Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more embodiments. It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
To describe the speaker module of the present invention in detail, embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a structure of a speaker module according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 shows a partially enlarged structure of a speaker module according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the speaker module according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a module housing 1 and a speaker unit fixed in the module housing 1, where the speaker unit includes a frame 2 fixedly connected to the module housing 1 and a diaphragm 3 accommodated in the frame 2. Specifically, the diaphragm 3 includes a spherical top portion located at the center position, a corrugated portion 32 disposed outside the spherical top portion, and a fixing portion 31 located at the outermost periphery; the diaphragm 3 is fixed with the frame 2 by 31. In a specific implementation, the fixing portions 31 may be provided as rubber edges, which are distributed in a horizontal direction.
When the product is assembled, a plane where the frame 2 is combined with the module case 1 is defined as a mounting plane of the frame 2, and the module case 1 is assembled with the frame 2 at the fixing portion 31 corresponding to the diaphragm 3. In order to improve the sealing manner of the front cavity of the conventional speaker unit, in this embodiment, a thickened region is disposed on the fixing portion 31 of the diaphragm, and when the fixing portion 31 is a rubber edge, the thickened region and the diaphragm can be integrally formed, that is, the position of the fixing portion 31 is thickened in the process of forming the diaphragm, in other words, the thickness of the fixing portion 31 is set to be greater than that of the bending ring portion 32, so that the fixing portion 31 is compressed by a certain amount in the process of assembling the speaker unit and the module housing 1, thereby improving the sealing effect of the combining position. In specific implementation, the thickened region may partially cover the fixing portion 31, or may completely cover the fixing portion 31 of the diaphragm, and the thickened region may be disposed on part or all of the fixing portion and integrally formed with the fixing portion.
It should be noted that, in the speaker module of the present embodiment, the space between the front portion of the diaphragm 3 and the module housing forms a front acoustic cavity to emit sound outwards, and the space between the rear portion of the diaphragm 3 and the module housing 1 forms a rear acoustic cavity 10, that is, the diaphragm divides the space formed by the module housing into a front acoustic cavity communicating with the outside and a closed rear acoustic cavity. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the thickened area protrudes out of the mounting plane of the basin stand 2, a reinforcing rib structure 11 can be further arranged at a position on the module housing 1 corresponding to the thickened area, the arrangement of the reinforcing rib structure 11 can increase the contact area between the module housing 1 and the fixing portion 31, so that the module housing 1 can effectively compress the fixing portion, or the contact size between the module housing 1 and the rubber edge 31 is increased on the basis of the existing module housing 1, and the rubber edge 31 is compressed between the sinking platform and the reinforcing rib structure 11.
In addition, an interference zone is arranged between the reinforcing rib structure 11 and the thickened area, and the interference zone can be specifically arranged between one end of the reinforcing rib structure 11 close to the basin stand 2 and the top of the thickened area. The vertical thickness range of the interference area is 0.3 mm-0.6 mm, when the basin frame 2 is assembled with the module shell 1, the sealing between the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity of the speaker monomer is realized through the self compression (compression within the range of the interference area) of the fixing part 31 and the thickened area, the assembly is simple, and the cost is low.
In the speaker module of the present invention, the compression height of the fixing portion 31 is set to be 0.3mm to 0.6mm, so as to ensure that the compressed fixing portion 31 can effectively seal the gap between the diaphragm 3 and the module housing 1, and ensure the sealing effect between the front acoustic cavity and the rear acoustic cavity of the speaker unit.
In one embodiment of the invention, a sinking platform which is recessed towards one side far away from the module shell 1 is arranged on the mounting surface of the basin frame 2 combined with the module shell 1, the fixing part 31 is fixed in the sinking platform, the thickness of the fixing part 31 protrudes out of the sinking platform, after the fixing part 31 is fixed on the sinking platform, the height of the rubber edge 31 protrudes out of the mounting surface of the basin frame 2, and the mounting surface of the basin frame 2, namely the contact surface of the basin frame 2 and the module shell 1 at the position close to the fixing part 31; in other words, the top surface of the fixing part 31 located in the sinking platform is higher than the mounting surface of the tub 2, so that the protruding part of the fixing part 31 can be compressed by the module case 1 when the tub 2 is assembled with the module case 1. Wherein, the distance d in fig. 2 represents the compressible height (i.e. the interference area) to the rubber edge when the basin frame 2 is matched with the module housing 1, and the range of d is 0.3 mm-0.6 mm.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the basin stand 2 and the module housing 1 can be fixed by a locking screw 6, or can be fixed by hot melting or gluing.
The loudspeaker module of the invention also comprises a centering support piece 5 with an annular structure, a voice coil framework connected with the centering support piece 5 and a voice coil 4 combined on the voice coil framework; wherein, the outer edge of the centering support piece 5 is fixed on the basin frame 2, and the inner edge of the centering support piece 5 is fixed on the voice coil framework.
Further, the loudspeaker unit also comprises a magnetic circuit component accommodated in the basin frame 2; the magnetic circuit assembly comprises a T iron 9, a magnet 8 fixed on the T iron 9 and a washer 7 fixed on one side, far away from the T iron 9, of the magnet 8; wherein, T iron 9 includes the bottom and sets up the stand in bottom central point, forms the magnetic gap between magnet 8, washer 7 and the stand, and voice coil 4 hangs and establishes in the magnetic gap. In order to ensure the concentricity of the loudspeaker module, the vertical column, the magnet 8, the washer 7 and the voice coil 4 are positioned on the same straight line so as to improve the overall stability of the magnetic circuit component and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker monomer.
In addition, the loudspeaker monomer of the invention also comprises an electric connector (not shown in the figure) which is fixed on the frame 2 and used for connecting the internal and external circuits of the loudspeaker monomer, a lead wire of the voice coil 4 extends to the electric connector and is conducted with the electric connector, or a conductive piece such as conductive adhesive is arranged on the centering support piece 5, and the two ends of the conductive piece are respectively conducted with the electric connector and the lead wire of the voice coil 4, thereby realizing the connection of the voice coil 4 and the electric connector through the centering support piece 5, and realizing the conduction of the internal and external circuits of the loudspeaker monomer when the electric connector is conducted with a terminal equipment pad.
According to the loudspeaker module provided by the embodiment of the invention, the rubber edge at the outermost periphery of the vibrating diaphragm is thickened, so that the height of the rubber edge protrudes out of the installation surface of the basin frame and the module shell, when the basin frame and the module shell are assembled, the rubber edge is highly interfered by the module shell, the sealing between the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity of the loudspeaker monomer can be realized, and the loudspeaker module has the advantages of simple structure, good sealing effect, low cost and easiness in operation.
The loudspeaker module proposed according to the invention is described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the speaker module set forth above without departing from the spirit of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.
