Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glass substrate production equipment, in particular to a glass substrate fragment cleaning device.
Background
The formed and cut glass substrate is subjected to fine cutting, edge grinding and cleaning on the edge of the glass substrate, and a final finished product is produced. With the development of display technology, the size of the glass substrate is required to reach 3130 × 3300mm and the thickness is required to be less than 1.0 mm. The glass substrate is a brittle material, and is very easy to break in the processing process, in particular to the edge grinding process. When edging, after the glass chips are broken, the glass chips need to be taken out in time, and if the glass chips remain on a production line, the glass substrate behind the glass substrate is scratched.
At present, glass fragments in a production line are taken out piece by piece manually, and whether the fragments are all taken out is judged in a weighing mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a glass substrate fragment cleaning device which can be used for conveniently and quickly taking out glass fragments after the glass fragments are bonded, so that the purpose of effectively cleaning the glass fragments is achieved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a glass substrate fragment cleaning device comprises a rectangular housing, wherein a tape roller, a driving roller, a driven roller and a tape leveling roller are sequentially arranged in the rectangular housing from top to bottom, and the tape roller, the driving roller, the driven roller and the tape leveling roller are all arranged along the radial direction of the rectangular housing; a driving roller groove and a leveling roller groove are axially formed in the inner wall of the rectangular housing, a rolling shaft of the driving roller is matched with the driving roller groove, and a rolling shaft of the adhesive tape leveling roller is matched with the leveling roller groove;
the adhesive tape roller, the driven roller and the adhesive tape leveling roller are respectively driven by the driving mechanism and the driving roller; the adhesive tape of the adhesive tape roller is tensioned and wound to the bottom opening of the rectangular housing through the driving roller and the driven roller for adhering the glass fragments;
the driving roller drives the adhesive tape roller, the driven roller and the adhesive tape leveling roller to horizontally move from the head part to the tail part of the rectangular housing along the groove of the driving roller and the groove of the leveling roller; the adhesive tape flattening roller is used for flattening the adhesive tape in a following manner in the horizontal moving process;
the tail part of the rectangular housing is provided with a position sensing sensor and a controller, a tape cutter is arranged below the tail part of the rectangular housing, the position sensing sensor is connected with an input interface of the controller, and an output interface of the controller is respectively connected with the tape cutter and the driving roller;
the position induction sensor sends a signal of the tail part of the rectangular housing reached by the driving roller to the controller, and the controller controls the adhesive tape cutter to lift up to cut off the adhesive tape and controls the driving roller to stop.
The invention has the beneficial effects that when the glass fragments are taken, the bottom opening of the rectangular housing is placed on the glass fragments, then the rectangular housing is horizontally moved, so that the adhesive tape is gradually discharged along the horizontal moving direction, the glass fragments are adhered to the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape leveling roller rolls along with the horizontal moving process to flatten the glass fragments on the adhesive tape, when the driving roller reaches the tail part of the rectangular housing, the position induction sensor sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the adhesive tape cutter to lift up to cut off the adhesive tape, and simultaneously controls the driving roller to stop, and then the cut adhesive tape is taken out, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively cleaning the glass fragments.
Drawings
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples:
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the driving engagement of the tape roll, the driven roll, the tape leveling roll and the driving roll of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a schematic view showing a state where the driving roller of the present invention is moved to the rear of the rectangular housing.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a glass substrate fragment cleaning device, which comprises a rectangular housing 1, wherein a tape roller 2, a driving roller 3, a driven roller 4 and a tape leveling roller 5 are sequentially arranged in the rectangular housing 1 from top to bottom, and the tape roller, the driving roller, the driven roller and the tape leveling roller are all arranged along the rectangular housing in the radial direction; the inner wall of the rectangular housing is axially provided with a driving roller groove 6 and a leveling roller groove 7, a roller 3a of the driving roller is matched with the driving roller groove 6, and a roller 5a of the adhesive tape leveling roller is matched with the leveling roller groove 7.
The adhesive tape roller, the driven roller and the adhesive tape leveling roller are respectively driven by the driving mechanism and the driving roller; referring to fig. 2, the tape roll, the driven roll and the tape leveling roll are respectively in meshed transmission with the driving roll through gears. Preferably, a tension belt 8 is further provided between the tape cylinder and the driving cylinder.
The adhesive tape 9 of the tape roller is wound up to the bottom opening of the rectangular housing via the driving roller and the driven roller in tension for adhering the glass fragment 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving roller drives the tape roller, the driven roller and the tape leveling roller to move horizontally from the head to the tail of the rectangular housing along the driving roller groove and the leveling roller groove; the adhesive tape flattening roller flattens the adhesive tape in a following mode in the horizontal moving process.
