本发明属于混合动力汽车领域,具体涉及一种双转子电机与拉维娜式行星轮系串联式汽车混合动力系统。
背景技术
混合动力汽车能够解决目前中大功率新能源汽车电池重量大、续驶里程短等问题,因此是新能源汽车行业中重要的发展方向之一。目前混合动力系统主要有串联、并联、混联三种,其中,混联式混合动力通常由多排行星轮和两个电机组成,因其拥有多种运行模式,其节能效果更好,但也存在结构复杂、控制难度大、集成度低、体积大等问题。
双转子电机因其具有两个机械端口,与发动机连接时,能够对发动机的转速和转矩进行完全解耦,因此适合用于混合动力系统中作为功率耦合装置,但使用双转子电机作为混合动力系统中的功率耦合装置时,由于能量完全通过电功率传递,因此存在能量传递效率低的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提出一种双转子电机与拉维娜式行星轮系串联式汽车混合动力系统,该混合动力系统具有纯电动、电动机启动发动机、发动机和电动机联合驱动、发动机驱动且电动机充电、电动机制动能量回收等运行模式,以满足汽车的不同行驶需求,具有结构简单、体积小、集成度高、能量传递效率高的优点。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:一种双转子电机与拉维娜式行星轮系串联式汽车混合动力系统,其特殊之处在于:
包括发动机、双转子电机、拉维娜式行星轮系;
所述双转子电机包括定子、外转子和内转子,发动机的输出轴与双转子电机的内转子通过第一离合器相连;
所述拉维娜式行星轮系包括齿圈、大行星轮、小行星轮、行星架、大太阳轮和小太阳轮;

(2)本发明采用了双转子电机和拉维娜式行星轮系结构实现深度混合动力系统,双转子电机在功能上能够替代两个电机,结构简单,体积小,缩减了轴向尺寸;
(3)本发明通过控制两个离合器,能够使系统工作在不同的传动比区间,增大了系统的传动比范围,使系统能够适应不同的工况;
(4)本发明将双转子电机和拉维娜式行星轮系相结合,和单独使用双转子电机作为混合动力系统的功率耦合装置相比,提高了系统的能量传递效率。

本发明实施例在不同运行模式下的动力传递说明如下:
(1)纯电动模式
动力传递路线如图2所示。纯电动模式主要用于低速工况,此时第三离合器11接合,第一离合器2和第二离合器10断开,双转子电机3的内转子6、外转子5同时工作,内转子6通过与其相连的大太阳轮16将动力传递至行星架9,外转子5通过与其相连的齿圈8将动力传递至行星架9;行星架通过离合器11将动力传递至动力输出轴12。
(2)电动机启动发动机模式
动力传递路线如图3所示。在混合动力系统进行模式切换时,需要由电动机启动发动机1,此时第一离合器2由断开状态变为接合状态,双转子电机3在联合驱动车辆行驶的同时,一部分动力由内转子6传递至发动机1。
(3)发动机和电动机联合驱动模式
其动力传递路线如图4所示。当整车对发动机的需求转矩和转速大于发动机的高效工作区间时,混合动力系统工作在发动机和电动机联合驱动模式,此模式主要用于高速工况。此时第一离合器2和第二离合器10接合,第三离合器11断开。发动机1的动力通过内转子6传递至大太阳轮16,再通过大太阳轮16传递至大行星轮15;双转子电机3的动力通过外转子5传递至齿圈8,再通过齿圈8传递至大行星轮15;发动机1和双转子电机3的动力在大行星轮15处汇合,通过大行星轮15、第二离合器10将动力传递至动力输出轴12。
(4)发动机驱动且电动机充电模式
其动力传递路线如图5所示。此模式主要用于蓄电池SOC值较低,且车速较低的工况下。此时第一离合器2和第三离合器11接合,离合器10断开,发动机1的动力被分为了三部分,第一部分通过内转子6、大太阳轮16传递至行星架9,第二部分通过外转子5、齿圈8传递至行星架9,第三部分通过双转子电机3的内转子6和定子4上的绕组发电,储存在车上的蓄电池中。
(5)电动机制动能量回收模式
其动力传递路线如图6所示。此模式主要用于减速和下坡工况下,此时,第一离合器2和第二10断开,第三离合器11接合。动力由第三输出轴12传递至行星架9后分为两部分,一部分通过齿圈8、外转子5传递至定子4;另一部分通过大太阳轮16传递至内转子6;通过定子4和内转子6上的线圈绕组发电,储存在蓄电池中。

Claims (2)

1.一种双转子电机与拉维娜式行星轮系串联式汽车混合动力系统,其特征在于:
包括发动机(1)、双转子电机(3)、拉维娜式行星轮系(7);
所述双转子电机(3)包括定子(4)、外转子(5)和内转子(6),发动机的输出轴与双转子电机的内转子(6)通过第一离合器(2)相连;
所述拉维娜式行星轮系(7)包括齿圈(8)、大行星轮(15)、小行星轮(14)、行星架(9)、大太阳轮(16)和小太阳轮(13);
外转子(5)的输出轴与齿圈(8)相连;内转子(6)的输出轴与大太阳轮(16)相连;小太阳轮(13)与动力输出轴(12)通过第二离合器(10)相连;行星架(9)与输出轴(12)通过离合器(11)相连;大行星轮(15)、小行星轮(14)设置在行星架(9)上;齿圈(8)与大行星轮(15)啮合,大行星轮(15)还分别与大太阳轮(16)和小行星轮(14)啮合,小行星轮(14)与小太阳轮(13)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双转子电机与拉维娜式行星轮系串联式汽车混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述双转子电机的内转子(6)和定子(4)上布置有线圈绕组。
