Abstract

本发明公开了一种活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中的应用。本所述的活性染料由包含以下质量百分比的组分:70%~80%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、7%~14%如式(2)所示的染料单体B和10%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C的活性染料组合物制备得到;所述活性染料组合物的质量百分比总和为100%;该活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中具有优异的染色工艺稳定性、良好的色牢度、高匀染性、易水洗性。

活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中的应用。
背景技术
目前市场上的活性灰色品种通常是采用黑8单体,其用于印花工艺的拼色时,从工艺条件角度来看,汽蒸时间,温度,湿度对色光和深度影响都较大,导致工厂生产印花布样的质量降低降档,严重的甚至出现残次品。
另外,随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对纺织产品的要求也越来越高,从而使用于纺织品染色的活性染料在各项性能上的要求日益苛刻。活性染料不仅要具有优异的染色牢度和染色性能,而且要符合环保要求。
因此如何制备一种对工艺敏感性低,在不同工艺条件下色相和深度稳定,能显著提高工厂生产效率和产品颜色的准确度的染料时本领域的研发难点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中的活性染料用于拼色时工艺不稳定,色牢度差、匀染性低且不易水洗等缺陷,从而提供了一种染料组合物,该染料组合物制备得到的染料为复合灰色染料,该染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中具有优异的染色工艺稳定性、良好的色牢度、高匀染性、易水洗性。
本发明提供了一种活性染料组合物,包含以下质量百分比的组分:70%~80%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、7%~14%如式(2)所示的染料单体B和10%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C,所述活性染料组合物的质量百分比总和为100%;
其中,
R1和R2各自独立的为H或-SO3Na,R1、R2各自独立的为H或-SO3Na,且R1与R2不相同;Y为-SO2CH2CH2OSO3H或者
D为或-HNCH2CH2OCH2SO2CH2CH2Cl;
X为F或Cl。
所述质量百分比是指各组分的质量占所述活性染料组合物总质量的百分比。
其中,所述的活性染料组合物中,所述染色单体A的含量优选72%~78%。
其中,所述的活性染料组合物中,所述染色单体B的含量优选8%~12%。
其中,所述的活性染料组合物中,所述染色单体C的含量优选12%~20%。
其中,所述活性染料组合物中,所述染料单体A、所述染料单体B和所述染料单体C可各自独立的存在于粉末、合成溶液或水溶液中;所述合成溶液是指原料经过化学合成反应生成出来的染料单体浆料溶液。
其中,所述活性染料组合物中,还可包含助剂,所述助剂可为本领域的常用助剂(如分散剂和/或扩散剂);所述助剂的质量占所述染料组合物质量的3%~5%。
所述助剂优选以粉末和/或溶液的形式存在。
所述助剂优选MF和/或NNO。
本发明还提供了一种活性染料,其由所述活性染料组合物制备得到。较佳地,将所述活性染料组合物混合即可;所述混合时可参照本领域熟知的方法(如研磨)对所述活性染料组合物进行拼混;更佳地,所述混合时采用液体浆料拼混再喷雾干燥或者单体粉末拼混的方式;所述液体浆料拼混时间为至少3小时;所述粉末拼混时下口料回上口料至少3次,总混合时间至少3小时。
本发明还提供了一种所述活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中的应用。
在不违背本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实例。
本发明所用试剂和原料均市售可得。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:所述活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中具有优异的印花工艺稳定性、良好的色牢度、高匀染性、易水洗性。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
实施例1~8
根据表1中的比例方式,将染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C及助溶剂混合,可采用本行业内常用的单体粉状拼混的方式,粉状拼混需保证下口料回上口三次,总混合时间3小时,以上混合方式均从容器上中下分别取样检测,要求深度差异不超过2%;

将实施例1中的染料单体A、B和C用C.I.活性黑8单体替代,其余操作均相同。

将实施例1中的染料单体A、B和C中的染料单体A用C.I.活性黑8单体替代,其余操作均相同。
对比实施例3
将将实施例1中的染料单体A的用量改为60g,单体B的用量改为30g,单体C的用量改为5g,其余操作均相同。
1、色牢度实验
将上述实施例1~8和对比实施例1-3制得的染料采用标准的活性染料在纯棉平布上进行印花色测试,得其相应的性能数据,见表2。

其中,Integ值是表示印花布样表观深度的一个数值,数值越大代表颜色越深,是通过测色仪直接测取。
耐磨牢度:ISO 105X12
耐汗渍牢度:ISO 105 E04
皂洗牢度:ISO 105 C03
通过表2检测数据分析,本发明提供的染料各项牢度均能达到标准要求。且耐酸性和色变指数方面有明显提升。
2、工艺稳定性
按照实施例4配比与对比实施例3来进行对比实验,标准工艺为102℃,80%湿度,汽蒸8分钟,以下均固定其他两项,改变其中一项进行实验。(GB/T2388-2003反应性染料印花色光和强度的测定)

其中,Integ值是表示印花布样表观深度的一个数值,数值越大代表颜色越深;
DA为红绿数值,正为偏红光,负为偏绿,数值越大表示差异越大;
DB为黄蓝数值,正为偏黄光,负为偏蓝,数值越大表示差异越大;
DE为总色差,数值越大,代表与标准的差异越大。
从表3,表4,表5可以看出,该复配活性灰有很好的工艺稳定性,用于调色非常稳定。

Claims (7)

1.一种活性染料在棉类纤维素织物染色中的应用,其特征在于,所述的活性染料由活性染料组合物制备得到,所述活性染料组合物包含以下质量百分比的组分70%~80%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、7%~14%如式(2)所示的染料单体B和10%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C;所述活性染料组合物的质量百分比总和为100%;
其中,R1和R2各自独立地为H或-SO3Na,且R1与R2不相同;
Y为-SO2CH2CH2OSO3H或
D为或-HNCH2CH2OCH2SO2CH2CH2Cl;
X为F或Cl。
2.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述染色单体A的含量为72%~78%。
3.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述染色单体B的含量为8%~12%。
4.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述染色单体C的含量为12%~20%。
5.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述染料单体A、所述染料单体B和所述染料单体C各自独立地存在于粉末、合成溶液或水溶液中。
6.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述活性染料组合物中还包含助剂,所述助剂的质量占所述染料组合物质量的3%~5%;和/或,所述助剂以粉末和/或溶液的形式存在。
7.如权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述助剂为MF和/或NNO。
