本发明涉及一种水性银色烤漆。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,一些装潢设施所用的涂料除了要求具有基本的耐热性、耐磨性和耐候性等要求外,设计者往往追求给人以美观和闪亮的视觉效果。近年来,具有金属表面效果的粉末涂料也越来越多,然而,这些粉末涂料的金属表面效果往往不太稳定,容易随气压或静电压大小发生变化,附着效果不佳,因此,需要一种附着力好的银色水漆。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种水性银色烤漆。所述水性银色烤漆实现了油性银粉水性化的转变,经处理钝化后的银粉在水性漆中很稳定,不会水解、胀气、发黑,解决了水性银粉金属感及百度不够的问题,对基材表面具有良好的附着力。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种水性银色烤漆,包括由如下重量份数的原料:银粉:5-10份;水性丙烯酸树脂:50-66份;水性氨基树脂:8-15份;聚偏氟乙烯:3-6份;钝化剂:0.1-1份;消泡剂:0.01-1份;防沉剂:0.2-5份;助溶剂:1-12份;水:10-22份。
进一步地,包括由如下重量份数的原料:银粉:5-8份;水性丙烯酸树脂:50-60份;水性氨基树脂:8-11份;聚偏氟乙烯:3-4份;钝化剂:0.1-0.5份;消泡剂:0.01-0.1份;防沉剂:0.2-0.5份;助溶剂:4-10份;水:10-13份。
进一步地,包括由如下重量份数的原料:银粉:6份;水性丙烯酸树脂:55份;水性氨基树脂:9份;聚偏氟乙烯:3.5份;钝化剂:0.4份;消泡剂:0.02份;防沉剂:0.3份;助溶剂:6.5份;水:11份。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷或聚醚或酰胺类消泡剂。
进一步地,所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为BCS助溶剂。
进一步地,所述水性银色烤漆在使用时加入水稀释,稀释比例为1:0.3~0.8。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性银色烤漆,其特征在于,包括由如下重量份数的原料:银粉:6份;水性丙烯酸树脂:55份;水性氨基树脂:9份;聚偏氟乙烯:3.5份;钝化剂:0.4份;消泡剂:0.02份;防沉剂:0.3份;助溶剂:6.5份;水:11份。
