Abstract

一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，包括主动辊和从动辊，在主动辊和从动辊上套装有输送带，在输送带的工作面上均匀的固定有横条，在横条上均匀的固定有与输送带垂直的抓料杆。抓料杆为橡胶材料，和横条、输送带连为一体。在输送带的非工作面的两边固定有梯形条，在主动辊和从动辊表面有与梯形条相配合的梯形槽，在主动辊上梯形条和梯形槽为紧配合，在从动辊上梯形条和梯形槽为松配合。本发明的优点是：1、横条和抓料杆能很好的留住谷粒和禾草，使谷粒和禾草在输送带上分布均匀，2、输送带下部的梯形条可以避免输送带跑偏。

本发明属于输送带运输机，即一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机。
背景技术
在联合收割机中，不可避免的要使用输送带运输机，把刚脱粒的谷粒和禾草输送到特定的位置，进行下一步的筛选，避免谷粒的浪费，这种输送带运输机有下述2个缺点：1、输送带运输机一般倾斜安装，工作中谷粒和禾草有时输送不均匀，谷粒和禾草会在输送带上堆积起来，2、联合收割机不停的行进、颠簸，输送带容易跑偏，由于联合收割机中空间狭小，在输送带两边安装调中的托辊很困难。
发明内容
为了克服谷粒和禾草在输送带上堆积和输送带跑偏的缺点，本发明提出了一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机的新方案。
这种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，包括主动辊和从动辊，在主动辊和从动辊上套装有输送带，其特征在于，在输送带的工作面上均匀的固定有横条，在横条上均匀的固定有与输送带垂直的抓料杆。
抓料杆为橡胶材料，和横条、输送带连为一体。
在输送带的非工作面的两边固定有梯形条，在主动辊和从动辊表面有与梯形条相配合的梯形槽，在主动辊上梯形条和梯形槽为紧配合，在从动辊上梯形条和梯形槽为松配合。
本发明的优点是：1、横条和抓料杆能很好的留住谷粒和禾草，使谷粒和禾草在输送带上分布均匀，2、输送带下部的梯形条可以避免输送带跑偏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明详细说明如下：
在图1-图3中，这种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，包括主动辊1和从动辊2，在主动辊1和从动辊2上套装有输送带3，在输送带3的工作面上均匀的固定有横条4，在横条4上均匀的固定有与输送带3垂直的抓料杆5。
在图3中，抓料杆为橡胶材料，和横条、输送带连为一体。
在输送带3的非工作面的两边固定有梯形条6，在主动辊1和从动辊2表面有与梯形条6相配合的梯形槽7，在主动辊1上梯形条和梯形槽为紧配合，在从动辊2上梯形条和梯形槽为松配合。

1.一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，包括主动辊和从动辊，在主动辊和从动辊上套装有输送带，其特征在于，在输送带的工作面上均匀的固定有横条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，其特征在于，在横条上均匀的固定有与输送带垂直的抓料杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，其特征在于，抓料杆为橡胶材料，和横条、输送带连为一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，其特征在于，在输送带的非工作面的两边固定有梯形条，在主动辊和从动辊表面有与梯形条相配合的梯形槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带有横条和抓齿的输送带运输机，其特征在于，在主动辊上梯形条和梯形槽为紧配合，在从动辊上梯形条和梯形槽为松配合。
