本发明公开了一种中间包环保型干式振动料。以重量百分含量表示,该中间包环保型干式振动料主要由原料0~1mm的镁砖8~12%,0~1mm的镁铬砖8~12%,200目的镁碳砖10~13%,0~7mm的镁碳砖3~5%,200目的重烧氧化镁19~23%,1~3mm的镁橄榄砂20~23%,3~5mm的镁橄榄砂24~26%,固体树脂3~6%和乌洛托品0.5~0.8%组成。采用本发明中间包环保型干式振动料的原料配方,得到的烧结层很薄,不容易烧透,脱包时很容易,而且工作时间长,耐冲刷,抗侵蚀。利用本发明得到的环保型干式振动料耐火性能好,不易被侵蚀,工作时间能够达到50小时以上。

一种中间包环保型干式振动料
技术领域
本发明属于炼钢技术领域,具体涉及一种中间包环保型干式振动料。
背景技术
20世纪70年代以后,钢铁企业的连铸工艺得到迅速的发展,其特点是过程速度快、投资集中、技术日趋完善。1970年全世界连铸比仅为5.6%,而到1990年全世界的连铸比已达到62.4%,一些工业发达国家的连铸比超过了95%。近年来世界上许多钢厂已经实现了全连铸生产。与传统的炼钢模铸工艺相比,连铸具有提高金属收得率和降低能量消耗的优越性,而减少金属资源和能量的消耗是符合可持续发展要求的。全连铸的实现使炼钢生产工序简化,流程缩短,生产效率显著提高。
中间包是炼钢生产流程的中间环节,是由间歇操作转向连续操作的衔接点。中间包作为冶金反应器是提高钢产量和质量的重要一环。无论对于连铸操作的顺利进行,还是对于保证钢液品质符合需要,中间包的作用是不可忽视的。因为中间包工作层直接与钢水接触,要求中间包工作层能减少钢液中的夹杂物,提高钢水的纯净度,而且耐钢水和熔渣的侵蚀,使连铸浇钢的时间尽可能长,中间包使用后易解体,减少劳动强度。
干式振动料是指不加水或液体结合剂用振动方法成型的不定形耐火材料。在振动作用下,材料可形成致密而均匀的整体,加热时靠热固性结合剂或陶瓷烧结剂使其产生强度。干式振动料是由耐火骨料、粉料、烧结剂和外加剂组成的。此种材料在振动力作用下易于流动,其中粉料即使在很小的振动力作用下也能填充颗粒间的极小孔隙,获得高充填密度的致密体。使用中靠加热形成一层具有一定强度的使用工作面。而非工作面仍有部分未烧结,呈紧密堆积结构。这种结构有助于减少由于膨胀或收缩而产生的应力,阻碍裂纹的扩散与延伸,阻止金属熔体的侵入,便于拆炉清理。这种材料用振动方法在使用现场施工,施工简便、施工期短、无须养护,无须烘烤或短时间烘烤,即可直接快速升温使工作层烧结投入使用。生产中使用的中间包干式振动料通常是采用镁橄榄石、酚醛树脂混合搅拌而成。
中间包系统基本上是从炼铁到炼钢所需耐火材料的最后一道系统。所以中间包所需耐火材料直接影响钢材的产量以及钢材的质量。目前市场上的中间包干式料再经过炽热的钢水浸泡之后很容易就被烧透,而且死死的粘接在包胎内壁上很难脱包,从而造成包胎的寿命缩短,以及脱包时的劳动强度。另外干式料的材质也直接影响钢水的纯净度,很容易造成钢材成品质量不合格。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对现有中间包干式振动料存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种中间包环保型干式振动料。利用本发明技术方案制备的环保型干式振动料耐火性能好、不易被侵蚀,工作时间能够达到50小时以上。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种中间包环保型干式振动料,以重量百分含量表示,所述中间包环保型干式振动料主要由原料0~1mm的镁砖8~12%,0~1mm的镁铬砖8~12%,200目的镁碳砖10~13%,0~7mm的镁碳砖3~5%,200目的重烧氧化镁19~23%,1~3mm的镁橄榄砂20~23%,3~5mm的镁橄榄砂24~26%,固体树脂3~6%和乌洛托品0.5~0.8%组成。
根据上述的中间包环保型干式振动料,所述镁砖中氧化镁的质量百分含量≥87%。
根据上述的中间包环保型干式振动料,所述镁铬砖中主要成分MgO的质量百分含量为40~60%,Cr2O3的质量百分含量为10~20%。
根据上述的中间包环保型干式振动料,所述镁碳砖中主要成分MgO的质量百分含量≥80%,C的质量百分含量≤10%。
根据上述的中间包环保型干式振动料,所述重烧氧化镁中MgO的质量百分含量≥93%。
根据上述的中间包环保型干式振动料,所述镁橄榄砂中MgO的质量百分含量为50~60%。

根据上述的中间包环保型干式振动料,所述中间包环保型干式振动料的制备方法为:首先按照权利要求1所述中间包环保型干式振动料的配比比例配制各种原料,然后将各种原料放入搅拌机搅拌均匀,搅匀后包装得到产品。
本发明采用的镁砖:由硅酸盐结合,主要用于炼钢、电炉、玻璃窑炉、水泥窑炉,耐火度≥2000℃;镁铬砖以方镁石和镁铬尖晶石为主晶相,在氧化气氛中于1600~1800℃烧成,其荷重软化点高,高温体积稳定性好,特别是对碱性渣侵蚀抵抗性强;镁碳砖是以高熔点碱性氧化物氧化镁和难以被炉渣侵蚀的高熔点碳素材料作为原材料,添加各种非氧化物添加剂,用炭质结合剂结合而成的不烧炭复合耐火材料,本发明中所使用的镁碳砖是回收镁碳砖,其能降低生产成本,而且也能充分利用回收镁碳砖优良的耐火性能;重烧氧化镁:即为重烧镁砂,是菱镁矿在1400~1800℃煅烧时,二氧化碳完全逸出,氧化镁形成方镁石致密块体,成为重烧镁砂,这种重烧镁砂具有很高的耐火度;镁橄榄砂:是以镁橄榄和铁橄榄的固溶体,有害杂质含量低,煅烧后MgO含量高,具有很高的荷重软化度,有较强的抗溶融氧化作用,耐火温度>1700℃;采用的树脂是热塑性酚醛树脂,主要其结合作用,低温烘烤易硬化,脱模后衬体强度高使用整体性好,高温下无低熔点物相形成。
本发明的积极有益效果:
1、采用本发明中间包环保型干式振动料的原料配方,得到的烧结层很薄,不容易烧透,脱包时很容易,而且工作时间长,耐冲刷,抗侵蚀。其中采用镁质材料也能起到净化钢水的作用。
2、现有中间包干式料的工作层一般是10cm左右,本发明环保型干式振动料再经过高温之后所形成的烧结层只有2cm左右;所以,能够有效地保护中间包包胎,其次也很容易脱包,不破坏永久层。
3、本发明在中间包上线工作的前期烘烤过程当中,所产生的有害烟气少,能够达到环保的效果,有利于环保;并且,烘烤时间短,节省烘烤能源。因此,本发明具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。
4、本发明原料配比中所采用的原料不与钢水发生化学反应,能够起到净化钢水的作用。
5、利用本发明技术方案得到的环保型干式振动料耐火性能好,不易被侵蚀,工作时间能够达到50小时以上。
6、利用本发明技术方案得到的中间包环保型干式振动料的相关性能检查数据详见表1。

以下实施例中采用的镁砖中氧化镁的质量百分含量≥87%;镁铬砖中主要成分MgO的质量百分含量为40~60%,Cr2O3的质量百分含量为10~20%;镁碳砖中主要成分MgO的质量百分含量≥80%,C的质量百分含量≤10%;重烧氧化镁中MgO的质量百分含量≥93%;镁橄榄砂中MgO的质量百分含量为50~60%。
