Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coiled material die cutting processing, in particular to a coiled material cleaning machine.
Background
The die-cut product is widely applied to the automobile manufacturing and electronic industries, in particular to the flat panel display industry, and is free from layered thin materials, wherein the demands of consumer electronics industries such as computer displays, televisions and mobile phones are the largest. Insulating materials, vibration-proof materials, heat-resistant and heat-insulating materials, adhesive products, dustproof materials, shielding materials, heat-conducting materials and the like are all required to be manufactured by adopting a die-cutting technology. Among them, double faced adhesive tape products are widely used in the consumer electronics industry. Taking a mobile phone as an example, the mobile phone tends to be lighter and thinner, and the double faced adhesive tape product is spread at all corners inside the mobile phone in a layered and thin manner, so that the light and thin mobile phone is satisfied. The chip, signal module, screen, camera and so on inside the mobile phone can be fixed by double faced adhesive tape.
In the field of light source display, such as mobile phone screens, computer displays, televisions and the like, the cleanliness requirements on all parts are very high, particularly liquid crystal screens and mobile phone screen glasses, if a small dust falls into the screen during assembly, the dust can be clearly and intuitively displayed during the process of lighting the screen, so that the product is defective, the product is reworked or scrapped, the human resources and the material resources are wasted, and the manufacturing cost is increased.
For the die cutting field, in order to ensure the cleanliness of die cutting products such as double faced adhesive tape, besides strict requirements on processing environment, secondary cleaning is needed after the double faced adhesive tape is processed, and fine dust adsorbed on the surface of the products and fine particles of raw materials are removed so as to ensure the cleanliness of the products.
The traditional cleaning mode is to manually cover rubber gloves, lightly dip a little of alcohol with dust-free cloth, lightly wipe back and forth on the surface of the product, carefully observe whether the product is cleaned by facing the light after the wiping is completed, and continuously wipe if fine particles are still present until the surface of the product is free of the fine particles; after the cleaning of the product is finished, the product is put into a plastic sucking disc, and a cover of the plastic sucking disc is covered, so that the secondary pollution of fine particles in the air to the product is prevented.
The biggest shortcoming of the traditional manual cleaning method is that: 1. the waste of manpower, the cleaning of the materials is completed by manpower, and a large amount of manpower is needed for piling up after the products are taken, cleaned and then placed after the cleaning is completed, so that the labor cost is increased sharply; 2. the efficiency is low, because the manual cleaning is performed, the products are cleaned one by one, each product needs to be subjected to the actions of taking, cleaning, checking and placing, and repeated actions are too many. Every step needs to be operated by hand, and whether the product is washed is judged by naked eyes, so that the washing efficiency is quite low.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to design a cleaning machine that can replace manual cleaning, reduce cost, improve efficiency and ensure cleanliness of the product.
