Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an incoming call processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the incoming call processing method shown in the figure may include the following steps:
s101, when an incoming call is received, obtaining incoming call information of the incoming call, wherein the incoming call information comprises incoming call number information and incoming call record information, and the incoming call record information comprises incoming call duration or incoming call times in a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when an incoming call monitoring module of a terminal detects/monitors that an incoming call is received by the terminal, the terminal may obtain incoming call information of the incoming call, where the incoming call information may include incoming call number information (e.g., an incoming call number, a telephone number) of the incoming call, and may also include current incoming call duration (e.g., a vibration duration, a ring duration) of the incoming call, and incoming call times of the incoming call within a set time period, that is, incoming call record information such as incoming call times of the same incoming call number within the set time period (e.g., 1 week, 1 month, etc.), or other incoming call record information for describing the incoming call, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the incoming record information may include one or more of the incoming call duration, the number of incoming calls in a preset time period, and other incoming record information for describing the incoming call, and preferably, the incoming record information may include the incoming call duration and/or the number of incoming calls in a preset time period.
The terminal may include an Internet device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an IOS phone, etc.), a personal computer, a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, a Mobile Internet device (MID, Mobile Internet Devices), or a wearable smart device, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
S102, determining corresponding incoming call reminding parameters according to incoming call number information and incoming call record information in the incoming call information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can perform rule setting processing on the incoming call information so as to determine the incoming call reminding parameters aiming at the incoming call.
Optionally, the determining, according to the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information in the incoming call information, a corresponding incoming call reminding parameter includes:
setting and operating the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information to obtain corresponding incoming call weight information, wherein the incoming call weight information comprises an incoming call number weight and an incoming call record weight, the incoming call number weight and the incoming call record weight are in the same order of magnitude, and the incoming call record weight comprises a duration weight or a frequency weight corresponding to the incoming call record information;
and calculating and determining corresponding call reminding parameters according to the call number weight and the call record weight in the call weight information.
In a specific implementation, the terminal may perform a set operation processing of the same order of magnitude on the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information in the incoming call information, such as performing an operation processing of the same order of magnitude according to a set algorithm and an operation rule, to obtain corresponding incoming call weight information, where the incoming call weight information includes an incoming call weight and an incoming call record weight that are in the same order of magnitude. Preferably, the scheme of the invention adopts ten-stage-magnitude operation processing, and controls the incoming call weight value after quantization of the same magnitude to be between 0 and 10. The incoming call weight information comprises an incoming call number weight and an incoming call record weight, and the incoming call record weight comprises a duration weight corresponding to the incoming call duration and/or a number weight corresponding to the number of incoming calls within the preset time period. And further, the terminal can calculate and determine the call reminding parameter of the current call according to the call number weight and the call record weight in the call weight information.
Preferably, the incoming call number weight and the incoming call record weight are in the same order of magnitude, that is, the terminal performs the setting operation processing on the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information, and ensures that the incoming call number weight and the incoming call record weight obtained after the processing are in the same order of magnitude, for example, between 0 and 10.
For example, the terminal may perform a set operation rule process on the obtained incoming call number information, obtain an incoming call number level corresponding to the incoming call number information, and record the incoming call number level as NH, and configure a corresponding incoming call number weight for the incoming call number level, and record the incoming call number weight as Value 1. In a specific implementation, for example, the three attributes of the incoming call number, which are depended on for rating the incoming call number, are: type of label, saved, and name. The mark type is a number type obtained by inquiring from a network server or local for an unfamiliar incoming call, or the terminal locally stores/backups mark type data in an off-line manner, and the mark type can be inquired from the local by the terminal under the condition of no network. The mark type is formed in two ways: first, the official registers and gets certified in the marking system; secondly, after the incoming call is suspended, an attribute designated by the user for the incoming call number is generally divided into six types, namely medium, sales promotion, express delivery, fraud, harassment, self-definition and the like, and then the terminal uploads the mark type data to the network server end for sharing. The name refers to the name of the incoming call number stored in the address book. Whether the incoming call number is stored or not refers to whether the incoming call number is stored in an address list or an SIM card or not. The incoming call number can be divided into the following four incoming call number grades according to the tag type, the name and whether three attributes are stored or not: the most important, common and secondary are respectively marked as N-I, N-II, N-III and N-IV, and the weight configured for each incoming call number grade or the grade size relationship after digitizing each incoming call number grade is as follows: the specific grade division and numeralization of N-I > N-II > N-III > N-IV are shown in table 1 below, wherein Value1 represents the specific numerical Value of the incoming number grade NH, i.e. the incoming number weight.
TABLE 1NH Tab
It should be noted that the above-mentioned calling number with name refers to a contact stored in the local terminal or on the SIM card; the above mark types are currently divided into the above six types, but can be modified and expanded after function realization and user feedback; the terminal custom tag types, such as numbers that are more important to the user, are now temporarily categorized as important N-II classes in table 1 above, and may also be configured according to actual tuning/customization.
For example, the terminal may perform setting operation processing on the obtained incoming record information to obtain an incoming record weight corresponding to the incoming record information, where the incoming record information includes incoming call duration of the incoming call and/or recorded incoming times within a preset time period, and the incoming record weight includes a duration weight and/or a number weight corresponding to the incoming record information. Wherein, the incoming call duration is denoted as CT, which may refer to the current ring duration, vibration duration, etc. of the incoming call, and the unit may be second(s); recording the number of incoming calls as CC, that is, the number of incoming calls of the incoming call number in a preset time period, assuming that the incoming call number of the last incoming call, that is, the last incoming call number is LCN, and the incoming call number of the current incoming call is CCN. The ringing or vibration duration of the incoming call without processing is recorded as C, different operators usually correspond to/configure different constants C, generally between 0-90s, and the ringing or vibration duration of most terminals without processing the incoming call is generally 45 s.
Usually, the terminal processes the incoming call duration CT in the incoming call record information by using the following formula 1.1 to obtain a corresponding duration weight T:
wherein, Δ T is the time interval of time length quantization, [ ] is the rounding operation, T is the quantization result of the incoming call time length, i.e. the instant long weight.
Usually, the terminal processes the call times CC in the call record information by using the following formula 1.2 to obtain a corresponding time weight N:
wherein CC is a positive integer, MC +1 represents the magnitude of quantization of the number of incoming calls CC, MC is a positive integer, and N is a quantization value of the number of incoming calls, i.e., a number weight, which is required to be a positive integer.
The terminal can substitute the duration weight T and the number of times weight N into the following formula 1.3 to calculate the corresponding incoming call alerting parameter DH.
Where, S ═ Min (max (N), max (T)), 1 denotes N ═ 1, CH may denote the order of magnitude of quantization of incoming call information, and similarly, a paradigm of CH (N, NH, T) may also be derived according to the following theorem 1.
Theorem 1: a left shift binary operation of a four-digit sequence, denoted V < K, where V is the sequence of numbers to be operated, K is the number of left shifts, the left shift rule: after shifting K bits to the left, the K numbers at the left end are discarded, and the right end is complemented with the data at the rightmost end before the K shifts.
When the above theorem 1 shows that, when N is not less than 1 and not more than MC +1, there are
CH(N,NH,T)=(CHNH(1) < (N-1)) (T) (formula 1.4)
For the convenience of user understanding, the following detailed description is given by way of an example, and it is assumed that the importance of the incoming call is divided into four levels: emergency critical (C-I), critical (C-II), general (C-III) and minor (C-IV); the importance level of the incoming call is uniformly recorded as CH, and the incoming call importance weight value configured for each importance level of the incoming call or the size relationship after digitization is as follows: C-I > C-II > C-III > C-IV, see Table 2 below, wherein Value2 represents the numerical Value of CH level, which can be considered as the incoming call importance weight.
TABLE 2 CH valuing table
CH C-I C-II C-III C-IV
Vaule2 4 3 2 1
In this example, the CH level of the incoming call may be calculated according to the incoming call number level NH of the incoming call, that is, the incoming call number weight Value1 corresponding to the incoming call number level NH, and the incoming call record information of the incoming call, that is, the incoming call duration CT of the incoming call, and the incoming call frequency CC of the incoming call number within a preset time period. First, the CC and the CT of the incoming call need to be classified into four grades, for example, every 15s is increased by one grade, and the following formula 2.1 is used to calculate:
wherein, CT is a positive integer, C is the ringing or vibrating time, usually 45s (seconds), and 2]Is a rounding operation, T represents the result of the quantization of the CT level of the incoming call, i.e. a long weight T, e.g. CT 15s<C, therefore
The CC of the incoming call is divided into four levels, using the following formula 2.2:
wherein CC is a positive integer, and N is a positive integer, which indicates the result of CC level quantization for the incoming call, i.e., the number weight N.
When N is 1, i.e. the number of incoming calls CC is 1, CH of the incoming call is calculated according to the following formula 2.3:
the first parameter in the CH parenthesis refers to a number weight N after the CC level of the incoming call is quantized, where N is 1, the second parameter NH refers to an incoming call number weight Value1 after the incoming call number level NH is quantized, the third parameter T refers to a duration weight after the CT level of the incoming call is quantized, and all of the three are positive integers, where NH is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 4, and T is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 4. CH (1, NH, T) represents the value of the incoming call level NH of the incoming call number of the NH-th level in the ring/shake period of the T level when the incoming call number CC is 1, and the obtained result is written in a matrix form as shown in the following formula 2.4 by traversing all NH and T:
in the above formula 2.4, CH4×4(1) Representing a 4 × 4 matrix, CH, with rows of NH and columns of Ti(1) Represents CH4×4(1) For example, CH (1,2,1) indicates the 1 st element in row 2, the value of which is 1, the incoming call number level NH is N-III (corresponding to the incoming call number weight of 2), and the incoming call importance level CH is C-IV (corresponding to the incoming call importance weight of 1) within the ringing or vibration time period 0 < CT ≦ 15 (the time period weight calculated according to the formula 2.1 is 1).
When N > 1, the CH calculation for the incoming call needs to be defined by theorem 1 as above: the binary operation of left shift of a four-bit number sequence is recorded as V < K, wherein V is the number sequence to be operated, K is the left shift number, and the left shift principle is as follows: after shifting K bits to the left, the K numbers at the left end are discarded, and the right end is complemented with the data at the rightmost end before the K shifts. For example, V before left shift is (1,2,3,4), and V' after V < 1 is (2,3,4, 4).
According to the above definition and formula 2.4, it can be obtained that when 1. ltoreq. N.ltoreq.4
CH(N,NH,T)=(CHNH(1) < (N-1)) (T) (formula 2.5)
For example, to calculate the incoming call level of the N-II incoming call level number in the 2 nd incoming call ring 20s, first, it can be known from table 2 that the numerical Value corresponding to the N-II incoming call level number is 3, that is, the Value2 corresponding to N-II is 3, the number weight N of the 2 nd incoming call level quantization obtained by calculation in equation 2.2 is 2, the duration weight T of the level quantization with the incoming call ring CT of 20s obtained by calculation in equation 2.1 is 2, and then the CH is obtained according to equation 2.43(1) (1,1,2,3), which is left-shifted by 1 position, i.e., CH3(1) 1 to obtain (1,2,3,3), and taking the 2 nd number as 2, wherein the whole calculation expression is as follows:
CH(2,3,2)=(CH3(1)<<1)(2)=2
finally, according to table 2, the importance level of the incoming call of the N-II incoming call level number in the 2 nd incoming call ringing 20s is C-III. Traversing all the incoming call number weight NH, the incoming call number weight N and the ringing or vibrating duration weight T, and respectively giving incoming call importance level divisions corresponding to different incoming call level numbers as shown in the following tables 3-6, wherein (45, - -) represents that CT is greater than 45 s.
TABLE 3 incoming call ranking of N-I ranking numbers
TABLE 4 incoming call ranking of N-II ranking numbers
TABLE 5 incoming call ranking of N-III ranking numbers
TABLE 6 incoming call ranking of N-IV ranking numbers
As can be seen from the four tables 2-6 above: 1) for the same time length weight corresponding to the call CT and the number weight corresponding to the call number CC, when the CH does not reach the lowest level C-IV, each time NH is reduced by one level, the call importance level is reduced by one level; 2) the incoming call importance levels of the N-IV incoming call level numbers are all C-IV, which means that the reminding enhancement is not performed, and the terminal adopts a default reminding mode; 3) for incoming calls of a certain non-N-IV incoming call grade number, the longer the ringing or vibrating time is, the more important the incoming call CH is, the more segmented the incoming call CH is; 4) for the current calling number CCN, if the CCN is equal to the last calling number LCN, the CC is increased by 1. When CC > 3 times, the CH level no longer changes with the change in CT value.
After the incoming call importance level CH calculated according to the above formula 2.5 and the corresponding incoming call importance weight CH (N, NH, T), the incoming call alert parameter given by the following formula 2.6 can be obtained/determined.
Optionally, the determining, according to the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information in the incoming call information, a corresponding incoming call reminding parameter includes:
and searching and determining the incoming call reminding parameters corresponding to the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information from at least one preset incoming call parameter comparison table.
The terminal can find out the incoming call reminding parameters corresponding to the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information from one or more preset incoming call parameter comparison tables, wherein the incoming call parameter comparison tables at least comprise the incoming call number information and the incoming call record information; or, the terminal can perform the same order of magnitude setting operation processing on the incoming call number information and/or the incoming call record information to obtain the corresponding incoming call number weight information and/or incoming call record weight information, or the corresponding incoming call number grade or incoming call importance grade, the processing method is not repeated as described above, and further the terminal may find out the incoming call number weight information and/or incoming call record weight information from one or more pre-stored/set incoming call parameter lookup tables, or the corresponding incoming call number grade or the incoming call reminding parameter corresponding to the incoming call importance grade, the incoming call parameter comparison table at least comprises incoming call number weight information or incoming call number grade corresponding to the incoming call number information and incoming call record weight information or incoming call importance grade corresponding to the incoming call record information. Optionally, the incoming call parameter comparison table may be directly composed of incoming call reminding parameters, incoming call number information, and incoming call record information; or the modification information of any one or more of the call reminding parameter, the call number information and the call record information, such as the call number grade or the call number information, the call record information or the call importance grade. For example, it is assumed that the terminal stores in advance an incoming call importance level division table corresponding to 4 incoming call number levels as shown in table 3-table 6, and the incoming call importance weights corresponding to four incoming call importance levels C-I to C-IV in the table can be referred to as shown in table 2; now, assuming that a terminal receives an incoming call which has no name and is marked as express by a network, the terminal can identify and count that the ring time of the current incoming call is 20s, and the incoming call number within a set time period of 1 week is 2 times, the terminal can calculate and determine that the incoming call number grade of the current incoming call is N-II according to the incoming call number grade division rule shown in the above table 1, further, the terminal determines that the incoming call importance grade of the current incoming call is C-III by inquiring the incoming call grade division table giving the N-II grade number from the table 4 for 2 times (namely CC is 2) and the ring time length is 20s (namely CT is 20s) according to the incoming call number grade division rule shown in the above table 1, and the corresponding incoming call importance weight is 2 according to the table 2, by taking the above equation 2.6, it can be known that the incoming call alert parameter DH is 2/4 is 0.5.
S103, carrying out corresponding incoming call reminding processing on the incoming call according to the incoming call reminding parameters.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can select to carry out incoming call reminding processing on the incoming call according to the determined incoming call reminding parameters.
Optionally, the performing, according to the incoming call reminding parameter, corresponding incoming call reminding processing on the incoming call includes:
judging whether the incoming call reminding parameter exceeds the acquired current reminding parameter of the incoming call, if so, calculating corresponding incoming call reminding intensity according to the incoming call reminding parameter, and carrying out incoming call reminding processing on the incoming call according to the incoming call reminding intensity; or,
and calculating corresponding incoming call reminding intensity according to the incoming call reminding parameters, judging whether the incoming call reminding intensity exceeds the acquired current reminding intensity of the incoming call, and if so, carrying out incoming call reminding processing on the incoming call according to the incoming call reminding intensity.
In a specific implementation, the terminal may detect and obtain a current reminding strength (e.g., a current vibration strength, a current ringing strength, etc.) of the incoming call, and further, the terminal may calculate a current reminding parameter of the terminal for the incoming call according to the current reminding strength and a maximum reminding (vibration/ringing) strength that the terminal can support, and then the terminal determines whether the current reminding parameter is greater than the calculated incoming call reminding parameter, and if so, the terminal may correspondingly increase the reminding for the incoming call according to the incoming call reminding parameter; if the current reminding intensity is smaller than the preset reminding intensity, the terminal can directly end the process, and remind according to the current reminding intensity or correspondingly weaken/reduce the incoming call reminding of the incoming call according to the incoming call reminding parameter. In another embodiment of the present invention, the terminal may calculate an incoming call alert strength corresponding to the calculated incoming call alert parameter according to the calculated incoming call alert parameter, further determine whether the calculated incoming call alert strength is greater than a current alert strength (such as a current vibration strength, a current ring strength, etc.) at which the terminal currently alerts the incoming call, and if so, enhance the alerting of the incoming call according to the incoming call alert strength by the terminal; otherwise, directly ending the flow, or weakening the reminding of the incoming call according to the incoming call reminding intensity. Assuming that the maximum ring value that the terminal can support is AM and the maximum vibration value that the terminal can support is VM, the terminal may calculate the incoming call alert strength of the terminal according to the following formula 2.7:
and CA represents the ring intensity to be achieved calculated by the terminal according to the call reminding parameter, and CV represents the vibration intensity to be achieved calculated by the terminal according to the call reminding parameter. Assuming that the current ring intensity (i.e., the current volume) of the incoming call acquired by the terminal is A, and the current vibration intensity is V; if CA < A, the terminal does not modify the current ring intensity of the incoming call, and similarly, if CV < V, the terminal does not modify the current vibration intensity of the incoming call.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and if the incoming call number indicated by the incoming call number information is the pre-stored last incoming call number, adjusting and updating the incoming call times in the preset time period.
When the terminal detects that the incoming call number indicated by the incoming call number information in the current incoming call is the last incoming call number recorded by the terminal, the terminal can increase and update the incoming call times of the incoming call number stored by the terminal in a preset time period.
The embodiment of the invention can ensure that for a user who often needs to switch the terminal into the mute mode, when the incoming call number corresponding to the incoming call is the stored contact, the terminal can rapidly provide the priority for the user, and the terminal is separated from the mute mode, thereby enhancing the incoming call reminding. For three-party calls such as harassment, intermediary, fraud and the like, the priority is not higher/lower, and the terminal cannot enhance the call reminding. Therefore, the scheme can lower the cost and intelligently realize the reduction of the probability of missing the important incoming calls, has the filtering effect on three-party calls such as harassment calls, intermediaries and the like, and provides more convenient and concise user experience.
