一种复合造纸毡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种造纸毡,尤其涉及一种复合造纸毡。
背景技术
传统的造纸毡执行从湿纸幅中脱水,增大湿纸幅的平滑性和传递湿纸幅的任务,毡的基本功能是平衡这些任务,当湿纸幅经过成对的压辊之间时,湿纸幅中的湿气由于被施加的压力而移向毡,并然后从毡的后面排放或由造纸机器的吸收盒吸入且排放到毡系统之外,因此,透水性和在对已被施加压力压缩的毡消除压力时恢复而不扁平化的功能是毡的重要特征。随着造纸机器的更高操作速度和挤压部分中通过辊压或靴压施加的更高压力(这是由于造纸工业的生产率增加所致),毡应用环境近年来已变得越来越严酷。结果,存在造纸毡在高压下扁平化、透水性和抗扁性或类似物减小、挤水能力显著恶化等问题。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复合造纸毡。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种复合造纸毡,由下至上依次包括基层、纤维层、耐磨层和增强层,所述基层、纤维层、耐磨层和增强层的边缘通过针刺堆叠,所述基层由第一细纱、第二细纱和第三细纱组成,所述第一细纱、第二细纱和第三细纱交织而成。
进一步的,所述第二细纱位于第一细纱和第三细纱的中部,所述第一细纱和第三细纱交织的第二细纱上。
进一步的,所述纤维层为棉絮纤维层。
进一步的,所述耐磨层为钢丝网层。
进一步的,所述增强层为竹炭纤维层。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用便捷,增强材料为竹炭纤维,使得因此湿纸幅的平滑性进一步增大,纤维层能增强挤水能力,耐久性高,由于基层与棉絮纤维的结合较强,因而棉絮纤维层抗损性高。

如图1所示的一种复合造纸毡,由下至上依次包括基层1、纤维层2、耐磨层3和增强层4,基层1、纤维层2、耐磨层3和增强层4的边缘通过针刺堆叠,基层1由第一细纱、第二细纱和第三细纱组成,第一细纱、第二细纱和第三细纱交织而成,第二细纱位于第一细纱和第三细纱的中部,第一细纱和第三细纱交织的第二细纱上,纤维层2为棉絮纤维层,耐磨层3为钢丝网层,增强层4为竹炭纤维层。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用便捷,增强材料为竹炭纤维,使得因此湿纸幅的平滑性进一步增大,纤维层能增强挤水能力,耐久性高,由于基层与棉絮纤维的结合较强,因而棉絮纤维层抗损性高。

1.一种复合造纸毡,其特征在于:由下至上依次包括基层、纤维层、耐磨层和增强层,所述基层、纤维层、耐磨层和增强层的边缘通过针刺堆叠,所述基层由第一细纱、第二细纱和第三细纱组成,所述第一细纱、第二细纱和第三细纱交织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合造纸毡,其特征在于:所述第二细纱位于第一细纱和第三细纱的中部,所述第一细纱和第三细纱交织的第二细纱上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合造纸毡,其特征在于:所述纤维层为棉絮纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合造纸毡,其特征在于:所述耐磨层为钢丝网层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合造纸毡,其特征在于:所述增强层为竹炭纤维层。
