技术领域
本发明涉及一种产后尿潴留的治疗药物，特别涉及以中医中药的治疗药物，属于医学技术领域。
背景技术
一般产妇在产后4—6小时内就能自己排尿，如果产后6小时以上不能自动排尿，而且膀胱涨满，称为产后尿潴留。
产后尿潴留的病因：1、女性产后会阴侧切或会阴撕裂造成外阴创伤疼痛，使支配膀胱的神经功能紊乱，反射性地引起膀胱括约肌痉挛而发生产后尿潴留。2、产妇不习惯在床上排尿，或者由于外阴创伤，惧怕疼痛而不敢用力排尿，导致尿潴留。3、女性产前或产程中应用大剂量的解痉镇静药，如妊娠高血压综合征应用硫酸镁、莨菪类等药物，降低膀胱张力而引起尿潴留。4、腹壁由于妊娠时持久扩张，产后发生松弛，腹压下降，无力排尿。5、产程较长（尤其是第二产程）而未及时排尿，膀胱和尿道受胎先露压迫过久，导致膀胱、尿道粘膜充血水肿，张力变低而发生尿潴留。
产后尿潴留的疗法：1、多喝水，使尿量增加。2、克服怕痛心理，争取早日下床，自行排尿。3、多坐少睡。4、躺在床上容易降低排尿的敏感度，有可能阻碍尿液的排出。5、顺产产妇，可以在产后6～8小时坐起来；剖宫产的产妇可以在术后24小时坐起来。6、听流水声。利用条件反射，促使排尿。7、热敷。在下腹部热敷刺激膀胱收缩，或者在便盆内放热水，产妇坐在上面，使热气上熏会阴部。8、通大便法。用开塞露一只，置入肛门，有便意时排大便，一般尿液会随大便排出。9、如果自行进行简易的治疗后无效，应该在医生的指导下，严格进行消毒导尿，必要时留置尿管，每隔3～4小时排一次尿，1～2天后拔除尿管，通常就能恢复排尿功能了。
产后尿潴留的穴位疗法：葱泥穴位贴敷法：采用葱白3根，加食盐4g～6 g，捣烂为葱泥，将葱泥均匀贴敷于脐下气海穴及关元穴，其范围以8cm×8cm为宜。葱泥上可覆盖塑料薄膜，其上置热水袋热敷，以促使葱泥局部渗透发挥作用。
产后尿潴留的指穴疗法：指压穴位法：将病人置于蹲坐位，用左手扶在病人的腰部，右手以拇指按压关元穴，由腹部向后(脊柱方向)向下由轻到重地按压，同时嘱病人下腹部放松屏气并用力解除小便，直至小便排空方可停止按压，总有效率达80.8%。也有人将病人置于仰卧位，采用此法治疗产后尿潴留显效率达89.1%。
发明内容
以中医学理论分析，产后尿潴留为产后损伤胞宫络脉，出血过多，肝肾亏虚，气弱血虚，应以健脾养肝、补肾益精、清肝活血、补气益血之中药结合治疗。
产后尿潴留的治疗药物是按下面各中药质量份比组合而成：黄柏15份、黄芪15份、山药20份、桑葚子15份、水蛭15份、熟地15份、海藻10份、田基黄15份、党参15份、红枣10份、牛膝18份、鳖甲15份、金钱草15份，甘草7份。
下面分析产后尿潴留的治疗药物中各中药的药性功效：黄柏性味苦寒，有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮之功效；用于湿热泻痢，黄疸，带下，热淋，脚气，痿痹，骨蒸劳热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹瘙痒。黄芪有补气、养血、益中功效，适用于内伤劳倦、脾虚泄泻、气虚、血虚、气衰等症。山药，也称淮山，淮山药、怀山药等；因其营养丰富、味道鲜美，食药两用， 山药味甘，性平；归肺、脾、肾经，能补脾；养肺；固肾；益精。桑葚子既可入食，又可入药，中医认为桑葚味甘酸，性微寒，入心、肝、肾经，为滋补强壮、养心益智佳果；具有补血滋阴，生津止渴，解毒息风，清肝明目、润肠燥、提高人体免疫力等功效，主治阴血不足而致的头晕目眩，耳鸣心悸，烦躁失眠，腰膝酸软，须发早白，消渴口干，大便干结等症。 水蛭，俗名蚂蟥，味咸，色黑，气腐，性平；为其味成，故善入血分；为其原为噬血之物，故善破血，具有治疗中风、高血压、清瘀、闭经、跌打损伤等功效。熟地补血滋润；益精填髓；用于血虚萎黄；眩晕心悸；月经不调；崩不止；肝肾阴亏；潮热盗汗；崩漏下血；腰膝酸软；耳鸣耳聋；头目昏花；须发早白；消渴；便秘；肾虚喘促。海藻中有保护血管弹性海藻中含有大量的能明显降低血液中胆固醇含量的碘，常食有利于维持心血管系统的功能，使血管富有弹性，从而保障皮肤营养的正常供应。田基黄：性味甘、淡，微寒；具有清热利湿、 清热解毒、 消肿止痛的作用。党参功效：健脾和胃、润肺益阴、 补中益气、补气养血。红枣中的维生素P含量为所有果蔬之冠，其具有维持毛细血管通透性，改善微循环从而预防动脉硬化的作用。还可以调节人体代谢、增强免疫力、抗炎、抗变态反应、降低血糖和胆固醇含量等作用；所含芦丁有保护毛细血管通畅、防止血管壁脆性增加。鳖甲平、味甘;归肝经；功效：具有滋阴凉血、补益调中、补肾健骨、散结消痞等作用；可防治身虚体弱、肝脾肿大、肺结核等症。金钱草清热利尿，利水通淋。甘草，味甘甜，性平和，入心、脾、肺、胃经；生用偏凉，可泻火解毒，缓急止痛，炙用偏温，能散表寒，补中益气；甘草还善于调和药性，解百药之毒。
产后尿潴留的治疗药物有益效果是：产后尿潴留的治疗药物通过分析产后尿潴留为产后损伤胞宫络脉，出血过多，肝肾亏虚，气弱血虚，采取以健脾养肝、补肾益精、清肝活血、补气益血之中药结合作为治疗药物；效果明显。
