3) Unloading 2 nd tray

After the 2 nd pallet is unloaded, the pull rod handle 56 is pulled forwards and the limiting hook 57 is hung in the hole at the end of the longitudinal beam of the trolley, so that the resistance at the lower end of all outward movable push rod mechanisms 72 is released completely, the push rods automatically form a standing trend, and the small roller at the top is contacted with the bottom of the pallet.
4) Unloading No. 3 tray
The push button is pressed and the piston rod pulls the trolley to move towards the interior of the box body 12. When the travel is over, the last push rod behind the trolley is separated from the tray above and automatically erected, other push rods are still positioned below the tray, and the small roller at the top end of the push rod is in contact with the bottom of the tray and relatively rolls in the process of retreating the trolley.
And when the push button is pressed, the piston rod pushes the trolley to move towards the outside of the box body 12. The last two outward moving push rod mechanisms 71 arranged at the rear part of the trolley are contacted with a tray (in the box body) at the rearmost part after a certain distance along with the idle stroke of the trolley and are pushed forward for a tray distance together with all other trays, the 3 rd tray close to the doorway is pushed to the doorway end, and the tray is unloaded by a forklift.
5) Repeat the above operation of serial No. 4), sequentially move the 4 th, 5 th, … … until the last tray is discharged.
The loading and unloading process of the sterilized object can be completed by the above operation.
The pneumatic roller way transmission device can be used for bidirectional transmission of a single-door sterilizer which is pushed by the same door for loading and unloading, and can also be used for a double-door sterilizer through simple adjustment, so that unidirectional transmission of pushing by one door for loading and pushing and unloading by the other door is realized. When the device is used for unidirectional transmission, the functions of pushing by the feeding door (see figure 7 a) and withdrawing by the discharging door (see figure 7 b) can be realized by only canceling two fixed push rods 1 and the push rod control mechanism 5 in the structure and changing all outward movable push rod mechanisms 71 into inward movable push rod mechanisms 72. The loading and unloading operations are the same as the pushing operation of the single-gate two-way transfer.
The pneumatic rail transmission device provided by the embodiment is applied to single-door bidirectional transmission.
A single-door ethylene oxide sterilizer, the length of a box body is 9600mm, a pneumatic trolley push-pull type roller bed semi-automatic material conveying device is installed, single-door propelling and push-out conveying is achieved, 8 trays with the length of 1100mm are conveyed, and the load of each tray is 300kg. Only one person is needed to operate each time one tray is conveyed, and the operation is finished by pressing the button for 2 times. And the manual push-pull work is not needed, each tray is loaded for only 1 minute, and 8 trays can be loaded or unloaded in ten minutes. The device ensures that workers do not need to enter a toxic environment in the box body, avoids direct contact with toxic gas, reduces operators and improves the productivity.
The unloading of the sterilizer after sterilization needs 3 persons for 1 hour (including the emission time of residual ethylene oxide gas) according to the existing manual tray roller way push-pull method. The unloading of the transfer device according to the invention can be completed (including the aid time) in only 2 persons and half an hour. The number of people is reduced by 30%, and the efficiency is improved by 2 times. And ensure that the workers do not need to enter the toxic environment in the box body, avoid direct contact with toxic gas and ensure the health.
Application of pneumatic track transmission device provided by the embodiment in double-door one-way transmission
A double-door ethylene oxide sterilizer, the length of a box body is 9600mm, a pneumatic trolley push-pull type roller way semi-automatic material conveying device is arranged, sterilized objects are pushed by a feeding door and pushed by a discharging door, and double-door one-way pushing and pushing transmission are realized. The device ensures that workers do not need to enter a toxic environment in the box body, avoids direct contact with toxic gas, reduces operators and improves the production efficiency.
The pneumatic track transmission device provided by the invention has the following technical effects:
1) The semi-automatic transmission that sterilization equipment impeld and released in the sterilizer box has been realized, do not need the workman to get into to push away in the box, draw the tray, avoided the workman to get into the box in vivo and inhaled a large amount of poisonous residual ethylene oxide gas and cause the chance of injury to the health completely, the protection workman is healthy, improves the security of sterilizer.
2) The conveying device has the function of semi-automatic pushing or pushing, the manual pushing and pulling process is omitted, the manpower is saved, the loading and conveying speed is greatly improved, and the working efficiency is improved.
3) The device can realize continuous or discontinuous bidirectional propelling and pushing functions, can realize the propelling or pushing function in a single direction through simple adjustment, and has wide application range.
4) Because the sterilization equipment is loaded and unloaded without entering the box body to be pushed and released manually, the time for distributing residual ethylene oxide gas after the box body is opened can be greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is obviously improved.
5) The transmission device completely adopts pneumatic control components, no electric appliance (motor and electric control element) is used, the possibility of igniting and detonating the ethylene oxide gas by electric sparks can not occur, the explosion-proof requirement of naked fire or sparks can not be met in the use environment of the ethylene oxide gas, and the safety of the device is ensured.

one end of the transmission device is provided with a pair of first movable push rod mechanisms, a plurality of pairs of second movable push rod mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the middle of the transmission device at intervals along the width of the carrier, the second movable push rod mechanisms can be toppled in a single direction and erected by utilizing self weight, the toppling direction is opposite to that of the first movable push rod mechanisms, and two fixed push rods are oppositely arranged on two sides of the other end of the transmission device;
the first movable push rod mechanism and the second movable push rod mechanism comprise fixed seats, baffles, movable push rods and pin shafts, the fixed seats are fixedly connected with two sides of the conveying device, the baffles are fixedly connected with the fixed seats, the weight of the lower parts of the movable push rods is larger than that of the upper parts of the movable push rods, the movable push rods are movably connected with the fixed seats through the pin shafts, and the movable push rods can rotate around the pin shafts under the action of the self weight and naturally stand up, so that the upper ends of the movable push rods are higher than the bottom of the carrier;
the upper end of the movable push rod of the second movable push rod mechanism is provided with a roller which is in sliding connection with the bottom of the carrier in a dumping state;
the second movable push rod mechanism is connected with a movable push rod control mechanism, the movable push rod control mechanism is installed on two sides of the transmission device and comprises a pull rod, a push pin, a rolling sleeve, a support, a tension spring, a first limit pin, a second limit pin and a pull rod control device, the support is fixedly connected with two sides of the transmission device, the pull rod is connected with the push pin, the rolling sleeve is sleeved outside the push pin, one end of the tension spring is connected with the support, the other end of the tension spring is connected with the pull rod, so that the pull rod can push down the second movable push rod mechanism through the push pin under the action of the tension spring, the pull rod control device is connected with the pull rod and controls the push and pull of the pull rod, the first limit pin is used for limiting the pull position of the pull rod, and the second limit pin is used for limiting the push position of the pull rod;
