It can be understood that the tray 11 is provided with an inclined connecting hole 113, the connecting rope is arranged in the connecting hole 113 in a penetrating manner, one end of the connecting rope is connected with the clamping piece 14 and used for pulling the clamping piece 14 to rotate, and the other end of the connecting rope is connected with the pressing piece 12.
It should be noted here that the connecting rope is only a relatively flexible structure, so as to achieve a good pulling effect.
One end of the restoring member 15 is connected to the tray 11, and the other end thereof is connected to the clamping member 14, so that the clamping member 14 has a movement tendency to fit the tray 11. That is, in the idle state of the fixing device 10, the clip 14 is attached to the tray 11.
According to the fixing device 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the working principle of the fixing device 10 is as follows:
when the fixing device 10 is in an idle state, the clamping piece 14 is attached to the tray 11 under the action of the restoring piece 15, and the pressing piece 12 protrudes relative to the tray 11. After the goods 102 are placed, the goods are pressed against the pressing piece 12, the pressing piece 12 moves downwards, the connecting rope is pulled, the clamping piece 14 is pulled by the connecting rope to drive the clamping piece 14 to rotate, the clamping piece 14 stretches out relative to the tray 11, and the goods 102 are clamped under the combined action of the two opposite clamping pieces 14.
After the goods 102 leave, the pressing member 12 and the clamping member 14 are reset under the action of the restoring member 15.

Referring to fig. 10, the present embodiment also provides a replenishment device 100, which includes a rack 20, a storage device 30, a conveying mechanism and the above-mentioned fixing devices 10, wherein the number of the fixing devices 10 is plural and moves along with the movement of the conveying mechanism, and the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the cargos 102 in the storage device 30 to the rack 20.
The structure of the fixing device 10 can be referred to in embodiments 1 to 4, and the restocking apparatus 100 has all the functions of the fixing device 10.
The transfer mechanism may include a robotic arm and transfer member 40 for clamping the cargo 102 within the storage device 30 to the transfer member 40 or clamping the cargo 102 on the transfer member 40 to the rack 20.
It should be noted that, the conveying member 40 may be a conveyor belt, and the fixing device 10 is sequentially fixed on the conveyor belt, and when the conveying member 40 moves, the fixing device 10 is driven to move, so as to realize the transportation of the cargo 102.
The storage device 30 may also be understood as a warehouse.
Optionally, the replenishment device 100 further includes a first stock detector 21, a second stock detector 31, and a control device, where the first stock detector 21 is located in the shelf 20 and is used for detecting the amount of the goods 102 in the shelf 20, the second stock detector 31 is located in the storage device 30 and is used for detecting the amount of the goods 102 in the storage device 30, and the control device is used for receiving detection signals of the first stock detector 21 and the second stock detector 31 and controlling the transmission mechanism to transport the goods 102 in the storage device 30 to the shelf 20.
The control device can be a PLC or a computer board.
When the goods shelf 20 is out of stock or is in low stock, the first stock detector 21 detects the signal and feeds the signal back to the control device, the control device controls the mechanical arm to clamp the goods 102 in the storage device 30 onto the fixing device 10, the fixing device 10 finishes clamping operation, and the goods 102 are finally transported onto the goods shelf 20 along with the movement of the transporting member 40.
When the storage device 30 is out of stock or is in low stock, the second stock detector 31 detects the signal and feeds the signal back to the control device, and the control device can remind the staff to supply the goods into the storage device 30 as soon as possible in an alarm mode.
In summary, the fixing device 10 provided by the present invention can clamp the goods 102 by the clamping members 14 oppositely arranged, and after the goods 102 are placed in the clamping space 101, they are abutted against the pressing members 12, the pressing members 12 generate a linkage effect, so that the states of the clamping members 14 distributed on both sides of the fixing device change and clamp the goods 102, the whole process is smooth, the goods 102 are orderly arranged, no accumulation and dislocation phenomenon occurs, and the whole use effect is better. The structure is reasonable in design and huge in market application potential.

the fixing device comprises a tray, a pressing piece, a connecting piece and at least two clamping pieces which are oppositely arranged, wherein a clamping space for clamping goods is formed in one side of the tray, the pressing piece is slidably connected to the tray and positioned between the two opposite clamping pieces, the clamping pieces are connected with the tray, the connecting piece is connected with the tray and used for driving the clamping pieces to move, one end of the pressing piece is connected with or abutted against the connecting piece and used for driving the connecting piece to move, and when the pressing piece slides in the direction of the tray away from the clamping space, the clamping space is formed between the two opposite clamping pieces;
the middle part of the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the tray and is positioned on one side of the tray far away from the clamping space, the clamping piece is slidably connected with the tray, one end of the clamping piece is abutted or hinged with one end of the connecting piece, the other end of the connecting piece is abutted with the pressing piece, and the sliding direction of the clamping piece and the sliding direction of the pressing piece are opposite;
