The clean ventilation assembly further comprises an oil screen dust filter arranged on the inner side of the door leaf inner panel, and the threaded rod and the guide rods are arranged between the oil screen dust filter and the door leaf inner panel.
The swing-suspended valve comprises a baffle plate covering the ventilation opening and a hinge arranged at the top of the baffle plate and enabling the baffle plate to rotate around the hinge.

Fig. 2 shows a clean-type ventilated protective airtight door according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a door leaf 1, a latch assembly 2 fixed to an inner panel of the door leaf 1, and a clean-type ventilation assembly 3 disposed on a near-hinge side of the door leaf.
The door leaf 1 comprises a framework, door leaf inner panels 121 and outer panels (not shown) covering the inner side and the outer side of the framework, the framework of the door leaf 1 comprises a plurality of H-shaped steel main beams 111 which extend transversely and are uniformly distributed and H-shaped steel secondary beams 112 which extend vertically and are uniformly distributed between two adjacent H-shaped steel main beams, and wing plates (not shown) of all the H-shaped steel main beams and the H-shaped steel secondary beams are located on two planes which are parallel to each other. The door leaf inner panel 121 and the outer panel 122 are provided with a plurality of bolt holes and fastened on two sides of the framework. Sealing rubber strips are arranged between the door leaves and the door frame at the four sides of the door leaf inner panel 121 and are used for sealing the door leaves and the door frame; the inner panel and the outer panel of the door leaf are cut into a plurality of vent holes 13 corresponding to the frame beam blank, and the number of the vent holes is calculated according to engineering requirements; in addition, square holes are cut in the inner and outer door leaf panels in the door leaf 1, the size of each square hole is equal to the size of a door leaf framework beam blank, H-shaped steel is arranged on the edge of the door leaf framework beam blank on the inner wall of each square hole, and the ventilation holes 13 are uniformly arranged close to door leaf hinges in consideration of the balance of impact wave load on the door leaf.
The locking assembly 2 is transversely arranged on the inner side of the door leaf inner panel and comprises a speed reducer 21 and four locking heads 22 which are driven by the speed reducer 21 to transversely move, the speed reducer 21 is fixed on the inner side of the door leaf inner panel through a speed reducer base by bolts, the locking heads 22 are respectively and symmetrically arranged near four corners of the door leaf 1, and the locking seats 221 fixed on the door leaf inner panel 121 restrain the locking heads to move along the horizontal direction. The reversing linkage assembly 23 is connected between the speed reducer 21 and the lock head 22 and comprises a reverser 231, a vertical connecting rod 232 and a transverse driving rod 233, wherein the vertical connecting rod 232 and the transverse driving rod 233 are mutually perpendicular to the reverser 231, the transverse driving rod 233 is connected with the lock head 22, and the vertical connecting rod is connected with the speed reducer 21. The base of the commutator 231 is fixed to the inner side of the door inner panel by bolts. The speed reducer 21, the position of the commutator 231, the length of the vertical connecting rod 232 and the length of the horizontal driving rod 233 of the locking assembly 2 are designed according to the number and the position of the door leaf vent holes.
The cleaning type ventilation assembly 3 comprises a plurality of suspended swinging valves 31 respectively arranged at each ventilation hole, a driving system 33 arranged at the inner side of the door leaf inner panel 121 and driving the suspended swinging valves 31, and an oil screen dust filter 34 arranged at the inner side of the door leaf inner panel 121; the swing shutter 31 is disposed outside the door outer panel 122, and as shown in fig. 3, includes a shutter 311 covering the ventilation opening 13 and a hinge 312 disposed on the top of the shutter and allowing the shutter 311 to rotate around the hinge. The four sides of the inner side of the baffle are welded with flat steel knife edges 3111, the bottom is provided with a steel wire rope seat 3112, and steel wire holes are arranged on the steel wire rope seat 3112.
The pendulum flap 31 is fixed outside the vent hole by a flap stop 32. As shown in fig. 4, the shutter guard 32 includes a side sealing plate 321, the side sealing plate 321 is inserted into the ventilation hole 13, and has a square frame shape with a size matching the ventilation hole 13, and four sides of the side sealing plate are perpendicularly attached to the inner wall of the ventilation hole 13 for sealing the side of the ventilation hole. The shutter baffle 32 includes a rubber groove 322 fixed outside the side sealing plate 321 and perpendicular to the side sealing plate 321, the bottom plate of the rubber groove 322 is tightly attached to the outside of the door leaf outer panel 122 and fixed on the door leaf outer panel 122 by bolts, and a sealing rubber 3221 is arranged on the rubber groove 322 and used for being in press fit with a flat steel knife edge 3111 to seal the swing shutter 31 and the door leaf outer panel 122.
Referring to fig. 2, the driving system 33 includes a reduction motor 331, a reducer 332, and a threaded rod 333, which are connected in sequence, and a plurality of steel cables 334 are fixed on the threaded rod 333, and the number of the steel cables is equal to the total number of the pendulum suspension doors 31. The driving system 33 further includes a plurality of guide bars 335 corresponding to the lateral positions of the swing shutter 31, the number of which is equal to the number of rows in the horizontal direction of the ventilation holes 13, both of which are two in this embodiment. Each wire rope 334 extends from the threaded rod 333 in a direction parallel to the panel of the door, turns around a guide rod 335 to a direction perpendicular to the inner panel 121 of the door, and is fixed at the other end to the wire rope seat 3112 of the swing shutter 31. The speed reducing motor 331 and the speed reducer 332 are arranged on the inner side of the door leaf inner panel 121 and at the bottom of the oil screen dust filter 34, and are driven by a transmission chain; the threaded rod 333 and the guide rod 335 are arranged between the oil screen dust filter 34 and the door leaf inner panel 121 in parallel and are supported and fixed through vertical bearing seats 336 at two ends of the threaded rod 333, and the threaded rod 333 is arranged between the two guide rods 335; the threaded rod is provided with a plurality of T-shaped threaded segments for receiving the wire rope 334. In addition, two handwheels can be arranged at the input ends of the two sides of the speed reducer 332 for manual operation and control. A stop 35 may be provided on the side sealing plate 321 of the flap damper for triggering a signal when the pendulum flap 31 is closed in place.
The speed reducer motor 331 drives the speed reducer 332 to rotate, so as to drive the threaded rod 333 to rotate, and 8 steel wire ropes 334 (6 or other numbers may be selected according to circumstances) fixed on the threaded rod 333 are wound, so that the steel wire ropes are tightened, and the steel wire ropes pass through the steel wire rope seat 3112 to drive the swing door 31 to be closed. When the pendulum suspension valve 31 is closed in place, the trigger stopper 35 transmits an electric signal to stop the rotation of the speed reduction motor 331; one end of the wire rope 334 is horizontally fixed on the threaded rod and is fixed on the swing shutter 31 by being converted into a direction perpendicular to the panel of the door leaf 1 by the guide rod 335. When the swing valve is opened, the speed reducer rotates reversely, the steel wire rope is loosened, and the swing valve 31 is opened by the gravity of the swing valve. When power is off, the hand wheel of the speed reducer 332 can be used for manually driving the speed reducer to open and close the suspended swing valve group.
