Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其中药材料组分比为：七叶一支花30‑40g，半边莲30‑40g，雄黄8‑15g，五灵脂8‑15g，苏木8‑15g，川芎8‑15g，黄柏10‑20g，野菊花10‑20g，葛根10‑20g，枯矾8‑15g，八角莲10‑20g，白醋。诸药合用，共奏解毒抗毒、清热驱风、化瘀活血、消肿止痛之效。用于治疗毒蛇咬伤肢体肿胀疼痛瘀斑等，治愈率高。

一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体的说涉及一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药。
背景技术
毒蛇咬伤是严重影响人民生命健康的常见灾害性疾病。全球每年约500万的蛇伤患者，年死亡人数5万人，因蛇伤导致截肢者约40万人。我国每年约有10万余人被毒蛇咬伤，并且人数逐年增加。被毒蛇咬伤后，蛇毒在局部扩散并吸收而产生严重的全身症状，轻者功能障碍，重者溃烂坏疽、致肢体伤残甚至死亡。
抗蛇毒血清的应用虽降低了患者死亡率，但肢体伤残率并未下降。近来国外报道蛇伤死亡率反有增加，主要由于血清在伤后2小时内使用疗效好，且只能中和游离蛇毒，当蛇毒与组织器官结合产生损害后，则难奏效。另外血清剂型少、特异性强、保存不便、生物效价不稳定、容易过敏等因素导致其使用存在很大局限性。国内文献报道中医药对治疗毒蛇咬伤有良好效果，但缺乏严格的循证医学和动物实验证据，重复性和可操作性不强。本发明操作简单，使用方便，主要针对早期局部蛇毒，具有很好的解毒抗毒、消肿止痛之效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，目的在于解决现有技术的不足。
同时，本发明还提供了一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药的制备方法。
为了达到以上的目的，本发明通过以下的技术方案来实现的：一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其中药材料组分比为：七叶一支花30-40g，半边莲30-40g，雄黄8-15g，五灵脂8-15g，苏木8-15g，川芎8-15g，黄柏10-20g，野菊花10-20g，葛根10-20g，枯矾8-15g，八角莲10-20g，白醋200-250ml。
优选的，其中药材料组分比为：七叶一支花30g，半边莲30g，雄黄8g，五灵脂8g，苏木8g，川芎8g，黄柏10g，野菊花10g，葛根10g，枯矾8g，八角莲10g，白醋200ml。
本发明所提供的另一技术方案为：一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药的制备方法，具体步骤如下：将上述分量比七叶一支花，半边莲，雄黄，五灵脂，苏木，川芎，黄柏，野菊花，葛根，枯矾，八角莲，粉碎后混合，置于容器中，一边加入醋，一边搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。
一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药制备方法，其特征在于将药物外搽在创口周围及肿胀青紫处，一日三次。
综上所述，本发明的有益效果是治疗毒蛇咬伤效果好，达到解毒抗毒，泻火驱风，祛湿化瘀，消肿定痛的效果。

为更好地理解本发明，下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体阐述，但不理解为对本发明的限定，对于本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容的一些非本质的改进与调整，也视为落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1：
本实施例的一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其中药材料组分比：
七叶一支花30g，半边莲30g，雄黄8g，五灵脂8g，苏木8g，川芎8g，黄柏10g，野菊花10g，葛根10g，枯矾8g，八角莲10g，白醋200ml。
上述一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药制备方法，按照以下步骤进行：
将七叶一支花30g，半边莲30g，雄黄8g，五灵脂8g，苏木8g，川芎8g，黄柏10g，野菊花10g，葛根10g，枯矾8g，八角莲10g粉碎后混合，置于容器中，一边加入醋，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
实例2：
1.临床资料
1.1一般资料：90例患者，年龄1-72岁，平均年龄43岁。咬伤部位：下肢46例，上肢34例，头颈部10例。
1.2治疗方法
1)伤口处理：局部常规清创排毒，保持湿润，引流。
2)外敷：创口周围及肿胀青紫处用实施例1药物外敷，每日三次。
1.3疗效标准
全身中毒症状消失，患肢肿胀消退，瘀斑消退，止痛效果好。
2.结果
本组90例患者应用本疗法的治愈率100％。轻度患者平均消肿时间4h，瘀斑平均消退时间9h，平均止痛时间8h。中度患者平均消肿时间11h，瘀斑平均消退时间20h，平均止痛时间15h。重度患者平均消肿时间14h，瘀斑平均消退28h，平均止痛时间26h。与季德胜蛇药片外用相比，在消肿时间、瘀斑消退时间、止痛时间和治愈时间方面，均有明显的优势。

实施例3：将下列各组(A-K)制得的药物与实施例1制得的治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药相比，平均消肿时间比实施例1长至少30％以上，瘀斑平均消退时间比实施例1长至少42％以上，平均止痛时间均比实施例1要长至少48％以上，各组(A-K)药物具体如下：
A、七叶一支花140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
B、半边莲140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
C、雄黄140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
D、五灵脂140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
E、苏木140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
F、川芎140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
G、黄柏140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
H、野菊花140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
I、葛根140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
J、枯矾140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。
K、八角莲140g粉碎后，置于容器中，一边加入白醋200ml，一边慢慢搅拌，直到调成糊状软膏。即可外敷在创口周围及肿胀青紫处。

1.一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其特征在于，其中药材料组分比为：七叶一支花30-40g，半边莲30-40g，雄黄8-15g，五灵脂8-15g，苏木8-15g，川芎8-15g，黄柏10-20g，野菊花10-20g，葛根10-20g，枯矾8-15g，八角莲10-20g，白醋200-250ml。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其特征在于，其中药材料组分比为：七叶一支花30-35g，半边莲30-35g，雄黄8-12g，五灵脂8-12g，苏木8-12g，川芎8-12g，黄柏10-25g，野菊花10-15g，葛根10-15g，枯矾8-12g，八角莲10-15g，白醋200-250ml。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药，其特征在于，其中药材料组分比为：七叶一支花30g，半边莲30g，雄黄8g，五灵脂8g，苏木8，川芎8，黄柏10g，野菊花10g，葛根10g，枯矾8g，八角莲10g，白醋200ml。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种治疗毒蛇咬伤的中药的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：将上述份量比七叶一枝花，半边莲，雄黄，五灵脂，苏木，川芎，黄柏，野菊花，葛根，枯矾，八角莲粉碎，过筛，混合，置于容器中，加白醋调成糊状软膏。
