Abstract
The invention discloses an indexing device of an excircle equal dividing groove of an inner cylinder component of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor heat exchange unit, which is arranged on a machine tool table and comprises an equal-height supporting mechanism and a pressing mechanism, wherein the equal-height supporting mechanism is arranged on the machine tool table and used for supporting and placing the inner cylinder component, and the pressing mechanism is connected to the equal-height supporting mechanism and used for pressing the inner cylinder component. The invention can ensure the processing precision when the inner cylinder component is grooved and solves the problem of indexing grooving of the inner cylinder component.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-temperature gas cooled reactor, in particular to an indexing device of an excircle equipartition groove of an inner cylinder component of a heat exchange unit of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor.
Background
The high temperature gas cooled reactor belongs to the fourth generation nuclear reactor technology, the heat exchange unit is the core component of the high temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power station, the inner cylinder component is the key supporting component in the heat exchange unit, the main external dimension of the inner cylinder component is: the outer diameter is 279.4-279.8 mm, the length is 8815mm, and the material is 6625 high-temperature nickel base alloy. The excircle of the inner barrel component is provided with trisection grooves with the width of 10-10.1 mm and the depth of 3-3.2 mm, the radial angle of the three grooves is required to be 120 degrees +/-20 degrees, and the straightness is required to be 0.5mm, so the requirement on the size precision of parts is high, and the inner barrel component is a long and thin large-sized pipe and has high indexing grooving difficulty.
At present, the common processing method is as follows: placing the inner barrel assembly on a machine tool body, pressing the inner barrel assembly tightly from a bus on the inner barrel assembly by using a pressing plate, moving the pressing plate away when a machine tool cutter approaches to the pressing plate during slotting, leaving the inner barrel assembly after the slotting of the machine tool cutter is finished, pressing the inner barrel assembly tightly by using the pressing plate, and repeating the steps.
The method not only is difficult to ensure the processing precision when the inner cylinder component is grooved, but also has high requirements on operators, and has the risk of extremely high failure rate.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an indexing device for an excircle equal-division slot of an inner barrel assembly of a high-temperature gas-cooled reactor heat exchange unit, which can ensure the processing precision of the inner barrel assembly during slot opening and solve the problem of indexing slot opening of the inner barrel assembly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the indexing device is arranged on a machine tool table top and comprises an equal-height supporting mechanism and a pressing mechanism, wherein the equal-height supporting mechanism is arranged on the machine tool table top and used for supporting and placing an inner cylinder assembly, and the pressing mechanism is connected to the equal-height supporting mechanism and used for pressing the inner cylinder assembly;
the equal-height supporting mechanism comprises a supporting block, a positioning groove is formed in the lower surface of the supporting block and used for being clamped on the table top of the machine tool, a V-shaped groove is formed in the upper surface of the supporting block, the tops of two ends of the V-shaped groove are respectively provided with a step structure, positioning connecting holes are formed in the table top above and the table top below the step structure, and a positioning key is connected to one side surface of the supporting block;

The machine tool table surface is provided with a tool positioning key, and the positioning groove is clamped on the tool positioning key.
The pressing mechanisms are provided with a pair of pressing mechanisms which are respectively connected to the step structures at the tops of the two ends of the V-shaped groove.
The positioning key is also connected with a stop block, and the stop block is connected to one side surface of the supporting block through a fixing bolt.
The pressing plate rotating head is movably connected with the lower end of the connecting rod, and the upper end of the connecting rod is movably connected with the pressing block.

The connecting rod is arranged to be in a C-shaped structure.

4. the upper end of the positioning screw rod is in spherical contact with the connecting rod, so that the pressing mechanism can be prevented from being locked in the process of clamping the inner cylinder assembly or clamping the inner cylinder assembly.

Preferably, the equal-height supporting mechanism 1 comprises supporting blocks 101, positioning grooves 102 are formed in the same position of the lower surface of each supporting block 101, the positioning grooves 102 are used for being clamped on tool positioning keys 301 of a machine tool table top 3, when the supporting blocks 101 are installed on the machine tool table top 3, the supporting blocks 101 can be positioned between the positioning grooves 102 and the tool positioning keys 301 to be located on the same straight line on the machine tool table top 3, the straightness requirement during grooving and processing of the inner cylinder assembly 4 is guaranteed, a V-shaped groove 103 is formed in the upper surface of each supporting block 101, the tops of two ends of each V-shaped groove 103 are arranged in a step structure, positioning connecting holes 106 are formed in a table top 104 located above and a table top 105 located below in the step structure, a positioning key 107 is connected to one side surface of each supporting block 101, the positioning key 107 can be used for positioning the inner cylinder assembly 4 through the positioning key 107, a stop block 108 is further connected to the positioning key 107, and the stop block 108 is fixedly connected to one side surface of the supporting blocks 101 through fixing bolts, and movement of the positioning keys 107 can be prevented in the grooving processing process of the inner cylinder assembly 4.
