本发明公开一种银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液30~40份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆10~25份、钛白粉3~10份、纳米填料5~15份、防沉剂1~5份、防霉剂2~7份、流平剂3~9份、增稠剂2~8份、去离子水20~30份。本发明制备的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,添加纳米银盐抗菌剂,具有很强的抗菌防霉作用,能够有效防止霉菌、藻类、有机污物等的生成。配方组分混合均匀,分散性好,环保无毒,不会产生对环境和人体有害的气体,适用于住宅、医院、学校等内墙装饰装修领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料。
背景技术
在南方地区,南方的天气阴雨天较长,雨水多,湿气重,部分阳光照不到的墙面长霉现象更为严重,霉菌在潮湿环境下繁殖迅速。市场上的抗菌涂料品种较多,但多以具备保护、装饰功能为主,抗菌防霉性能则略显薄弱。
无机抗菌涂料是一种抗菌效果较好的抗菌涂料,具有对人体安全无毒、抗菌防霉能力强、抗菌范围广、气味小、外观颜色浅、热稳定性好、耐水洗、储存期长,价格便宜,来源广泛等优点。
然而,目前市场上的无机抗菌涂料的抗菌粒子易发生团聚,在溶液中有效分散较困难,如果没有良好分散,在涂料中会失去应有的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种分散性好、环保无毒、抗菌防霉效果优异的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液30~40份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆10~25份、钛白粉3~10份、纳米填料5~15份、防沉剂1~5份、防霉剂2~7份、流平剂3~9份、增稠剂2~8份、去离子水20~30份。
优选的,所述防沉剂为有机膨润土、气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡中的任意一种。
优选的,所述防霉剂为8-羟基喹啉铜、三丁基锡、硫酸铜中的任意一种。
优选的,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷、氟改性丙烯酸酯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,添加纳米银盐抗菌剂,具有很强的抗菌防霉作用,能够有效防止霉菌、藻类、有机污物等的生成。配方组分混合均匀,分散性好,环保无毒,不会产生对环境和人体有害的气体,适用于住宅、医院、学校等内墙装饰装修领域。

本发明的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液40份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆25份、钛白粉3份、纳米填料5份、气相二氧化硅1份、三丁基锡7份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷9份、羧甲基纤维素钠2份、去离子水20份。

本发明的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液35份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆17份、钛白粉6份、纳米填料10份、聚烯烃蜡3份、硫酸铜5份、氟改性丙烯酸酯6份、羟乙基纤维素5份、去离子水25份。
实施例4
本发明的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液32份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆12份、钛白粉4份、纳米填料7份、气相二氧化硅2份、三丁基锡4份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷5份、羧甲基纤维素钠4份、去离子水22份。
实施例5
本发明的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液38份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆22份、钛白粉8份、纳米填料12份、聚烯烃蜡4份、硫酸铜6份、氟改性丙烯酸酯7份、羟乙基纤维素6份、去离子水27份。
实施例6
本发明的银基防霉抗菌乳胶漆内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:纯丙乳液30份、纳米银盐抗菌剂浓缩浆18份、钛白粉6份、纳米填料12份、有机膨润土份、8-羟基喹啉铜3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、去离子水24份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1和表2所示:
