本发明属于纺织品纱线浆纱技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料及浆纱工艺。
背景技术
纱线上浆是纺织工程的关键环节,浆纱的目的主要是提高纱线的耐磨性,减少毛羽,适当增加纱线的强力,减少伸度,以承受纱线在纺织过程中受到的机械作用力,提高纱线的可织性。
经纱浆纱时用的材料称为浆料,浆料分为粘合剂和助剂,粘合剂在浆纱过程中起主要作用,担负着粘合经纱中纤维和在经纱表面形成浆膜的任务,以抵御织造过程中经纱所经受的耐磨和拉伸作用,粘合剂又叫主浆料。目前,纱线浆料品种繁杂,浆液配方及调浆工艺比较陈旧,组分多元化,缺乏规范性及科学性。现有技术中纱线浆料主要以淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚丙烯酸类为主。PVA类、淀粉类及大部分固体聚丙烯酸类浆料都需要在高温(95℃以上)下才能溶解形成浆液,这就是传统的高温调浆,所形成的浆液温度很高。淀粉是天然多糖类高聚物,天然环保,易于退浆,但是淀粉浆料浆纱强力不够,不耐磨;PVA浆料浆膜强力大,柔韧性及流动性好,但其难以退浆,且对环境污染大;聚丙烯酸浆料是丙烯酸类单体的均聚物、共聚物和共混物的总称,其粘度较低、流动性及粘附性好,但是价格高,提高了印染企业的生产成本。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料及浆纱工艺。
技术方案:本发明的一个目的在于提供一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,包括以下重量份的组分:改性聚丙烯酸酯8-12份、中温可溶性淀粉10-20份、聚乙烯醇10-20份、纳米氧化锌2-3份、纳米二氧化钛2-3份。
优选的,还包括助剂2-8份;所述助剂为蒙脱土k10;所述的助剂粒径<100nm。
优选的,还包括增效剂6-8份;所述的增效剂为BP-A增效剂,购买于常州市丰源纺织助剂有限公司。
优选的,所述的改性聚丙烯酸酯为有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,通过将丙烯酸酯乳液中加入有机硅氧烷单体超声振荡改性而得,丙烯酸酯乳液:有机硅氧烷单体质量比为10:1。
优选的,所述的中温可溶性淀粉为木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉中的一种。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用于羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、分别称取配方量的改性聚丙烯酸酯、中温可溶性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,在室温下向调浆桶中加水,搅拌同时加入中温可溶性淀粉搅拌5-10min,再加入改性聚丙酸酯搅拌5-10min后,再加入聚乙烯醇搅拌5-10min,最后加入纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛继续搅拌至充分混合均匀,搅拌速度为800-900r/min;
2、将调浆桶内温度升高至60℃,继续加入助剂和增效剂并搅拌均匀,闷浆,保温20-25min即得浆料;
3、将步骤2制得浆料注入到浆纱机浆槽内对羊毛织物纱线上浆。
优选的,步骤3中纱浆机为单浆槽浆或双浆槽浆纱机,上浆条件为压浆辊压力为20-30KN,浆槽温度设定为85-90℃,回潮设定7.0-8.0%,浆纱机车速50-60m/min,待纱线达到预定长度上浆完成。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的环保羊毛织物纱线浆料及浆纱工艺,上浆后纱线强力显著提高,纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化锌一定程度上提高了中温可溶性淀粉对羊毛织物的粘附力、抗菌性能增加的同时还改善了对淀粉浆膜性能,浆膜柔韧滑爽、强度高、韧性高和粘附力高,纱线耐磨性能、稳定性和相容性好;无添加PVA,绿色环保,原料易降解,易退浆;工艺简单,不会产生有毒物质,环境友好,成本低。

实施例1
一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,包括以下重量份的组分:改性聚丙烯酸酯8份、中温可溶性淀粉10份、聚乙烯醇10份、纳米氧化锌2份、纳米二氧化钛2份。
还包括助剂2份;所述助剂为蒙脱土k10;所述的助剂粒径<100nm。
还包括增效剂6份;所述的增效剂为BP-A增效剂,购买于常州市丰源纺织助剂有限公司。
所述的改性聚丙烯酸酯为有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,通过将丙烯酸酯乳液中加入有机硅氧烷单体超声振荡改性而得,丙烯酸酯乳液:有机硅氧烷单体质量比为10:1。

3、将步骤2制得浆料注入到浆纱机浆槽内对羊毛织物纱线上浆。

步骤3中纱浆机为双浆槽浆纱机,上浆条件为压浆辊压力为30KN,浆槽温度设定为90℃,回潮设定8.0%,浆纱机车速60m/min,待纱线达到预定长度上浆完成。
实施例3
一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,包括以下重量份的组分:改性聚丙烯酸酯10份、中温可溶性淀粉15份、聚乙烯醇15份、纳米氧化锌2.5份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份。
还包括助剂5份;所述助剂为蒙脱土k10;所述的助剂粒径<100nm。
还包括增效剂7份;所述的增效剂为BP-A增效剂,购买于常州市丰源纺织助剂有限公司。
所述的改性聚丙烯酸酯为有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,通过将丙烯酸酯乳液中加入有机硅氧烷单体超声振荡改性而得,丙烯酸酯乳液:有机硅氧烷单体质量比为10:1。
所述的中温可溶性淀粉为木薯淀粉。
上述的一种浆料用于羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、分别称取配方量的改性聚丙烯酸酯、中温可溶性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,在室温下向调浆桶中加水,搅拌同时加入中温可溶性淀粉搅拌8min,再加入改性聚丙酸酯搅拌8min后,再加入聚乙烯醇搅拌8min,最后加入纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛继续搅拌至充分混合均匀,搅拌速度为850r/min;
2、将调浆桶内温度升高至60℃,继续加入助剂和增效剂并搅拌均匀,闷浆,保温23min即得浆料;
3、将步骤2制得浆料注入到浆纱机浆槽内对羊毛织物纱线上浆。
步骤3中纱浆机为双浆槽浆纱机,上浆条件为压浆辊压力为25KN,浆槽温度设定为87℃,回潮设定7.5%,浆纱机车速55m/min,待纱线达到预定长度上浆完成。
实施例1-3浆纱前后纱线测试结果如下表1所示。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:改性聚丙烯酸酯8-12份、中温可溶性淀粉10-20份、聚乙烯醇10-20份、纳米氧化锌2-3份、纳米二氧化钛2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,其特征在于:还包括助剂2-8份;所述助剂为蒙脱土k10;所述的助剂粒径<100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,其特征在于:还包括增效剂6-8份;所述的增效剂为BP-A增效剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,其特征在于:所述的改性聚丙烯酸酯为有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,通过将丙烯酸酯乳液中加入有机硅氧烷单体超声振荡改性而得,丙烯酸酯乳液:有机硅氧烷单体质量比为10:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料,其特征在于:所述的中温可溶性淀粉为木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料的浆纱工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1、分别称取配方量的改性聚丙烯酸酯、中温可溶性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,在室温下向调浆桶中加水,搅拌同时加入中温可溶性淀粉搅拌5-10min,再加入改性聚丙酸酯搅拌5-10min后,再加入聚乙烯醇搅拌5-10min,最后加入纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛继续搅拌至充分混合均匀,搅拌速度为800-900r/min;
2、将调浆桶内温度升高至60℃,继续加入助剂和增效剂并搅拌均匀,闷浆,保温20-25min即得浆料;
3、将步骤2制得浆料注入到浆纱机浆槽内对羊毛织物纱线上浆。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保羊毛织物纱线浆料的浆纱工艺,其特征在于:步骤3中纱浆机为单浆槽浆或双浆槽浆纱机,上浆条件为压浆辊压力为20-30KN,浆槽温度设定为85-90℃,回潮设定7.0-8.0%,浆纱机车速50-60m/min,待纱线达到预定长度上浆完成。
