As shown in fig. 13, the single-section feeding device 600 includes a driving device 700, a single-section feeding plate 610, a single-section feeding mold 620, a feeding mold base 630 and a pressing strip 640, wherein one end of the single-section feeding plate 610 is fixedly connected with the driving device 700, the other end is slidably connected with the single-section feeding mold base 630, the single-section feeding mold 620 is arranged on the single-section feeding mold base 630, materials are fed onto the single-section feeding plate 610 through the single-section feeding mold 620, the pressing strip 640 is arranged on one side, close to a turntable, of the single-section feeding mold base 630, and is used for applying slight pressure to the moving single-section to prevent the moving single-section from moving, flanging and other phenomena; the material is moved into the turntable 300 by the movement of the material by the driving means 700.
The double-pitch disc assembly machine with the accessory pieces has the following advantages:
(1) Through the cooperation pay-off of each material feeding unit, realized the automatic equipment of bipitch area annex piece, improved production efficiency.
(2) The clamping part formed by the feeding plate and the clamping arm realizes the mechanical opening and closing of the clamping part, and the pin shaft and the oil seal are conveyed into the turntable to be assembled by pushing of the driving device, so that the safe operation of operators is facilitated, the operation danger is reduced, and the pin shaft is stably and reliably held.

Claims (6)

1. A disc assembly machine with double pitch belt accessory pieces is characterized in that,
comprises a turntable, wherein at least eight mounting stations are arranged around the turntable;
the motor drives the turntable to rotate;
the feeding device is used for feeding the accessory piece/standard piece into the turntable for installation;
the pin roll feeding device is used for feeding the pin roll into the turntable and riveting the pin roll with the accessory piece;
the standard sheet pin shaft feeding device is used for simultaneously feeding the standard sheet and the pin shaft into the turntable for riveting;
the oil seal feeding device is used for feeding the oil seal arranged on the upper/lower side of the chain into the turntable for assembly;
the single-section feeding device is used for feeding single sections with other equipment installed into the turntable for assembly;
the upper accessory piece feeding device is vertically formed by two feeding devices and is used for feeding the upper accessory pieces into the turntable for assembly;
the feeding device is arranged on one mounting station around the turntable, and the next mounting station is sequentially provided with the pin feeding device, the standard piece pin feeding device, the oil seal feeding device, the single-section feeding device, the feeding device and the upper accessory piece feeding device;
the standard sheet pin roll feeding device comprises a driving device, a second clamping device, a sheet feeding device and a fixing seat, and is characterized in that the second clamping device and the sheet feeding device are connected with the driving device through the fixing seat, the second clamping device is arranged above the sheet feeding device, a fixing seat sliding seat is further arranged, and the fixing seat horizontally moves on the fixing seat sliding seat;
the standard sheet feeding plate is arranged in the chute of the standard sheet sliding plate and can horizontally move along the chute, one end of the standard sheet feeding plate is provided with a die opening, the other end of the standard sheet feeding plate is connected with the fixing seat, the standard sheet pressing plate covers the standard sheet sliding plate, the standard sheet pressing plate is provided with a standard sheet feeding opening, and the standard sheet blanking die is arranged on the standard sheet pressing plate;
the second clamping device comprises a pin roll feeding plate, a guide rod and a pin roll blanking die, wherein a stop block is arranged on the guide rod, one or more guide rods are arranged, one end of each guide rod is fixedly connected with one end of the pin roll feeding plate, the other end of each guide rod is in sliding connection with the fixing seat, and one or more clamping end parts are arranged at the other end of the pin roll feeding plate;
the second clamping device further comprises one or more clamping arms, the middle parts of the clamping arms are rotatably connected to the pin roll feeding plate through torsion springs and pins, one ends of the clamping arms and two clamping end parts of the pin roll feeding plate form clamping parts for clamping pin rolls, the other ends of the clamping arms protrude out of the pin roll feeding plate, and the clamping parts are opened and closed by extruding and loosening the other ends of the clamping arms towards the central line of the pin roll feeding plate; the pin roll blanking die is provided with a groove and is arranged on the standard sheet pressing plate, two sides of the groove are used for giving extrusion force to the clamping arm, and a blanking port of the pin roll blanking die is positioned above the clamping part;
the guide rod is sleeved with the spring, one end of the spring is connected with the standard sheet blanking die, and the other end of the spring is connected with the stop block of the guide rod;
when the guide rod is used, the driving device pushes the fixing base to move, the fixing base drives the standard sheet feeding plate and the standard sheet to move along the sliding groove, the fixing base contacts with the stop block of the guide rod after a section of idle stroke is driven along the guide rod, at the moment, the pin shaft is positioned right above the standard sheet, and the fixing base drives the clamping part and the standard sheet feeding plate to move forwards simultaneously.

The disc assembly machine with the accessory piece on the double pitch belt according to claim 1, wherein the pin feeding device comprises a driving device, a first clamping device, a pin feeding seat and a positioning plate, wherein one end of the first clamping device is connected with the driving device, the first clamping device is in sliding connection with the pin feeding seat, and the positioning plate is arranged at the bottom of the first clamping device.

The disc assembly machine with the accessory piece on the double pitch belt according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping device comprises a first pin feeding plate, one end of the first pin feeding plate is connected with the output end of the driving device, and the other end of the first pin feeding plate is provided with one or more clamping end parts; the first clamping device further comprises one or more clamping arms, the middle parts of the clamping arms are rotatably connected with the first pin roll feeding plate through torsion springs and pins, one ends of the clamping arms and two clamping end parts of the first pin roll feeding plate form clamping parts for clamping pin rolls, the other ends of the clamping arms protrude out of the first pin roll feeding plate, and the clamping parts are opened and closed by extruding and loosening the other ends of the clamping arms to the central line of the first pin roll feeding plate.

A disc assembly machine with attachment pieces on double pitches according to claim 3, wherein the first pin feeding plate of the first clamping device is provided with a guide groove, the positioning plate is correspondingly provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is arranged in the guide groove through a spring and can horizontally move along the guide groove.
5. The disc assembly machine with the accessory pieces on the double pitches according to claim 4, wherein the pin feeding seat comprises a base and a cover plate, and the cover plate is arranged at one end of the base to form a cuboid through hole through which the first clamping device can pass.
6. A disc assembly machine with attachment tabs on two pitches according to any of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the driving means is a cylinder or an oil cylinder.
