Abstract
本发明属于化工纺织材料领域,涉及一种具有单向透水功能布料的制作方法,所述制作方法包括步骤:1)将含铝的前驱体与氟烷基硅烷一同溶解在N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺中,加入柠檬酸使其澄清,得到疏水功能化溶胶;2)将聚酯纤维坯布放入溶胶中浸渍,取出烘干后得到疏水性的坯布;3)坯布一面刷涂碱性溶液,然后采用等离子辐照,辐照后刷涂碱性溶液的一面变为亲水性,而未刷涂一面保持疏水特性。该方案制成的布料的一面具有良好的疏水性能,而另一侧具有良好的亲水性能,水汽可在亲水的一面浸润并穿过布料织孔在疏水一面形成水滴。该布料不仅可以制成具备优良防水透汗性能的衣物,还可用于在干旱地区收集空气中的水蒸气获得淡水。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工纺织材料领域,涉及一种具有单向透水功能布料的制作方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,在许多场合人们对各种纺织品都提出较高的防水性能要求。采用各种防水整理剂修饰织物纤维或采用多层功能布料可以实现防水功能。但是,目前使用的许多户外防水运动服装或工作服装的布料双面均具有较好的疏水特性,在防止外界水滴渗入的同时,也会对人们由于运动或出汗产生的水蒸气进行阻隔,在衣物内层富集水滴,进而影响衣物的透气性和舒适性。
发明内容
针对现有技术缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有单向透水功能布料的制作方法,其特征在于:布料一面具有良好的疏水性能,而另一侧具有良好的亲水性能。所述制作方法包括步骤:1)将含铝的前驱体与氟烷基硅烷一同溶解在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入柠檬酸使其澄清,得到疏水功能化溶胶;2)将聚酯纤维坯布放入溶胶中浸渍,取出烘干后得到疏水性的坯布;3)坯布一面刷涂碱性溶液,然后采用等离子辐照,辐照后刷涂碱性溶液的一面变为亲水性,而未刷涂一面保持疏水特性。
所述布料亲水一面水滴接触角小于25度,疏水一面水滴接触角大于150度。
步骤1)中所述含铝的前驱体优选乙酸铝或异丙醇铝,浓度1至1.5wt%,所述的氟烷基硅烷优选全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷或全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷,浓度0.5至1wt%,柠檬酸浓度0.1至0.5 wt%。
步骤2)中,浸渍时间1至2小时,烘干温度110至130℃。
步骤3)中所述的碱性溶液优选氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾溶液,浓度1至3 mol/L,等离子辐照在真空射频等离子体发生器中进行,时间5至10分钟,功率20至40W。
该方案制成的布料的一面具有良好的疏水性能,而另一侧具有良好的亲水性能,水汽可在亲水的一面浸润并穿过布料织孔在疏水一面形成水滴。该布料不仅可以制成具备优良防水透汗性能的衣物,还可用于在干旱地区收集空气中的水蒸气获得淡水。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将异丙醇铝与全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷一同溶解在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,浓度分别为1.5 wt% 和1wt%,加入0.5wt%柠檬酸使其澄清,得到疏水功能化溶胶;
(2)将聚酯纤维坯布放入溶胶中浸渍1小时,取出放入110℃烘箱烘干后得到疏水性的坯布;
(3)坯布一面1 mol/L氢氧化钾刷涂碱性溶液,然后放入真空射频等离子体发生器中辐照5分钟,功率40W。辐照后刷涂氢氧化钾溶液的一面变为亲水性,而未刷涂一面保持疏水特性。收卷得到单向透水布料。
水滴在布料等离子辐照面的接触角为6度,而在非辐照面的接触角为166度,水滴在等离子辐照面上可充分铺展浸润并穿过织孔到达非辐照面并形成水滴。
实施例2
(1)将乙酸铝与全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷一同溶解在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,浓度分别为1wt% 和0.5wt%,加入0.2wt%柠檬酸使其澄清,得到疏水功能化溶胶;
(2)将聚酯纤维坯布放入溶胶中浸渍2小时,取出放入130℃烘箱烘干后得到疏水性的坯布;
(3)坯布一面2 mol/L氢氧化钠刷涂碱性溶液,然后放入真空射频等离子体发生器中辐照10分钟,功率30W。辐照后刷涂氢氧化钠溶液的一面变为亲水性,而未刷涂一面保持疏水特性。收卷得到单向透水布料。
水滴在布料等离子辐照面的接触角为11度,而在非辐照面的接触角为170度,水滴在等离子辐照面上可充分铺展浸润并穿过织孔到达非辐照面并形成水滴。
