本发明公开了一种牛羊用酵素饲料,包括以下原料:黄粉虫酵素液20份、果蔬酵素液20份、稻草粉100份、小麦粉40份、燕麦粉40份、米糠粉50份、玉米粉30份、土豆粉25份、超细微矿石粉10份、超细微骨粉15份、鸡蛋清10份、花生粕25份、菜籽饼25份、海藻粉20份、木香10份、麦麸3份、复合维生素5份、不饱和脂肪酸5份、食盐5份、富硒酵母12份、以及茶皂苷0.08份。本发明还公开了一种牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法。本发明的牛羊用酵素饲料能提高牛羊的食欲、采食量和抗病性,同时提高牛羊肉含硒量、减少牛羊肉的重金属含量,能够显著提高牛羊的食用价值和养殖户的经济收入。

本发明涉及饲料领域,具体涉及一种牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
黄粉虫作为一种优质的昆虫蛋白资源、多种饲料用维生素、动物消化酵素、抵抗疫病小肽、微量元素及矿物质的载体资源,对牛羊养殖的营养补充、增强消化、抵抗疾病、促进生长具有极强的作用,能为牛羊快捷补充所需基础营养元素,促进动物生长;提高牛羊采食量,促进牛羊对饲料的消化吸收,提高饲料转化率,降低料比;激活和增强牛羊免疫系统的功能,全面提高牛羊的抗病能力,缓解外界不良环境对牛羊的应激;杀灭病菌,抵抗病毒侵袭的功效,对有关病菌等有效的杀菌能力,能够明显降低动物的发病率;目前市场上各种名目的饲料添加剂极多,功能各异,但是采用黄粉虫为原料,采用纯生物技术来生产富含抗菌肽、多种氨基酸和微量元素且不含任何化学防腐剂的产品,市场上到目前还未发现。

本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,其能提高牛羊的抗病能力和生长速度,同时提高牛羊肉含硒量、减少牛羊肉的重金属含量,能够显著提高牛羊的食用价值和养殖户的经济收入。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种牛羊用酵素饲料,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黄粉虫酵素液20份、果蔬酵素液20份、稻草粉100份、小麦粉40份、燕麦粉40份、米糠粉50份、玉米粉30份、土豆粉25份、超细微矿石粉10份、超细微骨粉15份、鸡蛋清10份、花生粕25份、菜籽饼25份、海藻粉20份、木香10份、麦麸3份、复合维生素5份、不饱和脂肪酸5份、食盐5份、富硒酵母12份、以及茶皂苷0.08份;
其中,所述黄粉虫酵素液的制备方法为:取鲜活黄粉虫,冲洗干净,得黄粉虫原料;将发酵罐罐内温度调节至50℃,将纯净水加热至沸腾再自然降温至50℃,倒入发酵罐内,再加入占纯净水体积1/3的黄粉虫原料进发酵罐内,然后加入占黄粉虫原料质量0.3%的第一复合酶和占黄粉虫原料质量0.1%的第一酵素菌,得到第一混合物,所述第一复合酶包括质量比为1.2:0.8:0.5的胃蛋白酶、胰酶、木瓜蛋白酶,所述第一酵素菌包括质量比为2.5:1.2:0.8的酵母菌、芽孢杆菌、革兰氏阳性球菌;将第一混合物在发酵罐内预发酵3h后,调节发酵罐温度至40℃,之后每隔2h搅拌一次第一混合物8min,持续发酵至第一混合物中的黄粉虫原料完全液化,得所述黄粉虫酵素液;
所述果蔬酵素液的制备方法为:将新鲜的果蔬,苹果、梨子、西瓜、胡萝卜、番茄、以及黄瓜按质量比5:3:2:2:2:1洗净后碾压破碎、搅拌混合得到果蔬发酵料,将发酵罐罐内温度调节至45℃,将纯净水加热至沸腾再自然降温至45℃,倒入发酵罐内,再加入占纯净水体积2/3的果蔬发酵料进发酵罐内,然后加入占果蔬发酵料质量0.2%的第二复合酶、占果蔬发酵料质量0.1%的第二酵素菌、以及占果蔬发酵料质量0.1%的低聚果糖,得到第二混合物,所述第二复合酶包括质量比为1.5:1.2:0.7的果胶酶、纤维素酶、葡聚糖酶,所述第二酵素菌包括质量比为2.8:1.5:0.8的酵母菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸菌;将第二混合物在发酵罐内预发酵2h后,调节发酵罐温度至35℃,之后每隔2h搅拌一次第一混合物10min,持续发酵至第二混合物中的果蔬发酵料完全液化,得所述果蔬酵素液。
一种牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述重量份数的稻草粉、小麦粉、燕麦粉、米糠粉、玉米粉、土豆粉、鸡蛋清、花生粕、菜籽饼、海藻粉、以及富硒酵母混合后置于发酵罐中进行厌氧发酵,温度保持在40℃,发酵时间为72h,得到第三混合物;发酵期间每隔6h加入一次5重量份的营养液,发酵完成后,取出、烘干,经紫外杀菌,得到第四混合物;其中,所述营养液包括以下重量份的原料组成:柠檬酸肽3份、壳聚糖4份、大蒜素4份、甘氨酸1.5份、谷氨酸1.2份、水溶性维生素4份、以及水150份;
S2、将上述重量份数的超细微矿石粉、超细微骨粉混合后浸泡于含有赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸的混合溶液中浸泡48h,取出干燥得到第四混合物;
S3、将上述重量份数的木香放清水内洗净,捞出,闷润12h使木香软化,再切成5mm左右小段木香,然后将炒锅烧热,均匀撒入上述重量份数的麦麸,用文火加热,炒至起烟时将切好的小段木香投入锅内,炒至深黄色,见有焦斑时,停止加热,摊凉至室温,得麸炒木香;
S4、将S3中得到的麸炒木香与上述重量份数的复合维生素、不饱和脂肪酸、食盐、以及茶皂苷加入到S2中的第四混合物中进行搅拌,然后放入烘干机在进行烘干处理,使得含水量为25%,得到第五混合物;
S5、将S4中的第五混合物中制成颗粒饲料,再于通风阴凉处晾干,即制得所述牛羊用酵素饲料。
优选的是,S1中所述不饱和脂肪酸包括质量比为3:1:2.5:1.8的油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、以及花生四烯酸。
优选的是,S2中的混合溶液中赖氨酸的含量为80g/L、蛋氨酸的含量为65g/L、色氨酸的含量为55g/L、苏氨酸的含量为40g/L。
优选的是,所述水溶性维生素包括维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸和胆碱。
优选的是,S4中烘干处理期间,烘干温度控制在45℃左右。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
第一、本发明的饲料中含有黄粉虫酵素液,黄粉虫酵素液中含有特有的甲壳素和抗菌肽等物质,这些物质都属于天然的抗生素,有很好的广谱杀菌、消毒功能,能有效提高牛羊的抗病能力;同时黄粉虫酵素液还含有丰富的可供牛羊类轻易吸收的各种氨基酸和微量元素,能显著促进牛羊类的生长发育;
第二、牛羊在生活中极易将重金属吸收进体内,而饲料中添加富硒酵母,富硒酵母中的硒对重金属有很强的亲和力与重金属结台形成重金属-硒-蛋白质复台物,从而使重金属得到解毒和排泄,对汞、镉、铅等都有很好的解毒作用;
第三、麸炒木香中的木香中含有去氢木香内酯、木香烯内酯、木香萜醛、4β-甲氧基去氢木香内酯、木香内酯、二氢木香内酯等一系列具有芳香味的油脂,其与麦麸炒制后能将中的这些油脂释放出来,使得麸炒木香具有牛羊所喜欢的芳香味,显著促进牛羊的开口进食;同时麸炒木香还具有用于牛羊进食后有脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀痛,能理气疏肝、健脾消滞,可调胃肠滞气,辛温香散,具有健脾消食之功效;
第四、超细微矿石粉和超细微骨粉颗粒粒径小,比表面积增大,具有丰富的微孔结构,从而将赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸的混合氨基酸液吸附并存储,完整地保存在其内部孔隙结构中,在牛羊食用饲料的过程中,缓慢释放谷各种氨基酸,饲料中蛋氨酸不足时,会限制瘤胃微生物对蛋白质的合成,直接影响到牛羊毛发的生长。

一种牛羊用酵素饲料,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黄粉虫酵素液20份、果蔬酵素液20份、稻草粉100份、小麦粉40份、燕麦粉40份、米糠粉50份、玉米粉30份、土豆粉25份、超细微矿石粉10份、超细微骨粉15份、鸡蛋清10份、花生粕25份、菜籽饼25份、海藻粉20份、木香10份、麦麸3份、复合维生素5份、不饱和脂肪酸5份、食盐5份、富硒酵母12份、以及茶皂苷0.08份;
其中,所述黄粉虫酵素液的制备方法为:取鲜活黄粉虫,冲洗干净,得黄粉虫原料;将发酵罐罐内温度调节至50℃,将纯净水加热至沸腾再自然降温至50℃,倒入发酵罐内,再加入占纯净水体积1/3的黄粉虫原料进发酵罐内,然后加入占黄粉虫原料质量0.3%的第一复合酶和占黄粉虫原料质量0.1%的第一酵素菌,得到第一混合物,所述第一复合酶包括质量比为1.2:0.8:0.5的胃蛋白酶、胰酶、木瓜蛋白酶,所述第一酵素菌包括质量比为2.5:1.2:0.8的酵母菌、芽孢杆菌、革兰氏阳性球菌;将第一混合物在发酵罐内预发酵3h后,调节发酵罐温度至40℃,之后每隔2h搅拌一次第一混合物8min,持续发酵至第一混合物中的黄粉虫原料完全液化,得所述黄粉虫酵素液;

S1、将上述重量份数的稻草粉、小麦粉、燕麦粉、米糠粉、玉米粉、土豆粉、鸡蛋清、花生粕、菜籽饼、海藻粉、以及富硒酵母混合后置于发酵罐中进行厌氧发酵,温度保持在40℃,发酵时间为72h,得到第三混合物;发酵期间每隔6h加入一次5重量份的营养液,发酵完成后,取出、烘干,经紫外杀菌,得到第四混合物;其中,所述营养液包括以下重量份的原料组成:柠檬酸肽3份、壳聚糖4份、大蒜素4份、甘氨酸1.5份、谷氨酸1.2份、水溶性维生素4份、以及水150份;
S2、将上述重量份数的超细微矿石粉、超细微骨粉混合后浸泡于含有赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸的混合溶液中浸泡48h,取出干燥得到第四混合物;
S3、将上述重量份数的木香放清水内洗净,捞出,闷润12h使木香软化,再切成5mm左右小段木香,然后将炒锅烧热,均匀撒入上述重量份数的麦麸,用文火加热,炒至起烟时将切好的小段木香投入锅内,炒至深黄色,见有焦斑时,停止加热,摊凉至室温,得麸炒木香;
S4、将S3中得到的麸炒木香与上述重量份数的复合维生素、不饱和脂肪酸、食盐、以及茶皂苷加入到S2中的第四混合物中进行搅拌,然后放入烘干机在进行烘干处理,使得含水量为25%,得到第五混合物;
S5、将S4中的第五混合物中制成颗粒饲料,再于通风阴凉处晾干,即制得所述牛羊用酵素饲料;
S1中所述不饱和脂肪酸包括质量比为3:1:2.5:1.8的油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、以及花生四烯酸;
S2中的混合溶液中赖氨酸的含量为80g/L、蛋氨酸的含量为65g/L、色氨酸的含量为55g/L、苏氨酸的含量为40g/L;
所述水溶性维生素包括维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸和胆碱;
S4中烘干处理期间,烘干温度控制在45℃左右。
<对比试验>
对比例1:市场上销售的常规的牛羊饲料。
对比例2:不添加黄粉虫酵素液,其余部分与实施例中的一致,制得的牛羊饲料。
对比例3:不添加富硒酵母,其余部分与实施例中的一致,制得的牛羊饲料。
对比例4:不添加麸炒木香,其余部分与实施例中的一致,制得的牛羊饲料。
对比例5:不将超细微羊骨粉浸泡在赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸的混合氨基酸液中,其余部分与实施例中的一致,制得的牛羊饲料。
对比例6:不添加不饱和脂肪酸,其余部分与实施例中的一致,制得的牛羊饲料。
在羊圈中进行羊养殖试验,在七个养殖圈(养殖圈一、养殖圈二、养殖圈三、养殖圈四、养殖圈五、养殖圈六、养殖圈七)中分别饲养20头重量在10kg左右的羊。在养殖圈一使用实施例中的饲料,在养殖圈二使用对比例1的饲料,在养殖圈三使用对比例2的饲料,在养殖圈四使用对比例3的饲料,在养殖圈五使用对比例4的饲料,在养殖圈六使用对比例5的饲料,在养殖圈七使用对比例6的饲料,养殖90天后统计各养殖圈内羊的生病率、增重率、羊肉含硒量、以及羊肉重金属含量(电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法检测牛羊肉中Cu、Cd、Cr和Pb的总含量),结果见表1。

由表1可知,实施例中的羊的生病率和羊肉的重金属含量较对比例1~6要明显降低,实施例中的羊的增重率和羊肉含硒量明显高于对比例1~6,因此,本发明的饲料能够明显提高牛羊的抗病能力和生长速度,同时提高牛羊肉的含硒量,降低牛羊肉的重金属含量,本发明的牛羊用酵素饲料是一种优秀的牛羊饲料。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (6)
1.一种牛羊用酵素饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黄粉虫酵素液20份、果蔬酵素液20份、稻草粉100份、小麦粉40份、燕麦粉40份、米糠粉50份、玉米粉30份、土豆粉25份、超细微矿石粉10份、超细微骨粉15份、鸡蛋清10份、花生粕25份、菜籽饼25份、海藻粉20份、木香10份、麦麸3份、复合维生素5份、不饱和脂肪酸5份、食盐5份、富硒酵母12份、以及茶皂苷0.08份;
其中,所述黄粉虫酵素液的制备方法为:取鲜活黄粉虫,冲洗干净,得黄粉虫原料;将发酵罐罐内温度调节至50℃,将纯净水加热至沸腾再自然降温至50℃,倒入发酵罐内,再加入占纯净水体积1/3的黄粉虫原料进发酵罐内,然后加入占黄粉虫原料质量0.3%的第一复合酶和占黄粉虫原料质量0.1%的第一酵素菌,得到第一混合物,所述第一复合酶包括质量比为1.2:0.8:0.5的胃蛋白酶、胰酶、木瓜蛋白酶,所述第一酵素菌包括质量比为2.5:1.2:0.8的酵母菌、芽孢杆菌、革兰氏阳性球菌;将第一混合物在发酵罐内预发酵3h后,调节发酵罐温度至40℃,之后每隔2h搅拌一次第一混合物8min,持续发酵至第一混合物中的黄粉虫原料完全液化,得所述黄粉虫酵素液;
所述果蔬酵素液的制备方法为:将新鲜的果蔬,苹果、梨子、西瓜、胡萝卜、番茄、以及黄瓜按质量比5:3:2:2:2:1洗净后碾压破碎、搅拌混合得到果蔬发酵料,将发酵罐罐内温度调节至45℃,将纯净水加热至沸腾再自然降温至45℃,倒入发酵罐内,再加入占纯净水体积2/3的果蔬发酵料进发酵罐内,然后加入占果蔬发酵料质量0.2%的第二复合酶、占果蔬发酵料质量0.1%的第二酵素菌、以及占果蔬发酵料质量0.1%的低聚果糖,得到第二混合物,所述第二复合酶包括质量比为1.5:1.2:0.7的果胶酶、纤维素酶、葡聚糖酶,所述第二酵素菌包括质量比为2.8:1.5:0.8的酵母菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸菌;将第二混合物在发酵罐内预发酵2h后,调节发酵罐温度至35℃,之后每隔2h搅拌一次第一混合物10min,持续发酵至第二混合物中的果蔬发酵料完全液化,得所述果蔬酵素液。
2.如权利要求1所述的牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述重量份数的稻草粉、小麦粉、燕麦粉、米糠粉、玉米粉、土豆粉、鸡蛋清、花生粕、菜籽饼、海藻粉、以及富硒酵母混合后置于发酵罐中进行厌氧发酵,温度保持在40℃,发酵时间为72h,得到第三混合物;发酵期间每隔6h加入一次5重量份的营养液,发酵完成后,取出、烘干,经紫外杀菌,得到第四混合物;其中,所述营养液包括以下重量份的原料组成:柠檬酸肽3份、壳聚糖4份、大蒜素4份、甘氨酸1.5份、谷氨酸1.2份、水溶性维生素4份、以及水150份;
S2、将上述重量份数的超细微矿石粉、超细微骨粉混合后浸泡于含有赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸的混合溶液中浸泡48h,取出干燥得到第四混合物;
S3、将上述重量份数的木香放清水内洗净,捞出,闷润12h使木香软化,再切成5mm左右小段木香,然后将炒锅烧热,均匀撒入上述重量份数的麦麸,用文火加热,炒至起烟时将切好的小段木香投入锅内,炒至深黄色,见有焦斑时,停止加热,摊凉至室温,得麸炒木香;
S4、将S3中得到的麸炒木香与上述重量份数的复合维生素、不饱和脂肪酸、食盐、以及茶皂苷加入到S2中的第四混合物中进行搅拌,然后放入烘干机在进行烘干处理,使得含水量为25%,得到第五混合物;
S5、将S4中的第五混合物中制成颗粒饲料,再于通风阴凉处晾干,即制得所述牛羊用酵素饲料。
3.如权利要求2所述的牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述不饱和脂肪酸包括质量比为3:1:2.5:1.8的油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、以及花生四烯酸。
4.如权利要求2所述的牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中的混合溶液中赖氨酸的含量为80g/L、蛋氨酸的含量为65g/L、色氨酸的含量为55g/L、苏氨酸的含量为40g/L。
5.如权利要求2所述的牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水溶性维生素包括维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸和胆碱。
6.如权利要求2所述的牛羊用酵素饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,S4中烘干处理期间,烘干温度控制在45℃左右。
