本发明涉及一种控制台用面板。所述面板为铝合金型材,所述面板的外表面覆盖有高分子涂层,所述高分子涂层包括重量比的:环氧树脂30份,玻璃纤维5份,石墨0.5份,氧化铝1份,陶瓷粉1.5粉,耐磨剂0.2份、填充剂0.4份、交联剂0.5份、抗氧剂0.5份、偶联剂0.1份。本发明提供的控制台用面板,在铝合金的外表面上增加耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层以环氧树脂为溶剂,其内增加玻璃纤维、氧化铝和陶瓷粉提高耐磨性,从而使面板表面不易磨损。

背景技术
现有技术中,控制台面板基本为铝合金材质,其耐磨性较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种耐磨的控制台用面板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种控制台用面板,所述面板为铝合金型材,所述面板的外表面覆盖有高分子涂层,所述高分子涂层包括重量比的:环氧树脂30份,玻璃纤维5份,石墨0.5份,氧化铝1份,陶瓷粉1.5粉,耐磨剂0.2份、填充剂0.4份、交联剂0.5份、抗氧剂0.5份、偶联剂0.1份。
上述方案进一步的改进在于:还包括紫外吸收剂2份。
本发明提供的控制台用面板,在铝合金的外表面上增加耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层以环氧树脂为溶剂,其内增加玻璃纤维、氧化铝和陶瓷粉提高耐磨性,从而使面板表面不易磨损。
