The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
Optionally, the mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention may be installed with an artificial intelligence module (AI), and the AI may be installed in the mobile terminal separately from the processor, for example, the processor calls the AI module to implement artificial intelligence, or may be integrated with the processor, and in this case, the processor is equivalent to the AI module. The artificial intelligence module can be a quantum chip or a high-density silicon integrated circuit, and a machine learning algorithm can be stored in the AI module and used for training the use habits (incoming call information) of the user and deeply learning the use habits of the user, so that the aim of intelligently controlling the mobile terminal is fulfilled through the artificial intelligence module.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an incoming call processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The incoming call processing method described in this embodiment includes the following steps:
101. and acquiring the incoming call information of the incoming call equipment associated with the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal can acquire the incoming call information of the incoming call equipment through the association between the incoming call equipment and the mobile terminal. The incoming call information may be at least one of the following: network telephone incoming calls (such as WeChat calls) and mobile telephone incoming calls (such as mobile incoming calls). Certainly, the incoming call information can also be incoming call prompt information, so that important calls are omitted, and the incoming call prompt information can also be prompted to the mobile terminal.
The step 101 may be applied to a scenario where, for example, the mobile terminal and the incoming call device are associated through a near field communication technology, such as a bluetooth technology, a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi), an NFC technology, and the like, and, for example, the mobile terminal and the incoming call device are associated through the internet. The incoming call information is the incoming call of the mobile phone, and the incoming call information can include but is not limited to: telephone number, telephone location, operator, caller's head portrait, reservation reminder, number of incoming calls, etc., the incoming call information is the call of the network telephone, and the incoming call information can include but not limited to: IP address, username, caller account, number of calls, etc.
Optionally, before the step 101 is executed, a distance between the mobile terminal and the incoming call device may also be detected, and when the distance between the mobile terminal and the incoming call device is smaller than a preset distance threshold, the step 101 is executed, where the preset distance threshold may be set by default of a system or by a user.
Optionally, before the step 101 is executed, whether the mobile terminal and the incoming call device are connected to the same local area network is detected, if so, the step 101 is executed, so that the incoming call reminding can be performed for the same local area network, for example, a user is at home, a mobile phone is charging, and an ipad is at the user's side, and whether the mobile terminal and the incoming call device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network can be determined by detecting whether the mobile terminal and the incoming call device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Optionally, before performing step 101, the mobile terminal may be bound with an incoming call device, and of course, the number of the incoming call devices may be one or more.
102. And analyzing the incoming call information to obtain the importance level of the incoming call information.
The incoming call information can be analyzed, and the purpose of the analysis is to analyze the importance level of the caller corresponding to the incoming call information. Different importance levels are beneficial to different processing of different incoming calls by users, for example, if the importance level is very low, such as a harassing call, the incoming call is directly shielded, and if the importance level is very high, such as an incoming call of an important client, the user needs to find the incoming call quickly so as to process the incoming call in time.
How the incoming call information is specifically analyzed will be described below.
Optionally, in the step 102, analyzing the incoming call information may include the following steps:
21) determining identity information of a caller according to the incoming call information;
22) and determining the importance level of the caller according to the identity information.
The incoming call information can be matched with the contact person information in the address list, so that the identity information of the caller can be determined, when the incoming call information is matched with certain contact person information in the address list, the contact person corresponding to the certain contact person information is indicated as the caller, and when the incoming call information is not matched with any contact person information in the address list, the caller is indicated as not coming from the address list, possibly being a stranger, possibly being contacted before, but not being stored in the address list. Further, the importance level of the caller can be further determined based on the identity information.
Optionally, in the step 22, determining the importance level of the caller according to the identity information may include the following steps:
221) when the identity information contains specified keywords, determining the importance level of the caller according to the specified keywords;
222) when the identity information does not contain the specified keywords, determining the call frequency between the user and the caller according to the identity information, wherein the call frequency comprises an incoming call frequency and an outgoing call frequency;
223) and determining the importance level of the caller according to the incoming call frequency and the outgoing call frequency.
Wherein the specified keywords can be set by the user or the system defaults. Each designated keyword may correspond to an importance level, for example, the designated keyword is a contact in the address book, and if the identity information includes the designated keyword, the importance level of the caller may be determined according to the designated keyword. Certainly, the identity information may not include the specified keyword, and to this extent, the communication frequency between the user and the caller may be determined from the past communication records according to the identity information, and the communication frequency may include a call-in frequency (frequency corresponding to the call received by the caller device) and a call-out frequency (frequency corresponding to the call called by the caller device).
Optionally, in step 223, determining the importance level of the caller according to the incoming call frequency and the outgoing call frequency may include the following steps:
A1) when the incoming call frequency is not greater than a first preset threshold value or the outgoing call frequency is not greater than a second preset threshold value, determining that the importance level of the caller is lower than the preset level;
A2) and when the incoming call frequency is greater than the first preset threshold and the outgoing call frequency is greater than the second preset threshold, determining a ratio between the incoming call frequency and the outgoing call frequency, when the ratio is greater than a third preset threshold, determining that the importance level of the caller is higher than the preset level, and when the ratio is not greater than the third preset threshold, determining that the importance level of the caller is lower than the preset level.
The first preset threshold, the second preset threshold and the third preset threshold can be set by a user or defaulted by a system. The preset level may be set by the user or by default by the system. In general, if the incoming call and the outgoing call are not possible to be nuisance calls or unimportant calls, the incoming call and the outgoing call are not possible to be closely related to the service of the user, so that a threshold value can be set for the incoming call frequency and a threshold value can be set for the outgoing call frequency, and when the incoming call frequency is not greater than a first preset threshold value or the outgoing call frequency is not greater than a second preset threshold value, the caller is possible to be unimportant, and thus, the importance level of the caller is determined to be less than the preset level. When the incoming call frequency is greater than a first preset threshold and the outgoing call frequency is greater than a second preset threshold, determining a ratio between the incoming call frequency and the outgoing call frequency, when the ratio is greater than a third preset threshold, determining that the importance level of the caller is higher than a preset level, and when the ratio is not greater than the third preset threshold, determining that the importance level of the caller is lower than the preset level. Therefore, when the caller is not a contact in the address list, the importance of the caller can be determined according to the incoming call frequency and the outgoing call frequency.
103. And when the importance level is higher than a preset level, reminding a user to process the incoming call.
When the importance level of the caller is higher than the preset level, the caller is important, and the user can be reminded to process the incoming call. The incoming call processing can be divided into the following two cases: if the incoming call is the incoming call, the user can be reminded to answer the incoming call, and if the incoming call is the prompt message of missing the call, the user is prompted to call the caller.
Optionally, in step 103, the reminding the user of processing the incoming call includes:
increasing the vibration amplitude of the mobile terminal to remind a user of processing an incoming call;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and displaying a call interface on a display interface of the mobile terminal so as to facilitate the user to answer the incoming call.
The vibration amplitude of the mobile terminal can be enhanced to remind a user of processing an incoming call, the user can approach the incoming call equipment to answer the incoming call after feeling the vibration, and the ring of the mobile terminal can be enhanced to remind the user of processing the incoming call. Certainly, a call interface can also be displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal to answer the call of the caller equipment through the mobile terminal, so that the caller equipment is not needed to answer the call.
Optionally, in step 103, the reminding the user of processing the incoming call includes:
31) acquiring the vibration frequency corresponding to the incoming call information;
32) and controlling the mobile terminal to vibrate according to the vibration frequency.
The mobile terminal can determine the vibration frequency of the incoming call equipment through the incoming call information and control the mobile terminal to vibrate according to the vibration frequency, so that resonance is formed between the incoming call equipment and the mobile terminal, the vibration effect is optimal, a user can be reminded better, meanwhile, the ring of the mobile terminal can be enhanced, and the user can be reminded more effectively.
Optionally, in step 103, the reminding the user of processing the incoming call includes: acquiring acquisition parameters of wearable equipment associated with the mobile terminal, judging whether the wearable equipment is worn by a user according to the acquisition parameters, and sending a vibration instruction to the wearable equipment when the wearable equipment is worn by the user, wherein the vibration instruction is used for vibrating the wearable equipment.
Wherein, the acquisition parameters may include but are not limited to: heart rate, veins, electrocardiogram, number of athletic steps, etc. So, can judge whether the user wears wearing equipment according to gathering the parameter, when the user wears wearing equipment, send wearing equipment and send the vibration instruction, the vibration instruction is used for instructing wearing equipment to vibrate. Under the general condition, the wearable device is worn by a user, so that the user can be reminded conveniently as long as the wearable device is worn by the user, and the reminding efficiency is improved.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the incoming call information of the caller equipment associated with the mobile terminal is obtained, the incoming call information is analyzed, the importance level of the incoming call information is obtained, and when the importance level is higher than the preset level, the user is reminded to process the incoming call, so that after the incoming call information of the caller equipment is obtained, the corresponding importance level can be determined, and when the importance level is higher than the preset level, the user is reminded to process the incoming call.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an incoming call processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The incoming call processing method described in this embodiment includes the following steps:
201. acquiring incoming call information of incoming call equipment associated with a mobile terminal;
202. analyzing the incoming call information to obtain the importance level of the incoming call information;
203. and when the importance level is higher than a preset level, reminding a user to process the incoming call.
The steps 201 to 203 may refer to corresponding steps of the incoming call processing method described in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
204. And controlling at least one playing device associated with the mobile terminal to play the incoming call ringtone if the incoming call is not processed within a preset time period.
The preset time period can be set by a user or defaulted by a system, when the incoming call is a call to be answered, the call is not processed to be not answered, and when the incoming call is the call not answered, the call is not processed to be checked within the preset time period. And if the incoming call is not processed within the preset time period, controlling at least one playing device associated with the mobile terminal to play the incoming call ringtone.
Optionally, the incoming call ringtone may be an incoming call ringtone corresponding to the incoming call, and may also be an incoming ringtone prestored in the playback device. The playing device may be a device with music playing function, such as: cell phones, tablet computers, electronic speakers, blue-ray players, MP3, MP4, and the like. In the case of the lan, the playing device may be a playing device that is connected to the mobile terminal in advance, so that when the incoming call is not processed within a preset time period, the connection between the mobile terminal and the incoming call device is directly established, and then a control instruction is sent to the playing device to indicate that the playing device is used for playing the incoming call ringtone, or the playing device may be a playing device that is in the same lan as the mobile terminal, so that a network system is formed between the playing device and the mobile terminal, and thus, through the network system, the mobile terminal may send a control instruction to the playing device to indicate that the playing device is used for playing the incoming call ringtone.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the incoming call information of the incoming call device associated with the mobile terminal is obtained, the incoming call information is analyzed, the importance level of the incoming call information is obtained, and when the importance level is higher than the preset level, the user is reminded to process the incoming call, so that after the incoming call information of the incoming call device is obtained, the corresponding importance level can be determined, when the importance level is higher than the preset level, the user is reminded to process the incoming call, and if the incoming call is not processed within a certain time, the incoming call ring tone can be played through the playing device associated with the mobile terminal, so that the incoming call of the incoming call device can be reminded through the mobile terminal, the user can be reminded in time, and if the reminding is unsuccessful, the user can.
