Abstract

Description
本发明涉及到一种用于节约电功率的电子装置,它被用于任何种类的电灯,阻性或容性负载,通过在一预定时间段内借助定时,正弦波整流和降低功率来减小馈给负载的电流。
如在已知的电气和电子装置领域,借助于温度继电器起到供给电灯电流的作用,该温度继电器通过在电阻上的电流的部分消耗,降低光的强度。这些装置有几个缺点:不节省能源,发热并没有定时功能。
近来,发展了调光器,它由减少供电电压来降低光强度。而它们的应用被限制于白炽灯,价格昂贵并不具有定时功能。
本发明的定时功率节约装置是为了克服目前系统中的缺陷而设计的,因为该装置可用于电灯的任何种类(汞汽,白炽灯,荧光灯,钠汽和多重蒸气,卤素等),阻性负载或容性负载,因为时间可以编程序,因此功率减小的时间可以被预定,它延长电抗器的电灯的寿命,可以和一个电灯或和一组电灯相连,并且具有低投入,节省电能的优点,它的体积也是小型的。
图1是用于放电灯的定时和功率节省装置的电路图(汞汽,钠汽,金属蒸汽等),它包括电子定时器1,该定时器1与半波整流二极管2和4个电阻器3并联,并且是彼此平行地并联连接,由开关4选择电阻器3,上述元件的所有接头的一端与相线5连接,另一端与阻性负载6串联,一般一个灯泡或一组灯泡与导线7,中相线或其它相线并联。
图2是在感性负载上的定时和功率节省装置的电路图,它包括一电子定时器1,该定时器1与一半波整流二极管2和一可变电阻8并联,上述元件的所有接头的一端和相线5连接,另一端与感性负载8串联,该负载带有中相或另外相的导线7。
本发明的功率节省装置的运行是基于由二极管2消除半个正弦波和通过二个电阻器3或可变电阻器8的持续供电,在正弦波中断期间电功率供给被减小,理所当然,阻性或感性负载的功率也被减小。
因此,在时间周期的50%内,电流将被减小到可变值,这取决于电阻3或8,可变值在正常电流值的1和99%之间。
当定时器1被断开时,电流通过所述的二极管2和电阻4或8,驱动该节电系统。
当定时器1被接通时,电流从二极管2和二电阻3或8旁流,并正常地供给负载6或9。
二极管2可以是正向或反向的二极管,它们应同样地布置来避免电功率供给的不平衡。
在白炽灯或混合灯型的情况下,补偿整流过的半波是不必要的。当然,电阻3或8不被需要,仅保留剩余部分的电路结构。
通过实际实验的比较有和没有节电装置的设计,获得了包括在表(A)中的结果。
根据在所述表格中指出的相互关系,对于不同功率的负载,象钠汽放电灯,金属蒸汽放电灯等尺寸可推断出。
由于两电阻器3或8的使用,能量损失估计在5和17W之间。
使用本发明的装置取得的功率节省是随定时器编程序变化的。取一个具有光亮等级X并一天工作10小时的公共照明系统的例子,消耗量为10小时×X(光亮等级)/每天,如果节电装置被编程序在从起光5小时后动作,限制50%负载,节电量是5小时×X+5小时.1/2×X=7 1/2小时×X即节约25%的能量。

Claims (3)
1、一种定时功率节约装置,包括一电子定时器,它与一个半波整流二极管和一可调电阻或4个固定并平行的电阻并联联接,并由开关来选择,所有上述元件与相线连接,并和一阻性负载或一感性负载串联,然后与一中线或其他相导线并联。
2、根据权利要求1所述的定时功率节约装置,其中二极管消除正弦波半个波,由于电阻或可变电阻的作用后者是连续的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的定时功率节约装置,在白炽灯或混合灯中使用电阻器或可调电阻器。
