本发明公开了一种油烟机清洗剂由以下重量份的原料:氢氧化钠1.15份,6502增稠剂0.5份,AES 5份,磺酸4份,卡松,0.05份,柠檬酸 1份,亚硝酸钠0.5份,乌洛托品0.5份,K12 0.5份‑1份,遮味剂0.01份,水86.29份‑86.79份。其优点是:可以快速溶解油烟机上的油污,具有很强的分散性,不需要用清洁球用力的擦试,待油物分散后只要用抹布一擦,油烟机表面的油物就掉了,而且省时省力,成本低,使油烟机表面洁净如新。

技术领域
本发明涉及油污清除技术领域,尤其涉及到一种油烟机清洗剂。
背景技术
油烟机是家庭厨房必不可少厨房用具,人们在炒菜、炒菜、煮饭、煎炸食物时产生的大量油烟水蒸汽从油烟机排出,油烟机对厨房致关重要,油烟机长期使用,大量的油污染吸附在油烟的表面,如果不及时清洗,油烟机排放效果不好,还影响厨房的美观。现有的油烟机清洗剂对重垢的去除效果不太理想,在油烟机喷上清洗剂,还得用清洁球擦试油烟机表面的油物,费时费力,而且很难擦试干净,还有少量的油物还粘在油烟机表面,影向油烟机排放效果和厨房的美观。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服已有技术的不足,提供一种油烟机清洗剂。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现的:一种油烟机清洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钠1.15份,6502增稠剂0.5份,AES 5份,磺酸4份,卡松,0.05份,柠檬酸 1份,亚硝酸钠0.5份,乌洛托品0.5份,K12 0. 5份-1份,遮味剂0.01份,水86.29份-86.79份。
所述的K12为十二烷基硫酸钠。
一种油烟机清洗剂的制备方法为:在容器中先加入60份的水,再加6502增稠剂,然后再加入磺酸进行搅匀,再用亚硝酸钠调PH值为6.5-7,再加入AES后,搅拌均匀,使AES溶化,其次再加防腐剂卡松、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、乌洛托品、K12、遮味剂,最后补足余量水,搅拌均匀后得到成品。
由于采用上述技术效果,本发明的有益效果是:可以快速溶解油烟机上的油污,具有很强的分散性,不需要用清洁球用力的擦试,待油物分散后只要用抹布一擦, 油烟机表面的油物就掉了,而且省时省力,成本低,使油烟机表面洁净如新。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种油烟机清洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钠1.15份,6502增稠剂0.5份,AES5份,磺酸4份,卡松,0.05份,柠檬酸 1份,亚硝酸钠0.5份,乌洛托品0.5份,K12 0. 5份-1份,遮味剂0.01份,水86.79份。制备方法为:在容器中先加入60份的水,再加6502增稠剂,然后再加入磺酸进行搅匀,再用亚硝酸钠调PH值为6.5-7,再加入AES后,搅拌均匀,使AES溶化,其次再加防腐剂卡松、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、乌洛托品、K12、遮味剂,最后补足余量水,搅拌均匀后得到成品。
实施例2

1.一种油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钠1.15份,6502增稠剂0.5份,AES 5份,磺酸4份,卡松,0.05份,柠檬酸 1份,亚硝酸钠0.5份,乌洛托品0.5份,K12 0. 5份-1份,遮味剂0.01份,水86.29份-86.79份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油烟机清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:通过如下步骤进行的:在容器中先加入60份的水,再加6502增稠剂,然后再加入磺酸进行搅匀,再用亚硝酸钠调PH值为6.5-7,再加入AES后,搅拌均匀,使AES溶化,其次再加防腐剂卡松、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、乌洛托品、K12、遮味剂,最后补足余量水,搅拌均匀后得到成品。
