Abstract

本发明公开了一种黑色染料的制备方法。本发明提供了一种黑色染料的制备方法,将染料组合物混合即可;所述染料组合物包含以下组分:50%~70%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、20%~30%如式(2)所示的染料单体B和8%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C;所述百分比为占所述染料组合物的质量百分比;所述染料组合物总量为100%。由该制备方法制备得到的染料为复合黑色染料,具有优异的染色牢度和染色性能,在保证乌黑度的同时又有良好的手感,尤其适用于纤维素材料染色中。

一种黑色染料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种黑色染料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上用于黏胶纤维印花的活性黑色染料主要为以活性黑5#和活性橙133#复合的双活性基活性黑色染料以及黑39和棕11复配的一氯均三嗪P型活性染料,前者乌黑度优异但是手感很差,后者手感优良但乌黑度不佳。
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对纺织产品的要求也越来越高,从而使用于纺织品染色的活性染料在各项性能上的要求日益苛刻。活性染料不仅要具有优异的染色牢度和染色性能,而且要符合环保要求。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中黑色染料手感差或乌黑度不佳等缺陷,从而提供了一种黑色染料的制备方法。由该制备方法制备的染料为复合染料,具有优异的染色牢度和染色性能,在保证乌黑度的同时又有良好的手感,尤其适用于纤维素材料染色中。
本发明提供了一种黑色染料的制备方法,将染料组合物混合即可;所述染料组合物包含以下组分:50%~70%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、20%~30%如式(2)所示的染料单体B和8%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C;所述百分比为占所述染料组合物的质量百分比;所述染料组合物总量为100%;
所述混合时可参照本领域熟知的方法对所述染料组合物进行拼混;较佳地,所述混合时采用液体浆料拼混再喷雾干燥,或者单体粉末拼混的方式;所述液体浆料拼混时间更佳地为至少3小时;所述粉末拼混时下口料回上口料更佳地至少3次,总混合时间至少3小时。
其中,所述染料组合物中,所述的染色单体A的含量优选50%~67%。
其中,所述染料组合物中,所述的染色单体B的含量优选20%~25%。
其中,所述染料组合物中,所述的染色单体C的含量优选10%~20%。
其中,所述染料组合物中,所述染料单体A、所述染料单体B和所述染料单体C各自独立的优选存在于粉末、合成溶液或水溶液中;所述合成溶液是指原料经过化学合成反应生成出来的染料单体浆料溶液。
其中,所述染料组合物中,还可包含助剂,所述助剂可为本领域的常用助剂(如分散剂和/或扩散剂);所述助剂的质量为所述染料组合物质量的3%~5%。
所述助剂优选以粉末和/或溶液的形式存在。
所述助剂优选MF和/或NNO。
本发明还提供了一种黑色染料,将所述染料组合物按上述方法制备即可。本发明还提供了所述染料在纤维素材料染色中的应用,所述纤维素材料优选棉、麻等纤维素纤维,更优选黏胶纤维。
在不违背本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实例。
本发明所用试剂和原料均市售可得。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明提供了一种染料组合物,该染料组合物制备得到的染料具有优异的染色牢度和染色性能,在保证乌黑度的同时又有良好的手感。尤其适用于纤维素材料染色中。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
本发明实施例中,
染料单体A为C.I.活性黑5(市售常规产品);
染料单体B为汽巴精化活性棕P-6R;
染料单体C为汽巴精化活性黄P-2RN。
实施例将染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C及助溶剂混合,采用本行业内常用的单体粉状拼混的方式,,粉状拼混需保证下口料回上口3次,总混合时间3小时,以上混合方式均从容器上中下分别取样检测,要求深度差异不超过2%。

将上述实施例制得的活性染料采用标准的活性染料在黏胶平布上进行印花测试(GB/T2388-2003反应性染料印花色光和强度的测定),得其相应的性能数据,见表2。

其中Integ值是表示印花布样表观深度的一个数值,数值越大代表颜色越深,是通过测色仪直接测取。
耐汗渍牢度:ISO 105 E04
皂洗牢度:ISO 105 C03
通过表2检测数据分析,各项牢度均能达到标准要求(如耐汗渍牢度:ISO 105E04、皂洗牢度:ISO 105 C03)。另外也可以在本发明涉及的A、B、C配比范围,根据客户需求,通过调整各组分的配比来调整其色相,且深度明显高于普通黑P-GR,能接近一般双活性基黑色(超级黑G),手感能够接近或达到普通黑P-GR。

Claims (10)

1.一种黑色染料的制备方法,其特征在于,将染料组合物混合即可;所述染料组合物由以下组分组成:50%~70%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、20%~30%如式(2)所示的染料单体B和8%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C;所述百分比为占所述染料组合物的质量百分比;所述染料组合物总量为100%;
2.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述料组合物采用液体浆料拼混再喷雾干燥或者单体粉末拼混的方式制备得到。
3.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述液体浆料拼混时间为至少3小时。
4.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述单体粉末拼混时下口料回上口料至少3次,总混合时间至少3小时。
5.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染色单体A的含量为50%~67%。
6.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染色单体B的含量为20%~25%。
7.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的染色单体C的含量为10%~20%。
8.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染料单体A、所述染料单体B和所述染料单体C各自独立的存在于粉末、合成溶液或水溶液中。
9.一种黑色染料的制备方法,其特征在于,将染料组合物混合即可;所述染料组合物由以下组分组成:50%~70%如式(1)所示的染料单体A、20%~30%如式(2)所示的染料单体B、8%~22%如式(3)所示的染料单体C和3%~5%助剂;所述百分比为占所述染料组合物的质量百分比;所述染料组合物总量为100%;
和/或,所述助剂以粉末和/或溶液的形式存在。
10.如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂为MF和/或NNO。
