Abstract

Description

用于货物集装箱的自动排水装置
本发明涉及一种用于货物集装箱或其它装载货物舱室的自动排水装置。
上述这种自动排水装置已在欧洲专利EP92104023.4中很明确地提出来。
利用这种排水装置,集装箱内所产生的水,如在运输水果类货物时所渗出的水就能可靠地从集装箱内仓中被排出。对于冷藏集装箱而言,由于排水装置在将水从内仓排出之后自动地重新锁闭,因此没有例如冷空气从集装箱内通过该排水装置流出。
然而已经发现,上述排水装置不能足以密封从外面进入集装箱内的水。例如当集装箱作为甲板货物放在海轮上时,在波浪起伏的海面上,会有大量的海水涌上海轮,这样集装箱的下部就会比较多地浸入海水中,而海水则会以不期望的方式将能漂浮的第一锁闭机构从通孔上抬起,海水流入集装箱内,从而损害货物。
已公开过另一种排水装置,它具有相对大的高度并具有一个从集装箱底向下伸出的、几乎完全覆盖排出口的橡胶套管。对于带有平底的新式冷藏集装箱而言,其设计结构太高,密封作用很不完美,甚至当运输途中橡胶套管丢失时,其密封作用完全丧失,而橡胶套管丢失经常发生。
本发明的目的在于,对本文开头所述形式的自动排水装置加以改进,使得不会有加压水从外面流入集装箱内。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即通过一种用于货物集装箱或其它装载货物舱室的自动排水装置,它具有一个基本上呈圆柱形的外壳,该外壳具有开放的末段并在该两个末段之间具有一个带有一通道孔的隔板,在该隔板的上侧设有一个浮起的用于通道孔的第一锁闭元件,在该隔板的下侧设有一个可浮起的、为通道孔而设的第二锁闭元件。
本发明的装置具有这样的优点,即从外面压入集装箱的水将第二可浮起锁闭元件向通道孔方向挤压并将该孔可靠地锁闭,直至从外面进入的水重新流出为止。此时,第二锁闭元件使通道孔重新打开,集装箱内仓残留的渗透水可通过该孔流出。
本发明的其它细节将从下面的详细描述和附图中给出,在附图中例如表示了本发明一个优选实施形式,附图中:

将要装入集装箱底1内的装置具有一个外壳2,该外壳在其较长的底部区域3设计成一平的管段4,它在其底侧5被一个盖板6基本上封闭。一个漏斗形扩大的管段7接在该管段4上方、它在其较大的末端8上以一个向外的固定凸缘9结束。在盖板6内设有一个中心孔10和多个同圆心环绕该孔的孔10。
从上端8可取出地嵌入外壳2内一个带有侧孔33的阀盒11。孔33比外壳2的盖板6内的孔大,由此可能产生的污染能可靠地被向外排出。阀盒11具有一个圆柱形隔板12,该隔板具有一个中心通道孔13,该隔板外径与外壳2在其平的管段4处的内径相当。隔板12将阀盒11分成一个上阀室14和一个下阀室15,这两个阀室借助中心通道孔13相互连通。在此,中心通道孔13在上阀室14的区域形成一个上阀座16,并在下阀室15的区域形成一个下阀座17。第一可浮起锁闭元件18位于上阀室14内,而第二可浮起锁闭元件19位于下阀室内,二者最好由空心塑料球制成。在此,阀座16、17与锁闭元件18、19的表面形状密封地适配。
该装置以如下方式装置在一个以多层结构形式设计的集装箱底板1内,即设在外壳2上端8上的固定凸缘9的上侧密封地固定在集装箱底板1的朝向仓室的内板21的下侧20上,而外壳2的下侧5设置在一个杯状的凹座22内,该凹座固定在集装箱底板1的一个外板23上。凹座22向下伸出外板23。该凹座在其下端24具有一个遮挡盖板6内的孔10的管口形端块25。凹座22在与外板23相邻的地方由一个环形凸缘26环绕,借助它,凹座固定在外板23上。
当外壳2固定在集装箱底板1内时,第二可浮起锁闭元件19首先被装入。此后,阀盒11插入外壳2内,直至位于其上端的环形固定凸缘27在扩大的管段7的区域牢固地紧贴在外壳2的上端8为止。在此,一个设在隔板12的外圆周28上的圆周槽29内的预张紧密封环30在外壳2的平的管段4的区域密封地贴在外壳2的内壁31上。
接下来,第一可浮起锁闭元件18放入上阀室14内,而上阀室14由一个带有孔32的上盖板盖住。本发明的排水装置由此安装完毕。
也可以考虑,阀室14、15与隔板12设置成插在一起,而下面的阀室15在其底部末端设有一个锥度34,第二锁闭元件19放在其上。如为了修理及清洗而需要取出时,可将整个阀盒11连同两个锁闭元件18、19从凹座22中取出,拆开阀盒11清洗以及必要时更换其零件。
如同在已公开的装置中那样,集装箱内存在的水首先从其内仓中聚集在上阀室14的区域和外壳2的上部区域的周围,直至第一锁闭元件18浮起,而隔板12的中心通道孔13打开,因此,水从该通道孔13流过并借助盖板6内的孔10可向外流出。如果从外面压入的水(称之为绿水)进入集装箱内仓,则在阀盒11的下阀室15内及周围聚集较多的水,直至第二可浮起锁闭元件19被浮起并从底部被压在隔板12的中央通道孔13上的下阀座17上,而中心通道孔13由此封闭,直到水重新从盖板6内的孔10流出。
本发明的自动排水装置最好由耐腐蚀的金属或塑料制造。已证明,采用塑料(如用作凹座22),尤其具有优点,因为,集装箱内仓和外部空气之间的热传递能可靠地避免。该排水装置使用简单、可靠,寿命长,并由于其构造简单和可靠,可确保其功能长久地维持。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于货物集装箱或其它装载货物舱室的自动排水装置,它具有一个基本上呈圆柱形的外壳,该外壳具有开放的末段并在这两个末段之间具有一个带有一通道孔的隔板,在该隔板的上侧设有一个可浮起的用于通道孔的第一锁闭元件,其特征在于,在该隔板(12)的下侧设有一个可浮起的、为通道孔(13)而设的第二锁闭元件。
2.按照权利要求1所述的排水装置,其特征在于,所述隔板(12)与一个阀盒(11)相连,该阀盒可取出地安装在外壳(2)内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的排水装置,其特征在于,所述隔板(12)将阀盒(11)分成一个上阀室(14)和一个下阀室(15)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的排水装置,其特征在于,第一可浮起锁闭元件(18)设在上阀室(14)内,而第二可浮起锁闭元件(19)设在下阀室(15)内。
5.按照权利要求1所述的排水装置,其特征在于,锁闭元件(18、19)由球体组成。
6.按照权利要求1所述的排水装置,其特征在于,隔板(12)在其通道孔(13)区域的上侧形成一个上阀座(16),而在其下侧形成一个下阀座(17),它们分别与锁闭元件(18、19)的表面密封地配合。
7.按照权利要求1所述的排水装置,其特征在于,外壳(2)以如下方式设置在一个以多层制造方式设计而成的集装箱底部(1)内,即一个设在外壳(2)的上端(8)的固定凸缘(9)密封地固定在一个朝向货仓的内板(21)的下侧(20),而外壳(2)的下侧(5)设置在一个杯状的凹座(22)内,该凹座固定在集装箱底部(1)的外板(23)上。
8.按照权利要求7所述的排水装置,其特征在于,凹座(22)向下伸出外板(23)之外。
9.按照权利要求7或8所述的排水装置,其特征在于,所述凹座(22)在其底端(24)具有一个遮住外壳(2)的底盖(6)内的孔(10)的管口式端块。
10.按照权利要求7或8所述的排水装置,其特征在于,凹座(22)相邻于外板(23)具有一个环形凸缘(26),借助它所述凹座固定在外板(23)上。
