本发明公开了一种高强度抗震玻璃,包括玻璃层和保护层,所述保护层覆盖于玻璃层的表面,所述玻璃层内部铺设有尼龙丝网;所述玻璃层为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为0.5‑2cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网;所述保护层为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5‑1mm;所述尼龙丝网采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成;所述抗震玻璃可以根据实际需要进行任意尺寸的切割。本发明结构简单,具有良好的采光性能和优异的机械力学性能,防爆抗震效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃,具体涉及一种高强度抗震玻璃。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,需要使用玻璃的场所变得多样化,对玻璃性能指标有了更加严格和多样的要求。然而,现有各种普通玻璃,都是一个厚薄不同的透明体,当遇到强外力作用或者地震等情况,极其容易粉碎为碎片伤人。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高强度抗震玻璃,提高现有玻璃的抗震效果。
技术方案:本发明提供的一种高强度抗震玻璃,包括玻璃层和保护层,所述保护层覆盖于玻璃层的表面,所述玻璃层内部铺设有尼龙丝网。
所述玻璃层为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为0.5-2cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网。所述保护层为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5-1mm。所述尼龙丝网采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成。
所述抗震玻璃,可以根据实际需要进行任意尺寸的切割。
有益效果:本发明在钢化玻璃内部设置尼龙丝网,外部设置保护层,不影响采光的同时,大大提高了玻璃的抗击强度和拉伸强度,防爆抗震效果明显。

一种高强度抗震玻璃,包括玻璃层1和保护层2,所述保护层2覆盖于玻璃层1的表面,所述玻璃层1内部铺设有尼龙丝网3。所述玻璃层1为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为0.5cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网3。所述保护层2为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5mm。所述尼龙丝网3采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成。
实施例2
一种高强度抗震玻璃,包括玻璃层1和保护层2,所述保护层2覆盖于玻璃层1的表面,所述玻璃层1内部铺设有尼龙丝网3。所述玻璃层1为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为0.8cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网3。所述保护层2为透明离型纸,厚度为0.6mm。所述尼龙丝网3采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成。

一种高强度抗震玻璃,包括玻璃层1和保护层2,所述保护层2覆盖于玻璃层1的表面,所述玻璃层1内部铺设有尼龙丝网3。所述玻璃层1为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为1.5cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网3。所述保护层2为透明离型纸,厚度为0.8mm。所述尼龙丝网3采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成。
实施例4
一种高强度抗震玻璃,包括玻璃层1和保护层2,所述保护层2覆盖于玻璃层1的表面,所述玻璃层1内部铺设有尼龙丝网3。所述玻璃层1为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为2cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网3。所述保护层2为透明离型纸,厚度为1mm。所述尼龙丝网3采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成。
利用万能试验机对上述实施例制得的高强度抗震玻璃进行机械性能的测定,并与相同厚度的普通钢化玻璃比较,具体结果见下表:

从上表可以发现,本发明所制备的高强度抗震玻璃强度大大高于相同厚度的普通钢化玻璃的强度,具有优异的机械力学性能。

1.一种高强度抗震玻璃,其特征在于包括玻璃层(1)和保护层(2),所述保护层(2)覆盖于玻璃层(1)的表面,所述玻璃层(1)内部铺设有尼龙丝网(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗震玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃层(1)为单层钢化玻璃,厚度为0.5-2cm;浇铸时铺设尼龙丝网(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗震玻璃,其特征在于:所述保护层(2)为透明离型纸,厚度为0.5-1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗震玻璃,其特征在于:所述尼龙丝网(3)采用0.2mm直径的透明尼龙丝编制而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗震玻璃,其特征在于:所述抗震玻璃可以根据实际需要进行任意尺寸的切割。
