Description

Deer skin glue and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, and particularly relates to deerskin glue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of economy in China and the improvement of living standard of people, people put forward higher and higher requirements on food. The deer is a treasure on the whole body, so that the deer antler has good health care effect and medicinal efficacy, and other deer products such as deer penis, deer tendon, deer heart blood, deer fetus ointment and the like have good health care and medicinal values. The development and utilization of the deer skin health care product are still in the exploration stage. The deerskin is a traditional and famous traditional Chinese medicine recorded in ancient books of compendium of materia Medica, Chinese pharmacopoeia, Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, Sichuan traditional Chinese medicine Zhi and the like, has the effects of resisting fatigue, tonifying qi and blood, enhancing immunity, maintaining beauty and keeping young and the like, has a long medicinal history which is more than 500 years earlier than that of donkey-hide gelatin, and has been used as a medicine for nearly 3000 years. The description of the property of deer skin in Ben Cao gang mu written by the Ming Dynasty Li Shizhen is warm in nature and salty in taste; has effects in removing toxic materials, invigorating qi, arresting seminal emission, tonifying blood, stopping bleeding, invigorating kidney, and supporting yang; mainly treats anal fistula, leucorrhea, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, and treats all sores. Decocting cortex Cervi Pantotrichum with Cervus nippon Temminck or Cervus elaphus Linnaeus to obtain Cervus Cervi glue. The deerskin glue is generally brownish red, hard and crisp in texture, bright in section, semitransparent to illumination and has the special fragrance of deerskin glue.
The traditional deerskin glue product has the problems of large viscosity, low purity, unfavorable digestion and absorption, low effective components, poor use effect and the like of deerskin glue, so that improvement of the deerskin glue product is urgently needed.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide deerskin glue and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:
the invention relates to deerskin glue which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2000-2500 parts of deerskin, 100-300 parts of fish oil, 5-8 parts of yellow wine, 5-10 parts of soybean oil and 10-15 parts of rock candy.
The health food is mainly prepared from deerskin and fish oil serving as main raw materials. Although the deerskin and fish oil are known in the field as medicinal and edible products with health care and health preserving effects, the prior art does not describe that the combined use of the raw materials has the effect of improving the sex hormone level. The invention unexpectedly discovers that the deer skin is taken as the main material, and the fish oil is matched with the deer skin to have the effect of promoting the secretion of human sex hormones. Compared with the traditional artificially synthesized sex hormone, the health food disclosed by the invention is a pure natural marine health product, is safe and free from toxic and side effects, and does not have the risk of malignant tumors after being taken.
The invention also relates to a preparation method of the deer skin glue, which comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning deer skin for depilation, removing residual meat and fat on the inner layer of the skin surface, and soaking in alkaline water;
2) soaking again in clear water and washing the deer skin to remove alkaline water;
3) cutting the deer skin obtained in the step 2), blanching the skin through steam, and cleaning again;
4) adding the deer skin obtained in the step 3) into water, pressurizing and melting the skin to discharge the glue juice;
5) filtering the glue juice obtained in the step 4), separating oil and fat, heating to slightly boil, and removing floating foam floating on the surface layer of the water surface;
6) concentrating the glue juice obtained in the step 5) until the water content reaches 35-45%, adding fish oil, yellow wine, soybean oil and rock candy, mixing uniformly, continuing to concentrate until the water content reaches 26-28%, discharging glue, pouring the glue into a glue box, and solidifying into glue blocks;
7) freezing the rubber block at low temperature to form rubber lumps, cutting the rubber lumps, and drying the rubber lumps;
8) sealing and sealing the aired rubber blocks for sealing, taking out after 2-4 days, and repeatedly cooling the rubber blocks according to the method in the step 7); repeating the operation until the water content of the rubber block reaches 14-15%; sterilizing, and packaging.
The deer skin gelatin prepared by the method has low viscosity and high purity, and is more suitable for absorption by human body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the deerskin gelatin provided by the invention is mainly prepared from deerskin and fish oil, and can safely and effectively stimulate the organism to secrete sex hormone.
2) The invention adopts the specific and preferred technology to process and treat the deerskin, so that the prepared deerskin glue has the advantages of safety and sanitation, and well-preserved nutrient substances and active ingredients.

The castration groups were castrated to create castration animal models. First, a rat was anesthetized with 4% chloral hydrate (0.7ml/100g) by intraperitoneal injection, then, the rat was fixed on an operating table, the abdomen was cut with hair, after conventional sterilization, both testicles were excised through an abdominal incision, and the muscle and skin incisions were sutured in order. After surgery, each rat was given an intramuscular penicillin injection (18000U/(kg. d)) for 7 consecutive days to prevent infection.

2.1 hormone content
Compared with the group C1, the rats in the group C2 were castrated, and the serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone contents were remarkably reduced. After the deer skin glue is taken, compared with the C2 group, the contents of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in serum of the L0 group are obviously improved (p is less than 0.05). The contents of serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the L1, L2 and L3 groups are remarkably improved compared with the C1 group (p is less than 0.01).
