Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能可调钻机,支腿座(1)与机架(2)连接,机架(2)与底板(3)连接,底板(3)与钻孔机(4)支座连接,底板(3)上设置与钻孔机支座(4)配合的孔和定位销,钻孔机支座分度盘(5)的角度可以调整,钻孔机(6)完成不同角度汽车压铸件孔加工,压紧气缸支架(7)与压紧气缸支座(8)连接于底板(3)上。压紧压板(9)连接于压紧气缸(10)活塞杆上,压紧气缸(10)置于压紧气缸支座(8)上,电机(11)带动带轮(12)和传送带(13)旋转,从而带动钻孔机(6)主轴旋转。夹具体(15)定位汽车压铸件(14),压紧压板(9)通过压紧气缸(10)夹紧汽车压铸件(14)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻机,具体地说是一种多功能可调钻机。
背景技术
汽车压铸件上的加工孔,需要数控加工来完成。但数控加工成本较高,亟需一款省时省力的可调钻机。
发明内容
本发明提供一种省时省力的多功能可调钻机。
多功能可调钻机,包括支腿座,机架,底板,钻孔机支座,钻孔机支座分度盘,钻孔机,压紧气缸支架,压紧气缸支座,压紧压板,压紧气缸,电机,带轮,传送带,夹具体,钻头导引套组件。
支腿座与机架连接,机架与底板连接,底板与钻孔机支座连接,底板上设置与钻孔机支座配合的孔和定位销,以便钻孔机支座调整不同安装位置。钻孔机支座分度盘的角度可以调整,钻孔机完成不同角度汽车压铸件孔加工,压紧气缸支架与压紧气缸支座连接于底板上。压紧压板连接于压紧气缸活塞杆上,压紧气缸置于压紧气缸支座上,电机带动带轮和传送带旋转,从而带动钻孔机主轴旋转。夹具体定位汽车压铸件,压紧压板通过压紧气缸夹紧汽车压铸件。钻头导引套组件发挥防止钻孔机钻具跑偏作用。
本多功能可调钻机特点是能同时水平完成多孔加工,可通过钻机下的分度盘的角度调整能完成一个汽车压铸件不同角度孔加工。

具体实施方式
多功能可调钻机,包括支腿座1,机架2,底板3,钻孔机支座4,钻孔机支座分度盘5,钻孔机6,压紧气缸支架7,压紧气缸支座8,压紧压板9,压紧气缸10,电机11,带轮12,传送带13,夹具体15,钻头导引套组件16。
支腿座1与机架2连接,机架2与底板3连接,底板3与钻孔机4支座连接,底板3上设置与钻孔机支座4配合的孔和定位销,以便钻孔机支座4调整不同安装位置。钻孔机支座分度盘5的角度可以调整,钻孔机6完成不同角度汽车压铸件孔加工,压紧气缸支架7与压紧气缸支座8连接于底板3上。压紧压板9连接于压紧气缸10活塞杆上,压紧气缸10置于压紧气缸支座8上,电机11带动带轮12和传送带13旋转,从而带动钻孔机6主轴旋转。夹具体15定位汽车压铸件14,压紧压板9通过压紧气缸10夹紧汽车压铸件14。钻头导引套组件16发挥防止钻孔机6钻具跑偏作用。

1.多功能可调钻机,包括支腿座,机架,底板,钻孔机支座,钻孔机支座分度盘,钻孔机,压紧气缸支架,压紧气缸支座,压紧压板,压紧气缸,电机,带轮,传送带,夹具体,钻头导引套组件,其特征在于:支腿座与机架连接,机架与底板连接,底板与钻孔机支座连接,底板上设置与钻孔机支座配合的孔和定位销,钻孔机支座分度盘的角度可以调整,钻孔机完成不同角度汽车压铸件孔加工,压紧气缸支架与压紧气缸支座连接于底板上;压紧压板连接于压紧气缸活塞杆上,压紧气缸置于压紧气缸支座上,电机带动带轮和传送带旋转,夹具体定位汽车压铸件,压紧压板通过压紧气缸夹紧汽车压铸件,钻头导引套组件发挥防止钻孔机钻具跑偏作用。
