本发明涉及一种用于全景天窗的周转架,包括底座,四个支撑支架、四个矩形支架和四个万向轮,所述四个支撑支架焊接在底座上表面的四个角处,所述四个万向轮通过螺栓固定在底座下表面的四个角处,所述四个矩形支架通过螺栓两两固定于底座上表面对称的两个边上,所述螺栓固定于设置在底座上的安装槽内,且与所述矩形支架同一边上的两个支撑支架通过一连接杆相连接;本发明的周转架设置的安装槽采用腰型槽,便于调节,可用于多种产品,利用率高;支撑支架上设有插销结构,可翻转折叠,便于运输,且置料台与矩形支架为可转动连接,且设有档杆,便于取料放料;本发明结构合理,折叠操作轻松便捷,连接稳固、不易扭动、承重力较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及周转架,尤其涉及一种用于全景天窗的周转架。
背景技术
目前,用于全景天窗的周转架大多采用层叠式的结构,多层堆放,以有效利用贮藏空间。单层的周转架是固定式的,如此多层叠放,工人搬运时间长,且堆放劳动强度大,工人作业效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种用于全景天窗的玻璃安装台。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于全景天窗的周转架,包括底座,四个支撑支架、四个矩形支架和四个万向轮,所述四个支撑支架焊接在底座上表面的四个角处,所述四个万向轮通过螺栓固定在底座下表面的四个角处,所述四个矩形支架通过螺栓两两固定于底座上表面对称的两个边上,所述螺栓固定于设置在底座上的安装槽内,且与所述矩形支架同一边上的两个支撑支架通过一连接杆相连接;所述支撑支架包括第一空心支撑架和第二空心支撑架,所述第一空心支撑架通过一插销与第二空心支撑架相连;所述矩形支架上沿竖直方向均匀分布有若干置料台,所述置料台设置在矩形支架的中间,且与矩形支架为可转动连接,所述置料台一端设有带开口的置料盒,且所述开口与置料台为垂直布置,所述矩形支架上位于置料台的上方还设有档杆,所述档杆到置料台上表面的垂直距离小于档杆到置料台一端的水平距离。
进一步地,所述置料台与矩形支架上在两者相接处均涂覆有耐磨材料,所述耐磨材料包括以下按重量份组成的原料:丙烯酸树脂20-40份、片状刚玉45-55份、碳化钨5-15份、石墨粉9-13份、二硫化钼5-7份、碳化钒3-10份、摩擦粉10-12份、硼砂7-10份。
进一步地,所述安装槽为腰型槽。
进一步地,所述档杆设置为两个,对称分布在所述置料台的两侧方。
本发明提供的用于全景天窗的周转架的有益效果是:本发明的周转架设置的安装槽采用腰型槽,便于调节,可用于多种产品,利用率高;支撑支架上设有插销结构,可翻转折叠,便于运输,且置料台与矩形支架为可转动连接,且设有档杆,便于取料放料;本发明结构合理,折叠操作轻松便捷,连接稳固、不易扭动、承重力较好。

请参照图1,一种用于全景天窗的周转架,包括底座1,支撑支架2、矩形支架3和万向轮4,支撑支架2、矩形支架3和万向轮4均设置为4个,所述四个支撑支架焊接在底座1上表面的四个角处,所述四个万向轮通过螺栓固定在底座1下表面的四个角处,所述四个矩形支架通过螺栓两两固定于底座1上表面对称的两个边上,所述螺栓固定于设置在底座1上的腰型槽内,且与矩形支架3同一边上的两个支撑支架通过一连接杆6相连接;支撑支架2包括第一空心支撑架和第二空心支撑架,所述第一空心支撑架通过一插销与第二空心支撑架相连;矩形支架3上沿竖直方向均匀分布有若干置料台5,置料台5设置在矩形支架3的中间,且与矩形支架3为可转动连接,置料台5一端设有带开口的置料盒,且所述开口与置料台5为垂直布置,矩形支架3上位于置料台5的上方还设有档杆,所述档杆设置为两个,对称分布在置料台5的两侧方,所述档杆到置料台5上表面的垂直距离小于档杆到置料台5一端的水平距离;置料台5与矩形支架3上在两者相接处均涂覆有耐磨材料,所述耐磨材料包括以下按重量份组成的原料:丙烯酸树脂30份、片状刚玉50份、碳化钨8份、石墨粉12份、二硫化钼6份、碳化钒6份、摩擦粉11份、硼砂9份。
本发明的周转架设置的安装槽采用腰型槽,便于调节,可用于多种产品,利用率高;支撑支架上设有插销结构,可翻转折叠,便于运输,且置料台与矩形支架为可转动连接,且设有档杆,便于取料放料;本发明结构合理,折叠操作轻松便捷,连接稳固、不易扭动、承重力较好。

1.一种用于全景天窗的周转架,包括底座,四个支撑支架、四个矩形支架和四个万向轮,其特征在于,所述四个支撑支架焊接在底座上表面的四个角处,所述四个万向轮通过螺栓固定在底座下表面的四个角处,所述四个矩形支架通过螺栓两两固定于底座上表面对称的两个边上,所述螺栓固定于设置在底座上的安装槽内,且与所述矩形支架同一边上的两个支撑支架通过一连接杆相连接;所述支撑支架包括第一空心支撑架和第二空心支撑架,所述第一空心支撑架通过一插销与第二空心支撑架相连;所述矩形支架上沿竖直方向均匀分布有若干置料台,所述置料台设置在矩形支架的中间,且与矩形支架为可转动连接,所述置料台一端设有带开口的置料盒,且所述开口与置料台为垂直布置,所述矩形支架上位于置料台的上方还设有档杆,所述档杆到置料台上表面的垂直距离小于档杆到置料台一端的水平距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于全景天窗的周转架,其特征在于,所述置料台与矩形支架上在两者相接处均涂覆有耐磨材料,所述耐磨材料包括以下按重量份组成的原料:丙烯酸树脂20-40份、片状刚玉45-55份、碳化钨5-15份、石墨粉9-13份、二硫化钼5-7份、碳化钒3-10份、摩擦粉10-12份、硼砂7-10份。
