the rolling device comprises a rolling shaft (40) and a first driving device (50), wherein the first driving device (50) is in transmission connection with the rolling shaft (40), the rolling shaft (40) is arranged below the clothing (20), and a preset movement path of the rolling shaft (40) passes through the first surface of the bearing plate (10) so as to press the materials placed in the emptying area (210) along the first surface of the bearing plate (10).
2. A cigar-rolling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising guide means provided with guide means for guiding the rolling shaft (40) along a predetermined path of movement.
3. A cigar-rolling apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the guide means is a guide slot (440) provided in the guide means, the rolling shaft (40) being supported in the guide slot (440), the guide slot (440) being parallel to the first surface of the carrier plate (10).
4. A cigar-rolling apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first drive means (50) is in driving connection with the rolling shaft (40) via a rack and pinion arrangement;
the rack and pinion structure includes:
a driving wheel (410) arranged on the rolling shaft (40);
a rack (420), the rack (420) is arranged along the guide structure and meshed with the transmission wheel (410).

A cigar-rolling apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a detecting device (60) and a controller, said detecting device (60) being adapted to detect the position of said rolling axis (40), said controller receiving a signal from said detecting device (60) and controlling said first driving device (50) to be turned off when said rolling axis (40) reaches a predetermined position, and controlling said first driving device (50) to be turned on after said first driving device (50) is turned off for a first predetermined period of time.

A cigar-rolling apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the detecting means (60) is a photo-sensor, and that a metal ring (430) is provided on one side of the rolling shaft (40), and the photo-sensor detects the position of the rolling shaft (40) by recognizing the position of the metal ring (430).

A cigar-rolling apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the second end of the clothing (20) is fixedly attached to the tailgate (30) in a holding member (70), the holding member (70) being height-adjustably mounted to the tailgate (30), the holding member (70) adjusting the height of the second end of the clothing (20) to adjust the space of the emptying zone (210).

Cigar-rolling apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the gripping member (70) is slidably connected to the tailgate (30), that the tailgate (30) is provided with a guide rail (310), that the gripping member (70) is provided with a dovetail catch (7110) slidably engaging with the guide rail (310), and that the gripping member (70) is height-adjustable by means of a lifting device (730).

The cigar rolling device according to claim 8, wherein the lifting device (730) is a screw structure, the lifting device (730) includes a rotary screw (7340), a threaded hole (7210) matching with the rotary screw (7340) is opened on the clamping member (70), and the clamping member (70) is connected with the rotary screw (7340) through the threaded hole (7210) to realize height adjustment.

The cigar rolling apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the lifting device (730) further comprises a second driving device (7310), a worm (7320) and a worm wheel (7330), the second driving device (7310) is in transmission connection with the worm (7320), the rotating lead screw (7340) is fixedly connected with the worm wheel (7330) through a flat key (7350), and the second driving device (7310) drives the rotating lead screw (7340) to rotate by driving the worm (7320) to rotate, so as to adjust the height of the holding member (70).
11. Cigar rolling device according to claim 8, wherein the gripping member (70) comprises a sliding block (710) and a lifting block (720), the second end of the clothing (20) being fixedly connected between the sliding block (710) and the lifting block (720).

The cigar rolling apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the lifting device (730) further comprises a protective case (740) for protecting the worm wheel (7330), the protective case (740) comprising an upper case (7410) and a lower case (7420), the upper case (7410) and the lower case (7420) being fixedly connected to upper and lower sides of the worm wheel (7330) by fastening bolts (7430).

Cigar rolling apparatus according to any one of claims 1-12, characterised in that a batten strip (110) is fixedly attached to the second surface of the carrier plate (10), the carrier plate (10) and the batten strip (110) clamping the first end of the clothing (20) for fixedly attaching the first end of the clothing (20) to the carrier plate (10).
