Binghuang hemorrhoids ointment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to hemorrhoid ointment containing borneol and rhubarb and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Hemorrhoids are the most common anorectal diseases and can occur at any age, but the incidence rate gradually increases with age. The hemorrhoids are classified into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids according to the different parts. A visible zigzag line called anal canal dentate line is arranged at the junction of the anal canal skin and the rectal mucosa. The internal hemorrhoid is above the dentate line; external hemorrhoid below dentate line, and coating anal canal mucosa; the mixed hemorrhoid is also the internal hemorrhoid and the external hemorrhoid. The hemorrhoids are mainly characterized by hemafecia, the nature of the hemafecia can be painless, intermittent, fresh blood after the hemafecia, the hemafecia is dripped or the blood is carried on the toilet paper, the constipation, the wine drinking or the food intake is aggravated, the simple internal hemorrhoids have no pain, only have the feeling of falling and swelling, can bleed, develop to prolapse, are combined with the thrombosis, and the pain appears when the infection occurs.
The main modes of treating hemorrhoids include drug treatment and surgical treatment, and the common treatment method is surgery or infusion treatment. The treatment methods can cause the patients to be accompanied with complications in the treatment process, the patients are slow to recover, easy to relapse, unable to relieve the pain of the patients in time, and not easy to cure the diseases radically, and the work and life of the patients are seriously affected.

As can be seen from Table 1, the hemorrhoid ointment of the present invention has significant efficacy on anal fistula, and significantly shortens the healing time in clinical use.
The therapeutic effect comparison graph of the similar products in the clinical research of the invention is shown in figure 2. From the comparison chart of clinical research, the corresponding anal diseases are classified more carefully, and the advantages of the hemorrhoid ointment in the clinical use of the anal diseases can be more accurately understood. Particularly, the pus discharging and toxin expelling effects are more obvious on perianal abscess; in the aspect of anal eczema, a certain horse brand is oily ointment and has poor air permeability, while a certain water-based cream is easy to form water ripples, so that eczema is generated after the affected part is applied for a long time.
The invention improves the symptoms: the curative effect on the five symptoms and signs of bleeding, pain, edema, laceration and pruritus is shown in the following figure 3. The results show that the hemorrhoid ointment has obvious curative effects on improving five symptoms and physical signs of bleeding, pain, edema, cleft, pruritus and the like.
Conclusion of clinical study: the hemorrhoid ointment has obvious curative effects on hemorrhoid, anal fissure, anal fistula, perianal abscess, anal eczema, anal sinusitis and proctitis, and can relieve or obviously improve related symptoms caused by diseases.
Typical cases are:
case 1: aged 58 years old, with hemorrhoids for many years, diagnosed in second stage, with large hemorrhoids, which can escape from the anus during defecation, and can be received by oneself after defecation with blood drip during defecation. The medicine is applied for 2 times every day, the disease is improved after 5 days, blood dripping and dropping do not occur after 12 days, and the disease does not recur after the medicine is stopped for half a year.
Case 2; Wu-Chi, female, age 33, child who has grown up, has thrombotic hemorrhoid and Canton phenomenon, pain is hard to endure, and unable to defecate normally, it is necessary to rely on enema, daub the medicine for 7 days, the thrombotic hemorrhoid is eliminated, Canton phenomenon is softened obviously, can defecate by oneself, visit after 1 year, no recurrence.
Case 3, namely, plum, male, 37 years old, perianal abscess, 3 days of disease, swelling and pain which can not be seated, the medicine of the invention is smeared for 3 times a day, and pus is discharged after 1 day, thus reducing swelling; after 10 days, pus is basically beaten out, pus discharge openings are gradually healed, after 15 days, the pus is healed, and after 3 years, the pus is returned without relapse.
Case 4; zhangyi, male, 45 years old, diagnosed as anal fissure, recurrent morbidity for half a year, pain in the stool, with laceration sensation, accompanied by blood dripping during defecation, applying the medicine 2 times a day, relieving the stool after 1 day, relieving pain, no bleeding after 3 days, clinical symptoms disappearing after 7 days, revisiting after 1 year, having recurrence for 1 time, and improving after applying.
