Abstract

Description

框架撑杆的通用安装支架组件
本发明涉及铁路车辆车架的框架撑杆,其型式如同美国专利4,570,544、4,870,914、5,243,920和5,461,986中所说明的,其中三个专利曾被转让给本申请的受让人,美国Illinos州Park Ridge的标准研究和设计公司。’986专利的内容在这里被具体引用供参考,因为该专利示出框架撑杆车架的许多细节,而这是本发明的说明和附图没有具体说明和示出的。
在’986专利中有一个U形支架用来支承人们通常所称的交叉撑杆。这个支架又被所谓基板支承着,而基板被连结到其中一个倾斜端壁上,这个倾斜端壁是在典型的侧框中连接抗拉件和抗压件的构件。虽然侧框具有传统上的形式,在一个三件的车架内,每一个侧框都有一个抗压件、一个抗拉件和连接它们的倾斜端壁,但倾斜端壁的倾斜角度是可随侧框的具体制造商而变的。这样在安装支架来支承框架撑杆车架的交叉撑杆时便会发生问题,因为每一个安装支架都必须为使用它的具体侧框进行专门的设计。而本发明则可提供一个通用的安装支架组件,该组件由一个槽状安装支架、一块基板和一块支承板构成,利用这些元件便可将槽状安装支板装在同一位置上而可不管在典型的三件车架的侧框上连接抗压件和抗拉件的倾斜端壁的倾斜角度。
本发明涉及框架撑杆车架,其中有一对交叉撑杆被用来使车架稳定,并且特别涉及交叉撑杆用的改进的通用安装支架组件。
本发明的一个主要目的是上面所说用途的改进的安装支架组件,该组件基本上可配装到任何一种结构的三件车架的侧框上,而可不管在抗拉件和抗压件之间的倾斜端壁的倾斜角度。
另一个目的是上面所说用途的安装支架组件,该组件由三个相关的元件构成,并被设计成连结到侧框的内侧和外侧,交叉撑杆用的安装孔可设在同一位置上,而可不管三件车架侧框的具体设计。

美国专利5,461,986(其内容在这里被引用供参考)曾公开过一种有一对侧框支承在传统的纵向间隔开的轮副上的铁路车辆车架。为了提高车架的稳定性,在两个侧框之间设有交叉撑杆以便增加侧框对纵向运动的抗力。美国专利4,870,914曾示出支承交叉撑杆的安装支架的一种形式,连同’986专利示出对支架的改进。
虽然三件铁路车辆车架的侧架具有某些传统的零件,但这些零件的关系并非一定是标准的。所有侧架都有一个顶部的抗压件、一个底部的抗拉件及将抗压件和抗拉件连接起来的倾斜的端壁。但倾斜端壁的倾斜角是可变化的,取决于具体的制造商。对每一个侧框设计需要一个特制的安装支架设计。而本发明提供的通用安装支架组件能适用于三件铁路车辆车架的任何一种侧框的设计。
在附图中,传统的三件车架的侧架用标号10指出并被装在轮副12和14上。在侧框上有一窗口16,其内装有用标号18指出的承梁。弹簧组20将用来支承侧框窗口内的承梁。安装支架组件22从侧框的下侧延伸出来,每一个组件都将用来安装交叉撑杆24的端头。
每一侧框包括一个在上面的抗压件26和一个在下面的抗拉件27。它们被倾斜端壁28连结成整体。所有三件铁路车辆车架都有这三件,但倾斜壁28的倾斜角可随侧框的制造商而变。每一侧框的端头包括一个轴架30,该轴架还包括一个部分,被称为轴架角,用标号32指出。审视图2、3和4可见每一个安装支架组件包括三个元件:一个U形或槽状安装支架34如图10、11和12所示;一块基板36如图7、8和9所示;和一块支承板38如图13和14所示。
每一槽状安装支架34有三个壁:一个中心壁40,具有孔42以便用来安装交叉撑杆;一个端壁44,一般与壁40成直角;和一个第二端壁46,比端壁44短,一般也与壁40成直角;中心壁40有一倾斜的上边48,这将在以后说明。
每一基板36包括一个具有边52的外壁50,和一个伸出壁54,其用标号56指出的外端将用焊接或其他方法连结在轴架角上,如图2和5中的焊缝58所示。基板还包括一个支承壁60,支承板就连结在其上。
支承板具有一个多少有些不规则的S形边62和一个板部64。
如图2和3所示,每一侧框的内侧有一U形单元导腔66。支承板38的多少有些为S形的边62被焊接到单元导腔上,对于图3和图6所示的侧框都是如此。基板36的外壁50的边52被焊接到侧框倾斜壁的外侧,如标号68所示。如图2所示,基板36的支承壁60与侧框的倾斜端壁28间隔一个距离。这是由于侧框的这个特殊设计比图5和6所示侧框形式中的侧框端壁有一较陡的角度。槽状安装支架的上边48沿其两侧都被焊接到基板支承壁60的下侧如图4中标号70所示。如上所述,基板的边56将被焊接到轴架角上如标号58所示。最后用焊缝72将支承板38连接到基板的一侧,制造便告完成。
总之,在一三件货车车辆车架中,虽然连接抗拉件和抗压件的倾斜端壁的倾斜角度会变化,单元导腔的位置对所有侧框却是标准的,并受美国铁路协会的条例的管理。以此为指导,支承板被焊接到单元导腔上,如图2、3、5和6所示。支承板又被焊到基板上并支承着基板。基板被焊接到侧框的外侧并被焊接到轴架角上,如图2和图5所示。最后将槽状安装支架的上部的倾斜边48焊接到基板的下侧,如图4所示,组件便告完成。
本发明的特殊优点为,安装支架组件包括槽状安装支架、支承板和基板都是通用的,它们基本上能适配三件铁路车辆车架的侧框的任何一种设计。支承板被连结到单元导腔上而后者对所有侧框都是标准的,组件的其余零件可连结到侧框上,其位置取决于侧框端壁的斜度,但在所有情况下单元导腔都被用来作为安装支架组件的定位器,因此槽状安装支架上的孔42对所有框架撑杆车架来说都是处在标准位置。
这里虽然对本发明的较优形式作了说明,但应知道,从中是可以作出许多修改、替代和更换的。

Claims (6)

1.用在框架撑杆车架上的侧框,具有在侧框之间延伸的用的交叉撑杆,上述侧框包括一个顶部抗压件和一个底部抗拉件,粘接上述抗压件和抗拉件而向上向外倾斜的端壁,与上述侧框的每一个端壁间隔开的轴架角,及在每一个端壁下端用来安装交叉撑杆的每一支架组件,支架组件包括一个三壁的槽状安装支架,其中一壁有一用来安装交叉撑杆的孔;一个连结在侧框外侧的基板,其第一部分连结到上述槽状安装支架的上边以便用来提供支承,上述基板的第二部分连结到侧框的轴架角上;还包括一个连结在上述侧框内侧和上述基板上的支承板。
2.按照权利要求1的侧框,包括设在每一侧框内,侧并与倾斜端壁邻近的单元导腔,每一支承板都被连结到单元导腔上。
3.按照权利要求2的侧框,其中,每一槽状安装支架都有一个中心壁,其上设有交叉撑杆的安装孔,和两个侧壁,侧壁一般都与中,心壁成90°角;每一中心壁的上边都被连结到基板的下侧。
4.按照权利要求3的侧框,其中,每一个安装支架中心壁的上边都是倾斜的,一般与连接抗压件和抗拉件的倾斜端壁作同样的延伸。
5.按照权利要求1的侧框,其中,在槽状安装支架和基板、槽状安装支架和侧框、支承板和,侧框内侧、及支承板和基板之间的连接都是用焊接来完成的。
6.铁路车辆车架,包括:两个平行的和一个设在其间的承梁;一对撑杆,各自与车架的纵轴线作相反的倾斜并各在两个侧框之间延伸;以及用来安装上述撑杆端头的装置,该装置包括连结到侧框上的支架组件,每一支架组件包括:一个三壁的槽状安装支架,其中一壁设有安装撑杆用的孔;一块连结到侧框外侧的基板,其第一部分连结到上述槽状安装支架的上边以便提供支承,其第二部分连结到侧框轴架角;以及一块连结到上述侧框内侧和上述基板上的支承板。
