Abstract
一种鱼饲料的制作方法,它是以粉碎后的废弃的食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母按质量比充分混匀,再经过发酵制备而成。本发明的制备的鱼饲料富含氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、脂类、维生素、矿质元素、核苷酸、K、Ca、Mg、S、P等多种营养成分,还富含Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ba、Sr、Al、Cr、Ni、Na、se、Ge等微量元素,且安全环保,无任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种鱼殖饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着渔业行业的快速兴起,越来越多的人开始关注淡水养殖。从最开始的普通池塘养殖,发展到现在的工厂化养鱼池、家庭庭院水池、河渠水库等多种养殖方式,产量也不断上升。据资料显示,2015年我国淡水鱼类养殖产量已达3000万吨。养鱼行业的快速发展,使得鱼饲料的需求量大增。此外,随着生活水平提高,人越来越关注食品质量。因此,开发营养丰富、健康、安全的鱼饲料符合渔业产业的发展需求。
废弃食用菌是食用菌在采集过程中留下的边角料,常备作为废弃物质直接丢弃。但其富含氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、脂类、维生素、矿质元素、核苷酸等多种营养成分。据资料显示,食用菌中粗蛋白质含量为其干重的13%~46%之间,明显高于蔬菜和粮食作物,可与豆类作物媲美。食用菌粗蛋白质中所含氨基酸种类也比较齐全,所含氨基酸种类高达17~18种,包括人体所必须的8种氨基酸,而这8种人体营养所必需氨基酸占其总氨基酸总量的30%~50%。此外,食用菌中还含有丰富的矿质元素和维生素。食用菌中除了含有人体必需的大量元素K、Ca、Mg、S、P外,还含有人体必需的微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ba、Sr、Al、Cr、Ni、Na、se、Ge等元素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鱼饲料的制作方法,该饲料营养丰富,富含蛋白质、氨基酸等营养物质。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术措施实现的:
一种鱼饲料,所述鱼饲料是以废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等按一定质量比充分混匀,添加酵母后发酵而成。
所述鱼饲料制备过程如下:
(1)将收集的香菇、蘑菇、鸡腿菇、大球盖菇、草菇、木耳、红菇、松口蘑(松茸)、口蘑、紫色灵芝等中高档食用菌中的一种或几种废弃食用菌粉碎至粒径1~2cm;
(2)将粉碎后的废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母按质量比25~35:20~30:10~15:15~25:5~10:10~15:3~8:3~8:1~5的比例充分混匀,在20~30℃条件下发酵5~10天,发酵期间控制混合物含水量在50%~60%;
(3)发酵结束后,可以直接投放到鱼池,也可以利用粘合剂制成颗粒状饲料再投放。
优选地,所述鱼饲料是由以下质量比例原料发酵而成:废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母按质量比25~30:20~25:10~15:15~20:5~10:10~15:3~8:3~8:1~5的比例充分混匀;
优选地,所述鱼饲料是由以下质量比例原料发酵而成:废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母按质量比25:25:12:15:5:10:3:3:2的比例充分混匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明制备的鱼饲料富含氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、脂类、维生素、矿质元素、核苷酸、K、Ca、Mg、S、P等多种营养成分,还富含Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ba、Sr、Al、Cr、Ni、Na、se、Ge等微量元素,且本发明制备的鱼饲料原料均安全环保,无任何副作用,以此喂养的鱼品质较高。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述发明内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
一种鱼饲料,其制备过程如下:
(1)将收集的香菇、蘑菇、鸡腿菇、大球盖菇、草菇、木耳、红菇、松口蘑(松茸)、口蘑、紫色灵芝等中高档食用菌中的一种或几种废弃食用菌粉碎至粒径1~2cm;
(2)将粉碎后的废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母按质量比25:25:12:15:5:10:3:3:2的比例充分混匀,在20~30℃条件下发酵5~10天,发酵期间控制混合物含水量在50%~60%;
(3)发酵结束后,可以直接投放到鱼池,也可以利用粘合剂制成颗粒状饲料再投放。
实施例2
一种鱼饲料,其制备过程如下:
(1)将收集的香菇、蘑菇、鸡腿菇、大球盖菇、草菇、木耳、红菇、松口蘑(松茸)、口蘑、紫色灵芝等中高档食用菌中的一种或几种废弃食用菌粉碎至粒径1~2cm;
(2)将粉碎后的废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母按质量比30:20:12:10:5:15:3:3:2的比例充分混匀,在20~30℃条件下发酵5~10天,发酵期间控制混合物含水量在50%~60%;
(3)发酵结束后,可以直接投放到鱼池,也可以利用粘合剂制成颗粒状饲料再投放。
为了验证本发明的养殖效果,进行了以下实验:
实验时选取规模大小相同的人工鱼池,每个鱼池均投放10条0.25kg左右的草鱼育苗,每日投料2次,上午和傍晚各投一次,投加量为鱼体重的15%。鱼池1投放本发明实施例1所制备的鱼饲料;鱼池2投放本发明实施例2所制备的鱼饲料;鱼池3为对照组,按照普通池塘养殖方式进行饲养,以配合饲料和黑麦草为饲料。实验期间采用活水养殖,每1个月用生石灰水消毒,每天定期曝气1小时,每隔15天定期清除残留在水体底部的饲料残渣。
饲养半年后排水打捞,分析鱼的品质。实验结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组1草鱼粗蛋白质增加22.1%、实验组2草鱼粗蛋白增加20.7%,实验组1粗脂肪降低27.7%、实验组2粗脂肪降低25.1%;实验组1鱼肉中粗蛋白中的鲜味氨基酸、甘氨酸分别增加18.4%、19.3%,实验组2鱼肉中粗蛋白中的鲜味氨基酸、甘氨酸分别增加16.1%、17.7%,与对照相比均差异显著。
Claims (3)
1.一种鱼饲料,其特征在于:所述鱼饲料是以废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜、酵母等按一定质量比充分混匀,在20~30℃条件下发酵5~10天制备而成,发酵期间控制混合物含水量在50%~60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鱼饲料,其特征在于:所述废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母是按质量比25~35:20~30:10~15:15~25:5~10:10~15:3~8:3~8:1~5的比例混合发酵而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鱼饲料,其特征在于:所述废弃食用菌、豆渣、鱼骨粉、菜饼、麦麸、酒糟、饲料用无机盐、大蒜等、酵母是按质量比25:25:12:15:5:10:3:3:2的比例混合发酵而成。
