When the anti-static BOPP film is used, the formula weight ratio for preparing the anti-static BOPP film is adjusted to: 100 parts of polypropylene, 5 parts of nano nickel oxide, 100 parts of organic silicon, 8 parts of a coupling agent, 10 parts of a catalyst, 4 parts of an adhesion additive, 8 parts of graphene, 2 parts of graphene oxide, 5 parts of SiC nano particles and 30 parts of a polyamic acid solution, so that the antistatic BOPP film with good compactness, high adhesion and good antistatic effect can be obtained.

1. An anti-static BOPP film preparation device comprises a base and is characterized in that,
also includes a cleaning assembly;
clean subassembly includes lower cleaning roller, pneumatic cylinder, telescopic link, control motor, dwang, goes up cleaning roller and cleaning plate, lower cleaning roller with the base is connected, and is located the top of base, pneumatic cylinder fixed mounting is in the upper surface of base, the telescopic link with the output of pneumatic cylinder is connected, and is located the upper surface of pneumatic cylinder, control motor fixed mounting be in the upper end of telescopic link, the dwang with control motor's output is connected, and is located control motor keeps away from one side of telescopic link, it is in to go up cleaning roller fixed mounting the dwang is kept away from control motor's one end, the cleaning plate is used for clearing up the impurity on the film.
2. The antistatic BOPP film manufacturing apparatus of claim 1,
the cleaning assembly further comprises a driving motor and a rotating shaft, and the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base; the both sides of pivot respectively with driving motor's output with the cleaning roller is connected down, the pivot is located driving motor with between the cleaning roller down.

conveying the prepared film between a lower cleaning roller and an upper cleaning roller, starting a hydraulic cylinder, driving a telescopic rod to stretch by power output by an output end of the hydraulic cylinder so as to drive the upper cleaning roller to move up and down, and clamping the film between the lower cleaning roller and the upper cleaning roller;
starting a driving motor, wherein the power output by the output end of the driving motor drives a rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the lower cleaning roller to rotate;
starting a control motor, wherein the power output by the output end of the control motor drives a rotating rod to rotate so as to drive the upper cleaning roller to rotate;
the lower cleaning roller and the upper cleaning roller rotate to drive the cleaning plate to rotate, and impurities attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the film are cleaned;
the film after will clearing up conveys on the wind-up roll, starts to turn to the motor, the power drive connecting rod of turning to the output of motor rotates to drive the wind-up roll rotates, realizes right the rolling of film.
7. An antistatic BOPP film, which is prepared by the antistatic BOPP film preparation device of any one of claim 1 to claim 5, wherein:
the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 4-6 parts of nano nickel oxide, 100 parts of organic silicon, 5-8 parts of a coupling agent, 8-12 parts of a catalyst, 4-6 parts of an adhesion additive, 3-8 parts of graphene, 1-3 parts of graphene oxide, 2-5 parts of SiC nano particles and 20-40 parts of a polyamic acid solution.
