作为优选,所述筋条的截面为“工”字形。工字型筋条抗弯和抗扭强度均较好。
进一步,所述纤维塑料层包含以下重量份的组分:
碳纤维 0-20份
玻璃纤维 25-45份
氮化硼 0.2-3份
碳化硅 0.2-2份
高岭土 3-15份
环氧树脂 15-20份
聚酰胺 2-12份
ABS树脂 5-12份
酚醛树脂 25-30份
交联剂 2-8份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明结构简单、多层结构强度可靠、抗弯变形和扭转变形。板簧体的结构设计独特,丝网层、纤维塑料层和筋条层配合紧密各有作用,筋条形成的“工”字形结构抗扭转变形;熔合接法一体化,连接强度均匀可靠;作为板簧体的主要层的材质,纤维塑料层的配方具有很高的力学性能。本发明的复合结构全部一体化连接,抗弯、抗扭、抗拉强度增强的同时均匀分布,总体上增强了现有纤维增强塑料板簧的综合力学性能,适合用于重型机械、汽车等。

如图1,一种纤维增强多层结构板簧,包括弯曲的板簧本体1,所述板簧一侧为凹部11、另一侧为凸部12,所述板簧1两端具有安装耳2,所述板簧1为多层复合材料,包括金属丝网层3、纤维塑料层4、筋条层5,以金属丝网层1为中心,上下均熔接一层纤维塑料层4,两层纤维塑料层4也透过金属网孔熔接,所述金属丝网层3部分嵌入安装耳2,且纤维塑料层4与安装耳2一体熔接,两层所述纤维塑料层4外熔接一层筋条层5,所述筋条层5具有筋条51,所述筋条51的截面为“工”字形,所述筋条51延伸方向和板簧长度方向成10~30°的斜角;
所述金属丝网层3的材质为316L不锈钢,所述纤维塑料层4和筋条层5的材质为含有碳纤维或玻璃纤维的热固性塑料;
所述纤维塑料层包含以下重量份的组分:
碳纤维 0-20份
玻璃纤维 25-45份
氮化硼 0.2-3份
碳化硅 0.2-2份
高岭土 3-15份
环氧树脂 15-20份
聚酰胺 2-12份
ABS树脂 5-12份
酚醛树脂 25-30份
交联剂 2-8份。

1.一种纤维增强多层结构板簧,其特征在于,包括弯曲的板簧本体,所述板簧一侧为凹部、另一侧为凸部,所述板簧两端具有安装耳,所述板簧为多层复合材料,包括金属丝网层、纤维塑料层、筋条层,以金属丝网层为中心,上下均熔接一层纤维塑料层,两层所述纤维塑料层外熔接一层筋条层,所述筋条层具有筋条,所述筋条延伸方向和板簧长度方向成斜角;所述金属丝网层的材质为不锈钢;所述纤维塑料层和筋条层的材质为含有碳纤维或玻璃纤维的热固性塑料;所述筋条延伸方向和板簧长度方向成10~30°的斜角;所述金属丝网层部分嵌入安装耳,且纤维塑料层与安装耳一体熔接;
所述纤维塑料层包含以下重量份的组分:
碳纤维 0-20份
玻璃纤维 25-45份
氮化硼 0.2-3份
碳化硅 0.2-2份
高岭土 3-15份
环氧树脂 15-20份
聚酰胺 2-12份
ABS树脂 5-12份
酚醛树脂 25-30份
交联剂 2-8份。
