Abstract

一种加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜。其包括依次设置的防划伤薄膜、外层聚酯基片、尼龙丝网、内层聚酯基片、压敏胶层和保护层;其中尼龙丝网是由尼龙丝编织而成的网格状结构;外层聚酯基片和内层聚酯基片均采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜比普通玻璃贴膜多出尼龙丝网层,抗拉伸强度更大,具有更好的防爆抗震效果,适用于放置贵重设备的机房等地方使用。

加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜
技术领域
本发明属于安全防护装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜。
背景技术
机房玻璃一般都是普通平板玻璃或者是钢化玻璃,当遇到机房外部或者内部爆炸时,机房玻璃在膨胀空气的冲击下,会产生破碎的情况,破碎的玻璃呈碎渣状,在空气波的推动下,容易产生玻璃渣伤人以及破坏设备的情况。当遇到强外力作用或者地震等情况,也会发生类似情况。并且机房玻璃隔热能力有限,在盛夏严冬时节需要耗费很多能源来维持机房温度。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜包括依次设置的防划伤薄膜、外层聚酯基片、尼龙丝网、内层聚酯基片、压敏胶层和保护层;其中尼龙丝网是由尼龙丝编织而成的网格状结构;外层聚酯基片和内层聚酯基片均采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
所述的外层聚酯基片的厚度为0.28mm,内层聚酯基片的厚度为0.18mm。
所述的尼龙丝为0.26mm直径的透明线,相邻尼龙丝之间的距离为100mm。
所述的保护层采用离型纸制成。
本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜比普通玻璃贴膜多出尼龙丝网层,抗拉伸强度更大,具有更好的防爆抗震效果,适用于放置贵重设备的机房等地方使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜进行详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜包括依次设置的防划伤薄膜1、外层聚酯基片2、尼龙丝网3、内层聚酯基片4、压敏胶层5和保护层6;其中尼龙丝网3是由尼龙丝7编织而成的网格状结构;外层聚酯基片2和内层聚酯基片4均采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
所述的外层聚酯基片2的厚度为0.28mm,内层聚酯基片4的厚度为0.18mm。
所述的尼龙丝7为0.26mm直径的透明线,相邻尼龙丝7之间的距离为100mm。
所述的保护层6采用离型纸制成。
现将本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜使用方法阐述如下:首先将诸如机房等建筑物的玻璃内表面擦拭干净,待玻璃晾干后,剥离下保护层6,然后将本加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜上的压敏胶层5平铺于玻璃的内表面上并裁去多余边角即可。
本发明提供的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜的产品特性:
1、防爆抗震:将本玻璃贴膜贴于建筑玻璃的内表面,由于其上设有尼龙丝网,其能承受10磅的重量,并具有较佳的延展性和弹性,因此当因自然灾害或人为外力破坏而导致玻璃破碎时,可以将玻璃渣固定于原位,从而能够减少人员伤害。2、大大减少制热制冷费用:其上内、外层聚酯基片均采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成,由于该材料是一种耐久性强、坚固耐潮、耐高低温性均佳及能够隔离紫外线的材料,因此在冬天与不贴本玻璃贴膜的空间温度相比高6-8摄氏度,夏天则低6-8摄氏度,所以可以大大降低能耗,并且可阻隔透过普通玻璃的99%以上的有害紫外线,有效保护室内物品不退色不老化,延长其寿命。3、防划伤薄膜可有效防止内部的其它结构受到刮伤。

Claims (4)

1.一种加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜,其特征在于:所述的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜包括依次设置的防划伤薄膜(1)、外层聚酯基片(2)、尼龙丝网(3)、内层聚酯基片(4)、压敏胶层(5)和保护层(6);其中尼龙丝网(3)是由尼龙丝(7)编织而成的网格状结构;外层聚酯基片(2)和内层聚酯基片(4)均采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜,其特征在于:所述的外层聚酯基片(2)的厚度为0.28mm,内层聚酯基片(4)的厚度为0.18mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜,其特征在于:所述的尼龙丝(7)为0.26mm直径的透明线,相邻尼龙丝(7)之间的距离为100mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加强型防爆抗震玻璃贴膜,其特征在于:所述的保护层(6)采用离型纸制成。
