Background
With the development of the terminal being light and thin, the assembly space inside the terminal is smaller and smaller, and in order to give consideration to both the light and thin appearance and the high performance of the terminal, the assembly space occupied by various devices of the terminal needs to be reduced as much as possible.
Existing terminals are often provided with a speaker for generating sound, and also with sound cavities, such as a rear sound cavity and a front sound cavity, for improving the sound quality of the speaker. In the prior art, the terminal usually adopts a separate cavity component as a rear sound cavity of the speaker, so that the assembly space required to be occupied by the rear sound cavity is larger.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a terminal, which aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, a terminal usually adopts a single cavity component as a rear sound cavity of a loudspeaker, so that the assembly space required to be occupied by the rear sound cavity is large.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal, including:
the shell is provided with a sound outlet;
the circuit board comprises a first circuit board and a second circuit board, wherein the first circuit board and the second circuit board are arranged oppositely and at intervals, and the second circuit board is provided with a through hole;
the loudspeaker is embedded in the through hole and is electrically connected with the first circuit board, a front sound cavity is arranged between the sound outlet surface of the loudspeaker and the shell, and the front sound cavity is communicated with the sound outlet;
the enclosure piece surrounds the loudspeaker and is arranged between the first circuit board and the second circuit board, and the first circuit board, the enclosure piece and the second circuit board enclose to form a rear sound cavity.
In the embodiment of the invention, the space between the first circuit board and the second circuit board is directly utilized to form the rear sound cavity of the loudspeaker, so that a separate cavity component is not needed, the assembly space occupied by the rear sound cavity can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the internal space of the terminal is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a terminal includes:
the sound box comprises a shell 1, wherein a sound outlet 11 is formed in the shell 1;
the circuit board comprises a first circuit board 2 and a second circuit board 3, wherein the first circuit board 2 and the second circuit board 3 are opposite and spaced, and the second circuit board 3 is provided with a through hole 31;
the loudspeaker 4 is embedded in the through hole 31 and electrically connected with the first circuit board 2, a front sound cavity 5 is arranged between the sound emitting surface 41 of the loudspeaker 4 and the shell 1, and the front sound cavity 5 is communicated with the sound emitting port 11;
and the enclosing piece 6 surrounds the loudspeaker 4 and is arranged between the first circuit board 2 and the second circuit board 3, and the first circuit board 2, the enclosing piece 6 and the second circuit board 3 are enclosed to form a rear sound cavity 7.
The terminal may be a Mobile phone, a smart speaker, a portable speaker, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), or the like.
The first circuit board 2 may be electrically connected to the second circuit board 3 so that the two can transmit electrical signals to each other; the first circuit board 2 may not be electrically connected to the second circuit board 3. The through hole 31 of the second circuit board 3 may be in various shapes such as a circle, a triangle, or a quadrangle, and the shape of the through hole 31 may be determined according to the external shape of the speaker 4.
The loudspeaker 4 may also be referred to as a horn and may in particular be a transducer device for converting an electrical signal into an acoustic signal. The speaker 4 is embedded in the through hole 31, and the speaker 4 may be embedded in the through hole 31, and the side surface 42 of the speaker 4 is attached to the inner wall of the through hole 31. The speaker 4 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 2, and may be a speaker driving interface disposed on the first circuit board 2, through which the speaker 4 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 2, so that the first circuit board 2 provides a driving signal for the speaker 4.
The sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 may be a surface of the speaker 4 for conducting sound to the outside of the terminal, and specifically, the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 may be a plane or a curved surface. The front sound cavity 5 is provided between the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 and the housing 1, and it can be understood that the front sound cavity 5 is located between the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 and the housing 1, and the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 is communicated with the front sound cavity 5.
The enclosing piece 6 can be a ring structure, a frame structure or other closed structures; the enclosing element 6 may be for connecting the first circuit board 2 and the second circuit board 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the space between the first circuit board and the second circuit board is directly utilized to form the rear sound cavity of the loudspeaker, so that a separate cavity component is not needed, the assembly space occupied by the rear sound cavity can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the internal space of the terminal is improved.
Optionally, the housing 1 is further provided with an extension portion 12 extending toward the second circuit board 3, and the housing 1, the extension portion 12 and the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 enclose to form the front sound cavity 5.
The extension portion 12 may be in contact with the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4, may be in contact with the side surface 42 of the speaker 4 and the second circuit board 3, or may be in contact with the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 and the second circuit board 3. In addition, the front sound cavity 5 may be a separate cavity member.
Therefore, the front sound cavity of the loudspeaker is formed by directly utilizing the space between the shell and the sound outlet surface of the loudspeaker, so that the assembly space required to be occupied by the front sound cavity of the loudspeaker can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the internal space of the terminal can be further improved.
Optionally, the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4 is higher than the surface of the second circuit board 3 facing the housing 1.
Like this, because the play sound face protrusion in the second circuit board of speaker to can make the isolation effect between back sound chamber and the preceding sound chamber better, and then can further make the tone quality of speaker better, also can make the connection between extension and the speaker more firm simultaneously.
Optionally, the extension portion 12 abuts against the second circuit board 3 and the sound emitting surface 41 of the speaker 4, respectively.
The extension portion 12 is respectively abutted against the second circuit board 3 and the sound emission surface 41 of the speaker 4, and it can be understood that the extension portion 12 is abutted against the second circuit board 3 and the edge of the sound emission surface 41 of the speaker 4.
Like this, because the extension jointly with the second circuit board with the play sound face of speaker offsets to can make the connection between extension and the speaker more firm, also can make preceding sound chamber and the preceding isolation effect in back sound chamber better, and then can further make the tone quality of speaker better.
Optionally, a first sealing member 8 is disposed at a supporting position between the extending portion 12 and the second circuit board 3; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a second sealing member is arranged at the abutting position between the extending part 12 and the sound emitting surface 41 of the loudspeaker 4.
The first sealing member 8 may be foam, sealant or solder. The second sealing element can be foam, sealant or soldering tin.
Therefore, the first sealing element is arranged at the abutting position between the extending part and the second circuit board and/or the second sealing element is arranged at the abutting position between the extending part and the sound outlet surface of the loudspeaker, so that the contact gap between the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity can be filled, the isolation effect between the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity can be better, and the tone quality of the loudspeaker can be further better.
Optionally, a third sealing element is arranged at the connection position between the enclosing element 6 and the first circuit board 2; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a fourth sealing element is arranged at the joint between the enclosing element 6 and the second circuit board 3.
The third sealing element can be foam, sealant or soldering tin. The fourth sealing element can be foam, sealant or soldering tin.
Like this, through being provided with the third sealing member in the junction between piece and the first circuit board and/or setting up the fourth sealing member in the junction between piece and the second circuit board of enclosing, can further improve the leakproofness of enclosing the junction between piece and first circuit board and the second circuit board to can make the sealed effect in back sound chamber better, and then can further make the tone quality of speaker better.
Optionally, the enclosing element 6 is a printed circuit board.
The enclosing element 6 is a printed circuit board, and it can be understood that the enclosing element 6 is formed by the printed circuit board.
Therefore, the enclosing piece is the printed circuit board, so that the utilization rate of the internal space of the terminal can be further improved; meanwhile, when the first circuit board and the second circuit board need to be electrically connected, the first circuit board and the second circuit board can be directly electrically connected through the enclosing piece without using other parts, so that the convenience of assembly can be improved.
Optionally, the enclosing element 6 is a printed circuit board connector.
The material of the printed circuit board connecting piece can be plastic, metal or other materials; since the plastic is light, the weight of the terminal can be further reduced when the material of the enclosing element 6 is plastic.
Optionally, the sound outlet 11 is provided with a dust screen.
The dust screen may be embedded in the sound outlet 11. The dust screen can be a plastic dust screen, a metal dust screen or a dust screen made of other materials; since the appearance of the metal is more glossy, the appearance effect of the terminal can be made better when the metal dust screen is used.
Like this, through set up the dust screen at sound outlet 11, can effectively prevent in the particulate matter gets into the sound outlet, and then more be favorable to the sound effect at guarantee terminal.
Optionally, an electrical connector is disposed on a surface of the first circuit board 2 facing the speaker 4, and the speaker 4 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 2 through the electrical connector.
In this way, since the electrical connection member is provided on the surface of the first circuit board facing the speaker, when the height of the speaker is small, for example, the height of the speaker is smaller than the interval between the first circuit board and the second circuit board, the speaker can be raised by the electrical connection member, so that the speaker is electrically connected to the first circuit board through the electrical connection member, and the speaker is brought into good contact with the through hole.
Optionally, the electrical connector is a spring plate or a conductive bracket.
It should be noted that the electrical connector is not limited to the above-mentioned spring plate and conductive bracket, and may be other forms of electrical connectors.
