In addition, the bottom of the flow channel distributor 44 is provided with a lifting adjustment bracket (e.g. a scissor lift) to accommodate different container truck 8 heights.

Correspondingly, referring to fig. 1, the conveying system 4 further includes a telescopic conveying mechanism 42 located below the telescopic heat insulation canopy 5, the length of the telescopic conveying mechanism 42 is automatically adjustable, the discharge end of the telescopic conveying mechanism 42 is communicated with the conveying mechanism, and the receiving end of the telescopic conveying mechanism 42 is provided with a distance sensor, and the length of the telescopic conveying mechanism 42 is controlled by the distance sensor. The telescopic conveying mechanism 42 can be extended and contracted, the distance between the receiving end of the telescopic conveying mechanism 42 and the container truck 8 is detected through the distance sensor, the container truck 8 is connected inside the telescopic heat insulation shed 5, when the container truck 8 is unloaded, the goods can be unloaded at the receiving end of the telescopic conveying mechanism 42, and then the goods are conveyed to the roller type conveying mechanism 41 through the telescopic conveying mechanism 42 or distributed to the roller type conveying mechanism 41 through the flow channel distributor 44.

Preferably, referring to fig. 6, the logistics disinfection device of the invention further comprises an aerosol virus sampling device 6, wherein the aerosol virus sampling device 6 comprises an air extractor and a condenser 61, the air extractor extracts air in the chamber body 1 and passes through the condenser 61, and a sampling container 63 is arranged below the terminal outlet 12 of the air extractor. After air in the air extraction device is extracted from the bin through the condenser 61, water vapor in the air can be condensed to form condensed water 62, the condensed water is discharged from the tail end outlet 12 of the air extraction device and collected by the sampling container 63 below, then virus detection can be performed on the condensed water 62, whether the virus in aerosol state is contained in the environment in the bin is judged, and therefore whether the disinfection effect is achieved is judged. If viruses are detected, the batch of cold chain products needs to be disinfected again, and the concentration of the disinfectant is readjusted to ensure the subsequent disinfection effect. Wherein the air extracting device is an air extracting pump or an air exhausting fan. The exhaust pipe of the air extraction device is wound outside the condenser 61.
Preferably, the logistics sterilization device of the invention further comprises an automatic cleaning device (not shown in the figures), wherein the automatic cleaning device comprises slideways arranged at two sides of the conveying mechanism and a spraying machine capable of moving along the slideways. The sprayer is correspondingly provided with a container and a pipeline for supplying cleaning liquid, a high-pressure pump body is arranged in the container, and the sprayer is provided with a high-pressure nozzle, so that the cleaning is more thorough. After each batch of goods is disinfected, the automatic cleaning device can be used for cleaning, and after cleaning, the next batch of goods is disinfected. Preferably, the cleaning solution used in the cleaning process is a "quaternary ammonium salt" rinse disinfectant solution.
Preferably, the logistics disinfection device further comprises a sewage collection box, the sewage collection box is positioned below the bin body 1, a water outlet is formed in the bin body 1, and the sewage collection box is connected with the water outlet. The water outlets can be provided with a plurality of water outlets, and the generated sewage is collected at the bottom of the bin body after being sprayed and cleaned, so that the sewage is discharged to the sewage collecting box through each water outlet and then is treated in a centralized manner. In addition, after the sewage is collected, the sewage can be sampled and detected to detect whether the sewage contains viruses or not, so that whether the disinfection effect is in place or not is further confirmed, if the viruses are detected, the batch of articles are not disinfected completely, the batch of articles need to be disinfected again, and the next circulation can be carried out until the viruses are not detected finally.

1. A logistics sterilization apparatus, comprising:
a cartridge body having an inlet and an outlet;
a refrigeration system for refrigerating to maintain the temperature within the bin at a specified cold chain holding temperature;
the gasification disinfection device is used for gasifying the disinfectant and filling the cabin body with the gasified disinfectant; and
the conveying system is provided with at least one conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism conveys the articles in the bin body from the inlet to the outlet, a plurality of gaps are arranged on the conveying surface of the conveying mechanism, and the articles sequentially pass through the gaps during conveying; the total time of any part of the bottom surface of the article exposed to the ambient air through the plurality of gaps is greater than or equal to the effective disinfection time of the disinfectant.
2. The logistics sterilization device of claim 1, wherein the cartridge body is provided with an insulation layer.
3. The logistics sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein the gasification sterilization apparatus comprises a vaporizer and a sterilant supply, the sterilant supply being in communication with a sterilant inlet of the vaporizer, the vaporizer being configured to vaporize the sterilant.
4. The logistics sterilization apparatus of claim 3, wherein the disinfectant supply means comprises a plurality of medicament containers, a mixing container and a pump body; the plurality of medicament containers are respectively communicated with the inlet of the pump body, the outlet of the pump body is communicated with the mixing container, and the mixing container is connected with the disinfectant inlet; and a control valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between each medicament container and the pump body.
5. The logistics sterilization device of claim 3, further comprising a concentration sensor disposed within said cartridge body for detecting a concentration of said vaporized sterilant within said cartridge body; the gasification disinfection device is electrically connected with the concentration sensor, and when the concentration of the gasified disinfectant is lower than the preset concentration, the gasification disinfection device is started.
6. The logistics sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein the conveyor is a roller conveyor, and the roller conveyor has an adjustable conveying speed.

The logistics sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein the conveyor system further comprises a flow path distributor, wherein the discharge end of the flow path distributor is connected with the receiving end of each conveyor mechanism respectively, and is used for distributing the articles on the flow path distributor to each conveyor mechanism.
8. The logistics disinfection apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a retractable thermal insulation canopy, one end of the retractable thermal insulation canopy being connected to the inlet and the other end extending outward;
the conveying system further comprises a telescopic conveying mechanism located below the telescopic heat-preservation tent, the length of the telescopic conveying mechanism can be automatically adjusted, the discharge end of the telescopic conveying mechanism is communicated with the conveying mechanism, a distance sensor is arranged at the receiving end of the telescopic conveying mechanism, and the length of the telescopic conveying mechanism is controlled through the distance sensor.
9. The logistics disinfection device of claim 1, further comprising an aerosol virus sampling device, wherein the aerosol virus sampling device comprises an air extraction device and a condenser, the air extraction device extracts air in the chamber and passes through the condenser, and a sampling container is arranged below a terminal outlet of the air extraction device.
10. The logistics sterilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein the inlet and the outlet are provided with a curtain.
11. The logistics sterilization apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an automatic cleaning device, wherein the automatic cleaning device comprises a slide way arranged on two sides of the conveying mechanism and a spraying machine capable of moving along the slide way.
12. The logistics disinfection apparatus of claim 11, further comprising a waste water collection tank, wherein the waste water collection tank is located below the bin body, a drain opening is provided in the bin body, and the waste water collection tank is connected with the drain opening.
13. The logistics sterilization device of any one of claims 1-12, further comprising a handling device, wherein the cartridge body is detachably secured to the handling device by a latch.
