本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,特别涉及混合动力传动装置。带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置,它包括:电池组,电机控制器,制动电阻以及同轴布置的第一电机、第二电机、制动器、行星分汇流机构;行星分汇流机构包括:功率分流行星排以及第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排;制动器包括:第一制动器、第二制动器;功率分流行星排连接输入轴、第一电机的转子以及输出轴,第一减速行星排与第二减速行星排均连接第二电机的转子以及输出轴;第一制动器、第二制动器与第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排构成2挡减速机构。本发明利用电机实现制动能量回收,设置制动电阻保证在电池SOC高时消耗电机的制动功率,在长时间制动时仍然具备缓速制动的功能。

混合动力传动技术为节能减排的重要手段,各大汽车厂家积极发展。丰田公司的THS混联形式的混动技术具备良好的节油效果,利用行星机构进行功率分流,保证发动机常工作在经济区间,但行星机构要求较高。串联形式的混合动力系统能保证发动机工作在经济区间,适合于经常启停、负荷变化剧烈、城市行车等工况。但由于其传动比范围较窄,不适用于商用车。
CN105452039 A公布了一种纵置双电机混合动力传动装置,采用单行星排进行功率分流,同轴布置,在功率分流行星排之前布置一个行星机构,通过离合器和制动器实现两个输入挡位,与功率分流行星排和双电机,共同组成多模式混合动力传动。
CN 101528494 B公布了一种纵置双电机混合动力传动装置,同样采用单行星排进行功率分流,同轴布置,但在发电机之前加入一个增速行星排,提高发电机的转速,提升发电机的功率密度。通过离合器和制动器切换输出段位置,实现多模式混合动力传动。
商用车经常配置液力缓速器或者电涡流缓速器,保证下长坡制动时的安全性。混合动力传动系统可利用电机以及电池组,实现缓速的功能,并能实现制动能量回收。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为提高整车的燃油经济性和制动安全性,提供一种带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置。
本发明的技术方案是:带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置,它包括:电池组,电机控制器,制动电阻以及同轴布置的第一电机、第二电机、制动器、行星分汇流机构;
行星分汇流机构包括:功率分流行星排以及第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排;
制动器包括:第一制动器、第二制动器;
电机控制器一方面与电池组、制动电阻连接,另一方面与第一电机的定子、第二电机的定子连接;功率分流行星排布置在第一电机、第二电机之间,第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排布置在第二电机后侧;功率分流行星排连接输入轴、第一电机的转子以及输出轴,功率分流行星排主要实现发动机输入功率的分流,一部分从第一电机传递到第二电机,另一部分直接输出;第一减速行星排与第二减速行星排均连接第二电机的转子以及输出轴;第一制动器、第二制动器与第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排构成2挡减速机构,降低第二电机的转矩需求,有利于第二电机功率密度的提高。
电池组和制动电阻用于平衡第一电机和第二电机的功率,混合动力工况下,为保证发动机的最佳油耗工作点,第一电机的功率传递到第二电机,多余的能量储存在电池组内。在急加速工况下,第二电机的功率以及电池组的功率共同驱动车辆。制动能量回收工况,第二电机的功率首先储存在电池组内部,只有在电池组SOC较高时才利用制动电阻消耗第二电机的回收功率,保证下长坡或长时间缓速制动的安全性。
起步、低速工况采用纯电驱动,发动机不工作,第二制动器接合,第一制动器分离,两挡行星机构处于抵挡,第二电机驱动车辆起步或者低速前进。
低速混合动力驱动工况,第二制动器接合,第一制动器分离,两挡行星机构处于抵挡,发动机功率从输入轴输入,第一电机发电,第二电机的转矩经过行星机构减速增矩后,与功率分流行星排的输出转矩叠加后传递到输出轴。
高速混合动力驱动工况,第一制动器接合,第二制动器分离,两挡行星机构处于高挡,发动机功率从输入轴输入,第一电机发电,第二电机的转矩经过行星机构减速增矩后,与功率分流行星排的输出转矩叠加后传递到输出轴。
倒车,采用纯电动方式,第二制动器接合,第一制动器分离,两挡行星机构处于抵挡,通过第一电机反转实现。
行进中换挡,第二电机的转矩设定为零,第二制动器分离,第一制动器结合,完成换挡动作。换挡过程中第一电机依然工作,功率分流行星排依然输出机械功率,保证动力不中断,提高了换挡舒适性。
高速制动能量回收(缓速)工况,第二电机制动,第一电机与发动机协调制动,第二电机能量优先储存于电池组内。当遇到长坡或者长时间缓速制动,且其电池组的SOC处于较高水平时,制动电阻起作用,把第二电机的制动能量转化为热能。制动能量回收工况可充分利用第二电机的峰值转矩进行缓速制动,可取代商用车的液力缓速器或者电涡流缓速器,把制动能量回收到电池组内,提高了整车的燃油经济性。
有益效果:(1)电机、行星结构和制动器同轴布置,结构和工艺简单;功率分流行星排布置在两组电机之间,可充分利用电机的绕组端部空间,空间紧凑。
(2)本发明具备纯电驱动、混合动力驱动、固定挡等多模式,应对不同的行驶工况,提高燃油经济性。
(3)本发明中电机匹配两挡行星减速机构,可降低电机的转矩需求。
(4)本发明增加制动电阻,可满足长时间的缓速制动工况,特别适用于山区、丘陵运输工况的商用车。
(5)本发明中第二电机与输出轴通过两挡行星机构连接,缓速制动控制简单,效果明显。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1,参见附图1,带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置,它包括:电池组32,电机控制器30,制动电阻31以及同轴布置的第一电机、第二电机、制动器、行星分汇流机构;
行星分汇流机构包括:功率分流行星排以及第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排;功率分流行星排由第一齿圈5、第一太阳轮4、第一行星架3组成;第一减速行星排由第二齿圈A7、第二太阳轮A9、第二行星架A8组成,第二减速行星排第三齿圈A12、第三太阳轮A14、第三行星架A13组成;
制动器包括:第一制动器10、第二制动器11;
电机控制器30一方面与电池组32、制动电阻31连接,另一方面与第一电机的定子、第二电机的定子连接;功率分流行星排布置在第一电机、第二电机之间,第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排布置在第二电机后侧;第一行星架3与输入轴1相连,第一太阳轮4与第一电机的转子2相连,第一齿圈5与输出轴15以及第三行星架A13相连;第二太阳轮A9与第二电机的转子6以及第三太阳轮A14相连,第二行星架A8与第三齿圈A12以及第二制动器11的主动端连接,第二齿圈A7与第一制动器10的主动端连接。
参见附图2,在上述方案的基础上,增加第三制动器16;第一太阳轮4与第三制动器16的主动端连接。这样就增加了一个机械挡位,机械挡工况时第三制动器16接合,功率分流行星排为固定传动比,发动机的功率直接驱动车辆行驶。该工况用于长时间的高速行车,减少了发电机到电机的能量转换环节,提高了传动效率。
实施例2,参见附图3,带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置,它包括:电池组32,电机控制器30,制动电阻31以及同轴布置的第一电机、第二电机、制动器、行星分汇流机构;
行星分汇流机构包括:功率分流行星排以及第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排;功率分流行星排由第一齿圈5、第一太阳轮4、第一行星架3组成;第一减速行星排由第二齿圈B17、第二太阳轮B19、第二行星架B18组成;第二减速行星排由第三齿圈B21、第三太阳轮B20、第三行星架B22组成;
制动器包括:第一制动器10、第二制动器11;
电机控制器30一方面与电池组32、制动电阻31连接,另一方面与第一电机的定子、第二电机的定子连接;功率分流行星排布置在第一电机、第二电机之间,第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排布置在第二电机后侧;第一行星架3与输入轴1相连,第一太阳轮4与第一电机的转子2相连,第一齿圈5同时与第二行星架B18、第三齿圈B21以及输出轴15相连;第二太阳轮B19与第二电机的转子6相连,第二齿圈B17与第一制动器10的主动端、第三太阳轮B20连接;第三行星架B22与第二制动器11的主动端连接。
参见附图4,在上述方案的基础上,增加第三制动器16;第一太阳轮4与第三制动器16的主动端连接。这样就增加了一个机械挡位,机械挡工况时第三制动器16接合,功率分流行星排为固定传动比,发动机的功率直接驱动车辆行驶。该工况用于长时间的高速行车,减少了发电机到电机的能量转换环节,提高了传动效率。

行星分汇流机构包括:功率分流行星排以及第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排;功率分流行星排由第一齿圈5、第一太阳轮4、第一行星架3组成;第一减速行星排由第二齿圈C23、第二太阳轮C25、第二行星架B24组成,第二减速行星排由第三齿圈C27、第三太阳轮C26、第三行星架C28组成;
制动器包括:第一制动器10、第二制动器11;
电机控制器30一方面与电池组32、制动电阻31连接,另一方面与第一电机的定子、第二电机的定子连接;功率分流行星排布置在第一电机、第二电机之间,第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排布置在第二电机后侧;第一行星架3与输入轴1相连,第一太阳轮4与第一电机的转子2相连,第一齿圈5同时与第三行星架C28、第二齿圈C23以及输出轴15连接;第三太阳轮C26与第二电机的转子6相连,第二太阳轮C25与第一制动器10的主动端连接,第三齿圈C27分别与第二行星架B24、第二制动器11的主动端连接。
参见附图6,在上述方案的基础上,增加第三制动器16;第一太阳轮4与第三制动器16的主动端连接。这样就增加了一个机械挡位,机械挡工况时第三制动器16接合,功率分流行星排为固定传动比,发动机的功率直接驱动车辆行驶。该工况用于长时间的高速行车,减少了发电机到电机的能量转换环节,提高了传动效率。

Claims (2)

1.带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:它包括:电池组(32),电机控制器(30),制动电阻(31)以及同轴布置的第一电机、第二电机、制动器、行星分汇流机构;
所述行星分汇流机构包括:功率分流行星排以及第一减速行星排、第二减速行星排;
所述制动器包括:第一制动器(10)、第二制动器(11);
所述电机控制器(30)一方面与所述电池组(32)、所述制动电阻(31)连接,另一方面与所述第一电机的定子、所述第二电机的定子连接;所述功率分流行星排布置在所述第一电机、所述第二电机之间,所述第一减速行星排、所述第二减速行星排布置在所述第二电机后侧;所述功率分流行星排连接输入轴(1)、所述第一电机的转子(2)以及输出轴(15),所述第一减速行星排与所述第二减速行星排均连接所述第二电机的转子(6)以及输出轴(15);所述第一制动器(10)、所述第二制动器(11)与所述第一减速行星排、所述第二减速行星排构成2挡减速机构;所述功率分流行星排由第一齿圈(5)、第一太阳轮(4)、第一行星架(3)组成;所述第一减速行星排由第二齿圈A(7)、第二太阳轮A(9)、第二行星架A(8)组成,所述第二减速行星排第三齿圈A(12)、第三太阳轮A(14)、第三行星架A(13)组成;
所述第一行星架(3)与所述输入轴(1)相连,所述第一太阳轮(4)与所述第一电机的转子(2)相连,所述第一齿圈(5)与输出轴(15)以及所述第三行星架A(13)相连;所述第二太阳轮A(9)与所述第二电机的转子(6)以及所述第三太阳轮A(14)相连,所述第二行星架A(8)与所述第三齿圈A(12)以及所述第二制动器(11)的主动端连接,所述第二齿圈A(7)与所述第一制动器(10)的主动端连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的带缓速功能的商用车混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述制动器还包括:第三制动器(16);所述第一太阳轮(4)与所述第三制动器(16)的主动端连接。
