1) a bottom outer sleeve (18) and accessory parts thereof are arranged at the bottom of the pier (6), and the three-dimensional support structure (17) is arranged in the plant planting sleeve (24) and is supported to form a support;
2) the bottom supporting disk (13) is fixedly arranged on a first supporting arm (1702) at the topmost part of the three-dimensional supporting structure (17) through bolts in a locking manner, and a radial green plant cutting sleeve body (15), a top supporting disk (12) and a stretching disk (20) and accessory parts thereof are arranged below the bottom supporting disk;
3) the green plant climbing net (10) is hung on the climbing ring (1301), meanwhile, an electric reel I (7) and an electric reel II (11) are installed and connected with a steel wire rope (9), and a clamping block on a green plant shape shaping cutter head (8) is fixed on the steel wire rope (9);
