背景技术
[0002] 环网柜是一组高压开关设备装在钢板金属柜体内或做成拼装间隔式环网供电单 元的电气设备,其核心部分采用负荷开关和熔断器等电气元件,具有结构简单、体积小、价 格低、可提高供电参数和性能以及供电安全等优点。它被广泛使用于城市住宅小区、高层建 筑、大型公共建筑、工厂企业等负荷中心的配电站以及箱式变电站中。环网柜内安装的电气 元件发热产生的热量需要不间断排出,以保证电气元件的正常运行。目前,环网柜内电气元 件进行散热所采用的方式及结构具有以下缺陷:1、由于环网柜一般都是高度较高,采用竖 向通风,风路较长,风路末端的冷风已被加热,因此环网柜内的温度仍然较高,散热效果差, 导致电气元件使用寿命缩短;2、风路的风量没有设置调节机构,耗能较大,冷却散热效率 低。新型高压环网柜内部空间十分紧凑,为保证其在高湿地区内部绝缘水平,保证其可靠工 作,对柜内防潮、防凝露提出了更高的要求。电气元件受潮,会存在问题包括:1、电器设备生 锈,导致转动部分在执行工作时失灵;2、电器设备严重受潮后,容易造成电气击穿或绝缘下 降,产生安全隐患;3、电器设备长期严重受潮,会使设备的电气连接处接触不良,在执行电 气传动时发生设备拒动或乱动。因此,解决高压环网柜凝露问题,是保证电气元件设备正常 运行必然条件。我国在开关柜中采用自动加热除湿控制器防止凝露已有十几年历史,这种 加热除湿控制器在抗潮湿、防凝露保证高压设备可靠运行起到了积极作用,但在有的地区 应用中也出现了一些问题。例如:在南方的梅雨季节,有时开关柜内部的空气湿度较高,甚 至开关柜内局部己有结露现象,由于安装在柜体内部的凝露传感器位置并没有到达凝露的 程度,或者凝露传感器长期受空气中灰尘和气体侵蚀,使传感器的灵敏度受到影响,凝露控 制器不能及时地启动加热器,致使凝露控制的作用失灵,设备不能够正常运行,给开关设备 的安全运行带来威胁。
发明内容

[0014]如图所示:本发明一种具有散热和防凝露功能的环网柜,包括柜体丨、顶盖2、散热 装置、防凝露装置、温度传感器3和控制器4,所述柜体1由交叉且垂直的横板5和竖板6分割 成四个内室,四个内室分别用于放置仪表、高压设备、低压设备以及调控设备,每个内室均 设置有箱门7,箱门7上均设置有观察窗8和把手9,可以从观察窗8内直接对每个内室的设备 进行观测,避免检测时反复打开箱门7;柜体1的顶板上开设有通风孔1〇,通风孔10的设置可 以直接使柜体1内部的空气与外界空气实现对流,进一步达到对柜体1散热的目的;柜体丄上 开设有进线口和出线口,进线口和出线口内均设置有内螺纹,且进线口和出线口处分别安 装有盖板11,盖板11上设置有多个进线孔I2,且盖板11的外壁设置有与进线口和出线口内 螺纹相配合的外螺纹,进线口和出线口的设置便于电缆线从进线口进去,从出线口穿出,进 线口和出线口处盖板11的设置,减小了外界水汽进入到柜体1内部,进线口和出线口均设置 有与盖板11上外螺纹相互配合的内螺纹,可以实现盖板11的拆卸以及安装等,顶盖2为锥形 结构,且通过支撑架13设置在柜体1的顶板上方,顶盖2的上表面贴附有太阳能电池板,通过 支撑架13将顶盖2支撑起来的设置方式,可以使顶盖2与柜体1的顶板之间形成通风区,使柜 体1内部空气与外界空气实现对流,顶盖2上太阳能电池板的设置,可以利用太阳能进行发 电,节约了电力资源;所述散热装置包括风机一 14、散热片15和散热腔,所述风机一 14悬挂 在柜体1的上部,风机一 14可以对柜体1进行散热,所述散热片15设置在柜体1相对称的两个 外侧壁上,散热片15的设置,可以进一步实现对柜体1的散热;所述散热腔包括散热室16、风 机二17和通风管道18,所述散热室16为顶端敞口的箱体结构,设置在柜体1的底板下方,所 述风机二17设置在散热室16内,所述通风管道18分别设置在散热室16底板与侧壁的拐角 处,并与散热室16内相连通,通风管道18可以实现对散热室16内部空气与外界空气的对流, 实现散热室16内部热量的热交换,进一步实现对柜体1的散热;且通风管道18的出口端均向 下弯折;这种弯折设置,避免了雨水等从通风管道18进入到散热室16内;风机二17上设置有 空气过滤网,可以避免空气中的灰尘污染风机二17;所述防凝露装置包括吸潮盒19和加热 电阻丝,所述吸潮盒19悬挂在柜体1内的侧壁上,吸潮盒19为箱体结构,吸潮盒19的顶板上 开设有进气口 20,进气口 20处安装有单向进气阀,吸潮盒19的底部开设有排气口 21,排气口 21处安装有单向排气阀,吸潮盒19内部设置有过滤网22,过滤网22上放置有吸潮剂,吸潮剂 为石灰石或硅胶或氯化钙;柜体1内的空气由进气口 20进入到吸潮盒19内,经过吸潮剂吸附 后,经由排气口21排出,实现了对柜内空气的干燥;加热电阻丝布置在吸潮盒19内以及缠绕 在所述横板5和竖板6上,实现了对吸潮剂的干燥以及对柜体1内部空气的千燥;所述温度传 感器3设置在柜体1内部,所述控制器4设置在柜体1外壁上,温度传感器3的信号输出端与控 制器4的信号接收端线路连接,风机和加热电阻丝的信号接收端分别与控制器4的信号输出 端线路连接,太阳能电池板分别与风机一 14、风机二17、控制器4、温度传感器3和加热电阻 丝线路连接,可以通过设置温度传感器3的检测系数,对控制器4进行设定,当温度达到设定 值时,可以通过控制器4启动风机,对柜体1进行降温。

1.一种具有散热和防凝露功能的环网柜,包括柜体(1)、顶盖(2)、散热装置、防凝露装 置、温度传感器⑶和控制器(4),其特征在于:所述柜体(1)由交叉且垂直的横板(5)和竖板 (6)分割成四个内室,每个内室均设置有箱门(7),箱门⑺上均设置有观察窗⑻和把手 ⑼,柜体⑴的顶板上开设有通风孔(10),柜体⑴上开设有进线口和出线口,进线口和出 线口内均设置有内螺纹,且进线口和出线口处分别安装有盖板(11),盖板(11)上设置有多 个进线孔(12),且盖板(11)的外壁设置有与进线口和出线口内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,所述 顶盖(2)为锥形结构,且通过支撑架(13)设置在柜体(1)的顶板上方,以形成通风区,顶盖 ⑵的外表面贴附有太阳能电池板,所述散热装置包括风机一(14)、散热片(15)和散热腔, 所述风机一(14)悬挂在柜体(1)的上部,所述散热片(15)设置在柜体(1)相对称的两个外侧 壁上,所述散热腔包括散热室(16)、风机二(17)和通风管道(18),所述散热室(16)为顶端敞 口的箱体结构,设置在柜体⑴的底板下方,所述风机二(17)设置在散热室(16)内,所述通 风管道(18)分别设置在散热室(16)底板与侧壁的拐角处,并与散热室(16)内相连通,且通 风管道(18)的出口端均向下弯折,所述风机一 (14)、风机二(17)以及柜体(1)的顶板外侧分 别设置有空气过滤网,所述防凝露装置包括吸潮盒(19)和加热电阻丝,所述吸潮盒(19)悬 挂在柜体(1)内的侧壁上,吸潮盒(19)为箱体结构,吸潮盒(19)的顶板上开设有进气口 (20),进气口(20)处安装有单向进气阀,吸潮盒(19)的底部开设有排气口(21),排气口(21) 处安装有单向排气阀,吸潮盒(19)内部设置有过滤网(22),过滤网(22)上放置有吸潮剂,吸 潮剂为石灰石、硅胶或氯化钙,所述加热电阻丝布置在吸潮盒(19)内以及缠绕在所述横板 (5)和竖板⑹上,所述温度传感器⑶设置在柜体(1)内部,所述控制器⑷设置在柜体(1) 夕卜壁上,温度传感器⑶的信号输出端与控制器⑷的信号接收端线路连接,风机一 (14)、风 机二(17)和加热电阻丝的信号接收端分别与控制器⑷的信号输出端线路连接,太阳能电 池板分别与风机一 (14)、风机二(17)、控制器(4)、温度传感器⑶和加热电阻丝线路连接。
