本发明是一种多功能玻璃承托板，安装在玻璃底面，所述的承托板的承托面(2)的四周设有侧边挡板(1)，承托面(2)的底面设有加强筋(3)；其中，侧边挡板(1)的高度高出承托面(2)的上表面，在承托面(2)的上表面还设有定位孔(4)、排水槽(7)和排水孔(8)，触点卡槽(5)、引流槽(6)位于承托面(2)上表面的侧边挡板(1)的一边。本发明的多功能玻璃承托板，稳固安全，质轻阻燃，保暖防水，安全便捷，外型美观，一品多用，批量生产易于推广。

一种多功能玻璃承托板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板玻璃、墙群玻璃、壁画玻璃、浴镜玻璃安装时使用的多功能承托板，尤其是使用于可电致热玻璃安装时的承托板。
背景技术
目前，普通玻璃地板、墙群、壁画安装方式分干法铺设和湿法铺设两种，湿法铺设是采用水泥砂浆作为基底，干法铺设是采用龙骨架作为支撑。以上湿法铺设和干法铺设均因施工增加高度而减少房屋空间。地暖地板安装铺设是采用XPS挤塑板或聚氨酯复合板作为托板，若采用干法铺设地暖地板时，XPS挤塑板或聚氨酯复合板不易埋线且不阻燃，安装时费时、使用时存在安全隐患。
发明内容
技术问题：本发明的目的是提供一种多功能玻璃承托板，它不仅可以应用于普通玻璃安装的底部，也可以应用于可电致热玻璃安装的底部，且同时隐藏线束、接头，并有使用安全、防潮、阻燃特性。
技术方案：本发明的目的是这样实现的：采用防潮、阻燃的塑料混合料注入模具一次性模压成型的承托板，上部是可间隔玻璃，防止玻璃相碰撞的侧边挡板，中间是可支撑玻璃的平面，底部是支撑于墙体表面的加强筋，先将预铺设的表面找平，然后依次将承托板固定，表面不平用弹性垫片进行补偿，最后将玻璃放置于承托板上，即完成铺设。或将线束、触点一起与塑料注塑一次性模压成型，按以上步骤依次固定铺设。达到安装便捷、防潮、阻燃的目的。
所述的承托板的承托面的四周设有侧边挡板，承托面的底面设有加强筋；其中，侧边挡板的高度高出承托面的上表面，在承托面的上表面还设有定位孔、排水槽和排水孔，触点卡槽、引流槽位于承托面上表面的侧边挡板的一边。
其中：
所述的侧边挡板的厚度为0.8-2.0mm，侧边挡板高出承托面上表面的高度比所使用玻璃的厚度小1-3mm。
所述的承托面的厚度为0.5-2.0mm。
所述的加强筋的壁厚为0.8-2.0mm，呈“田”字或“日”字均匀分布；加强筋中的定位支撑点与承托面中的定位孔对应设置。
所述的触点卡槽内设有电触点，该电触点一半埋于承托面内，一半置于触点卡槽内，所述的电触点通过线束与电源连接。
所述的线束直接埋于承托面内。
所述的加强筋的旁边设有横向线束槽和纵向线束槽。
所述的侧边挡板，承托面的底面设有加强筋采用阻燃ABS注塑一次成型。
有益效果：由于采用上述方案，可以缩短地板玻璃、墙群玻璃、壁画玻璃、浴镜玻璃和可电致热玻璃的安装时间，便于后期维修，可拆搬，结构简单。适合工业化生产制造。能够架空发热玻璃，降低导热系数，增加热效能向正面空间散发。

具体实施方式
本发明的多功能玻璃承托板，安装在玻璃底面，所述的承托板的承托面2的四周设有侧边挡板1，承托面2的底面设有加强筋3；其中，侧边挡板1的高度高出承托面2的上表面，在承托面2的上表面还设有定位孔4、排水槽7和排水孔8，触点卡槽5、引流槽6位于承托面2上表面的侧边挡板1的一边。
1.注塑成型；
在图1中，上部侧边挡板1的厚度0.8-2.0mm，高度根据玻璃厚度确定，比玻璃厚度小1-3mm，中间承托面2的厚度0.5-2.0mm，包含定位孔4、触点卡槽5、引流槽6、排水槽7和排水孔8，底部加强筋3的壁厚0.8-2.0mm，呈“田”字或“日”字均匀分布，且在拐角部位有或圆或方的定位支撑点9。
2.配线供电；
线束直接埋于塑料内，触点一半埋于塑料内，一半置于触点卡槽内。
3.多功能安装；
3.1、地坪面安装；
3.1.1水泥地坪干法，铆钉固定；
在图1中，在定位孔4处采用铆钉将承托板与墙体连接，承托面2支撑玻璃，侧边挡板1间隔玻璃，承托面若有水，通过引水槽6、排水槽7、排水孔8排出。
在图2中，加强筋3将承托板支撑在墙体表面，横向线束槽10、纵向线束槽11将线束隐藏于承托板内部。
在图3中，线束通过穿线孔12连接到触点槽5，触点埋于触点卡槽13内。
3.1.2瓷砖、大理石地坪加装地暖，固体胶固定。
在图1中，在定位支撑点9处采用固体胶将承托板与墙体连接，承托面2支撑玻璃，侧边挡板1间隔玻璃，承托面若有水，通过引水槽6、排水槽7、排水孔8排出。
在图2中，加强筋3将承托板支撑在墙体表面，横向线束槽10、纵向线束槽11将线束隐藏于承托板内部。
在图3中，线束通过穿线孔12连接到触点槽5，触点埋于触点卡槽13内。
3.2、墙立面安装，铆钉固定法。
在图1中，在定位孔4处采用铆钉将承托板与墙体连接，承托面2支撑玻璃，侧边挡板1间隔玻璃，承托面若有水，通过引水槽6、排水槽7、排水孔8排出。
在图2中，加强筋3将承托板支撑在墙体表面，横向线束槽10、纵向线束槽11将线束隐藏于承托板内部。
在图3中，线束通过穿线孔12连接到触点槽5，触点埋于触点卡槽13内。

1.一种多功能玻璃承托板，安装在玻璃底面，其特征在于所述的承托板的承托面（2）的四周设有侧边挡板（1），承托面（2）的底面设有加强筋（3）；其中，侧边挡板（1）的高度高出承托面（2）的上表面，在承托面（2）的上表面还设有定位孔（4）、排水槽（7）和排水孔（8），触点卡槽（5）、引流槽（6）位于承托面（2）上表面的侧边挡板（1）的一边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的侧边挡板（1）的厚度为0.8-2.0mm，侧边挡板（1）高出承托面（2）上表面的高度比所使用玻璃的厚度小1-3mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的承托面（2）的厚度为0.5-2.0mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的加强筋（3）的壁厚为0.8-2.0mm，呈“田”字或“日”字均匀分布；加强筋（3）中的定位支撑点（9）与承托面（2）中的定位孔（4）对应设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的触点卡槽（5）内设有电触点，该电触点一半埋于承托面（2）内，一半置于触点卡槽（5）内，所述的电触点通过线束与电源连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的线束直接埋于承托面（2）内。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的加强筋（3）的旁边设有横向线束槽（10）和纵向线束槽（11）。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能玻璃承托板，其特征是所述的侧边挡板（1）、承托面（2）的底面设有加强筋（3）采用阻燃ABS注塑一次成型。
