In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a method for acquiring information of an application system of the internet of things according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applied to a mobile terminal, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring a two-dimensional code image of the display interface of the Internet of things application system, wherein the two-dimensional code image is generated in advance according to the current display content of the display interface.
In this embodiment, the obtaining the two-dimensional code image of the display interface of the internet of things application system may include:
through the preset APP of the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code image of the preset position on the display interface of the Internet of things application system of the PC terminal, the preset position can be any position of the display interface which does not influence the user to view the display content, for example, the upper right corner, the lower right corner, the upper left corner or the lower left corner of the display interface.
Optionally, the APP software predetermined by the mobile terminal may be downloaded, installed and used in an internet of things application mall. The preset APP software is an APP application program special for the industrial Internet of things, has general functions and characteristics of Internet of things application, comprises modules such as equipment management, equipment monitoring, life cycle management, maintenance work order management, contract management and work order flow management, and can be flexibly configured in the APP according to the requirements of users in practical application. The mobile terminal includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone with a camera or a tablet computer.
For example, the internet of things application system in this embodiment may be a Flexible Information and Data Integration System (FIDIS) system. The FIDIS system can check the distribution information of all clients, the running completeness of the whole equipment, the remote monitoring information of the equipment and the like; or the change of certain data of certain time period of certain client is displayed through a curve; a chart may also be used to show some general status of all devices that are operating, etc. The application system of the internet of things can comprise modules of equipment management, equipment monitoring, life cycle management, maintenance work order management, contract management, work order flow management and the like, and flexible configuration can be carried out according to the requirements of users in practical application. The FIDIS system belongs to application layer software and can be installed, operated and displayed through a PC (personal computer) end or a large-screen display terminal.
Optionally, in order to generate the two-dimensional code image conveniently, the two-dimensional code image may be generated in an online manner, so as to meet the demand of the user for immediate response. For example, a two-dimension code online generation module is built in the internet of things application system, and when a trigger operation that a user opens one operation interface in the internet of things application system is detected, a corresponding two-dimension code image is generated according to the content of the operation interface and displayed on the operation interface. It should be noted that the two-dimensional code may also be an encrypted two-dimensional code.
Of course, the user may also set, in a customized manner, whether to generate a corresponding two-dimensional code image while opening the application system operation interface, for example: when a user touches a certain operation interface by mistake, the generation operation can be cancelled by clicking a two-dimensional code corresponding to the display content of the operation interface which is not generated.
Further, the use authority of the user can be controlled by setting the integrity of information contained in the generated two-dimensional code image, for example: the two-dimensional code image generated by setting for some users is only partial information but not all information of the device accessed in the application system, so that after the mobile terminal analyzes the two-dimensional code, the information finally displayed on the mobile terminal is only the information of partial access devices but not all access devices.
Step S102: and analyzing the two-dimensional code image, obtaining the information contained in the two-dimensional code image, and displaying the information contained in the two-dimensional code image.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the mobile terminal can only recognize one two-dimensional code at a time, and if the user wants to obtain two-dimensional codes on each operation interface, the operation interface may be switched between the PC terminal and the large-screen display terminal, and optionally, the mode of switching the operation interface includes: single click, double click, continuous click or setting as a timed loop play mode.
Optionally, after the mobile terminal obtains the information of the device accessing the PC-side internet of things application system, the mobile terminal may be limited by the size of the screen of the mobile terminal, and cannot completely load all information of all access devices, and at this time, the user may drag the query up and down through a scroll bar arranged on the right side or perform a search query through a search bar arranged beside the user, so as to obtain the relevant information of the device that the user wants to query.
Optionally, in this embodiment, analyzing the two-dimensional code image to obtain information included in the two-dimensional code image includes:
performing graying processing on the acquired two-dimensional code image to obtain a grayscale image of the two-dimensional code image;
segmenting the bar code region in the gray image to obtain a black and white image of the two-dimensional code image;
positioning the black-and-white image, and correcting the positioned black-and-white image to obtain a decodable image;
and decoding the decodable image to obtain the information contained in the two-dimensional code image.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the acquired two-dimensional code image may be a color image, and therefore, it is necessary to perform a graying process on the acquired color image to obtain a grayscale image. And a binarization method is adopted for segmenting the bar code region in the gray level image. The binarization method is that a threshold value is selected, then the threshold value is used for judging each pixel in the image, and if the gray value is larger than the threshold value, the maximum value of the gray value is used for replacing the pixel value; and if the gray value is smaller than the threshold value, replacing the pixel value by the minimum value of the gray value, so that the gray value of the pixel on the whole two-dimensional code image is set to be 0 or 255 and is changed into only two colors of black and white.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the information included in the two-dimensional code image may include: the access equipment of the internet of things comprises operation information, management information, early warning information and/or historical information and the like. For example: the operational information of the device may be: pressure, current, power, rotational speed, etc. of the device; the history information may be: historical operating data, historical alarms and processing records.
Further, after the information contained in the two-dimensional code image is displayed, the operation of the user on the displayed information can be received, and after the operation of the user on the displayed information is received, the operated information is synchronously updated to the display interface of the application system of the internet of things. It can be understood that after the user obtains the information, the user may perform corresponding operations according to the information, for example: the user can carry out monitoring, automatic early warning, alarming and other operations on the mobile phone APP according to the information contained in the two-dimension code image, and at the moment, the operation of the user on the mobile terminal APP software is synchronously updated to the Internet of things application system, so that the information presentation synchronization and accuracy of the Internet of things application system are ensured. The user can be a device manufacturer, a user, an agent, a maintenance person, etc. with corresponding use authority.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the invention, the two-dimensional code on the display screen of the PC end is scanned to associate the internet of things application system of the PC end with the App software corresponding to the mobile terminal; relevant information of running equipment on a PC side application system is directly acquired by analyzing the two-dimension code, and is visually displayed on corresponding App software on the mobile terminal, so that the efficiency of acquiring the information of the Internet of things application system by a user through the mobile terminal APP software is improved.
