At present, a bottom blowing reduction lead smelting furnace is produced practically for a long time, and the defect is found that the bottom blowing reduction lead smelting furnace has the structure, and is caused by the fact that gas sprayed out of a bottom blowing reduction spray gun firstly passes through a bottom lead layer and then enters a slag layer, so that the gas moves from bottom to top, lead in the bottom lead layer must be driven to enter the slag layer, lead in the slag layer is caused to be higher, in order to reduce the lead content of slag discharged from a slag hole, the distance between the spray gun position and the slag hole and the existence of sufficient reducing agent coal particles on the slag layer are generally ensured, the sufficient distance between the spray gun position and the slag hole is ensured, the lead of the slag layer is sufficiently precipitated for reducing the lead content of slag, and meanwhile, the existence of sufficient coal particles on the slag layer is ensured, so that the lead content of slag can be reduced. 3. according to the invention, natural gas and oxygen are introduced through the bottom reduction spray gun, so that the melt is stirred on one hand, the reaction in the molten pool is more uniform, and the melt is heated on the other hand, so that the reasonable temperature of the molten pool is ensured;
4. the bottom side molten pool reduction lead smelting furnace is provided with a driving device, so that the furnace body is convenient for the converter during gun replacement, maintenance and treatment.

The reduction spray gun device comprises at least two reduction spray guns which are vertically arranged, oxygen and natural gas are introduced into the reduction spray gun at the bottom, and the oxygen and the natural gas directly enter the bottom lead layer, so that the melt is stirred on one hand, the reaction in the molten pool is more uniform, and the melt is heated on the other hand, so that the reasonable temperature of the molten pool is ensured.
The heating spray gun device comprises at least one heating spray gun, the included angle between the central line of the outlet of the heating spray gun and the horizontal line is alpha, alpha is more than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 10 degrees (as shown in figure 2), the heating spray gun is arranged close to a slag hole, for a horizontal cylindrical furnace body, fuel and combustion improver are sprayed out of a molten pool entering from the heating spray gun at the included angle alpha with the horizontal line, on one hand, the temperature of the slag layer of the molten pool is increased to facilitate slag discharge, on the other hand, coal particles can be added into the slag layer through a second feeding hole 8, so that lead oxide of the slag layer in the molten pool is further reduced, lead in the slag layer can be reduced, and the direct yield of lead is improved.
Directly adding liquid high lead slag, coal particles and solvent into a furnace body from a first feed inlet 5, spraying oxygen and natural gas from a reduction gun 13 at the bottom of the furnace body, and spraying a bottom lead layer 15 of a molten pool; the high lead slag is subjected to reduction reaction to generate lead which is settled to a crude lead layer 15, the residual substances and the solvent are combined to form slag, a heating spray gun 6 near the side part of the furnace body provided with a slag hole is used for spraying fuel and combustion improver into the slag layer 16, coal particles are added into the slag layer through a second feed inlet 8, the lead oxide of the slag layer in a molten pool is subjected to further reduction reaction, the lead content of the slag is reduced, the temperature of the slag layer is also improved, the slag is convenient for slag discharge, the slag is sprayed into gas through a side blowing heating spray gun to be discharged through the slag hole 10 after further reduction reaction, and the discharged slag enters a fuming furnace through a slag ladle or is quenched with water to be used as waste slag. Lead bullion is discharged from a lead discharging port 14 at the bottom, and the discharged lead bullion is sent to further treatment; the produced flue gas is discharged from a flue gas outlet, and the flue gas enters the standard to be discharged after being cooled and dedusted by the waste heat boiler 3; and returning the dust-removed ash to the batching system. The burner nozzle 9 allows the burner nozzle to be installed for baking before the furnace is opened.
The driving device drives the furnace body to rotate through gear rings fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the furnace body and gear transmission meshed with the gear rings and fixed on a power output shaft of the driving device, so that the furnace body is convenient for a converter to change guns, overhaul and solve the problems, and the gun changing and overhaul efficiency is improved.

the second charging port is positioned at the right end of the furnace body; the heating spray gun device comprises at least one heating spray gun, wherein the included angle between the central line of the outlet of the heating spray gun and the horizontal line is alpha, and alpha is more than or equal to 0 degree and less than or equal to 10 degrees.
2. The bottom-side-blown molten pool reducing furnace for liquid high lead slag as defined in claim 1, wherein said fume outlet is located at the left end of the furnace body.
3. The bottom-side-blown molten bath reduction furnace for liquid high lead slag according to claim 1, wherein said reduction lance means comprises at least two vertically disposed reduction lances.

The bottom side-blown molten pool reducing furnace for liquid high lead slag according to claim 1, wherein the driving device drives the furnace body to rotate through a gear ring fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the furnace body and a gear transmission which is fixedly arranged on a power output shaft of the driving device and meshed with the gear ring.
