Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂,涉及农药制剂技术领域。本发明由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,杀虫作用力增强,有利于克服和延缓虫害抗药性的产生,并且增加了杀虫范围;本发明的药效大幅度提高,具有持续防治效果,降低了生产和使用成本,减少农药残留和环境污染;本发明利用左旋α‑松油醇优良的渗透性等理化性能,与二卤代吡唑酰胺、虱螨脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混合后,增加了农药有效成分在昆虫、植物体表的渗透、展着、湿润能力,提高了防治效果,减少了有效成分的浪费。

技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂。
背景技术
甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,是一种高效、广谱、残效期长的优良杀虫杀螨剂,其作用机理阻碍害虫运动神经信息传递而使身体麻痹死亡。作用方式以胃毒为主触杀作用,对作物无内吸性能,但能有效渗入施用作物表皮组织,因而具有较长残效期。对防治鳞翅目、螨类、鞘翅目及同翅目害虫有极高活性,在土壤和水中易降解无残留,不污染环境,在常规剂量范围内对有益昆虫及天敌、人、畜安全,可与大部分农药混用。在实际应用过程中,由于长期使用甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐单剂,造成害虫抗性逐年上升,使用成本增大等的风险。
虱螨脲是一种通过摄入后起作用的蜕皮抑制剂,该药作用于产下后24小时内的卵、低龄幼虫和高龄幼虫。抑制昆虫脱皮、杀虫、杀卵效果好。对多种作物上的鳞翅目害虫有特效,主要防治甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、甘蓝夜蛾、小菜蛾、棉铃虫、豆荚螟、瓜绢螟、烟青虫、蓟马、锈螨、柑橘潜叶蛾、飞虱等,可作为抗性治理的药剂使用。
二卤代吡唑酰胺是康宽衍生物,属3-卤代乙氧基吡唑酰胺类化合物,能高效激活昆虫细胞内的鱼尼丁受体,与之结合,导致该受体通道非正常长时间开放,从而过度释放细胞内的钙离子,导致昆虫肌肉麻痹,最后瘫痪死亡。二卤代吡唑酰胺对二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、小菜蛾、棉铃虫、菜青虫、夜蛾类等害虫防治效果显著。
微乳剂是几年来开发出的一种新的液态制剂,属于水基型制剂的一种,它以水为介质,借分散、乳化等作用对不溶于水的有效活性组分,通过匀化工艺,将其均匀分散在水中,形成水包油型的热力学稳定体系。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂,包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐0.5%-8%,二卤代吡唑酰胺0.05%-6%,虱螨脲1%-28%,左旋α-松油醇2%-4%,生物表面活性剂5%-10%,增效剂2%-8%,溶剂2%-8%,稳定剂0-2%,补足水至100%。
进一步的,所述生物表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂、烷基糖苷、槐糖脂、海藻糖脂和蔗糖酯中的一种或两种按任意比例混合。
进一步的,所述增效剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀硫磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
进一步的,所述溶剂为二甲苯、环己酮、环己醇、乙二醇、丙二醇和DMF中的任意一种或两种以上复配。
进一步的,所述稳定剂可选用环氧氯丙烷、MPD、磷酸三丁酯、硫酸铵盐,磷酸酯、环氧植物油中的一种或多种组合。
进一步的,含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
1、原料称取:按质量百分比称取0.5%-8%的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,0.05%-6%的二卤代吡唑酰胺,1%-28%的虱螨脲,2%-4%的左旋α-松油醇,5%-10%的生物表面活性剂,2%-8%的增效剂,2%-8%的溶剂, 0-2%的稳定剂和余量的水;
2、混合溶液制备:将步骤1中称取好的原料置于混合釜中,在60-80r/min转速下搅拌30-50min,得到均匀透明溶液;
3、过滤:将步骤2中均匀透明溶液经过40-80目筛过筛,得到含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混合而成的微乳剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂,由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,杀虫作用力增强,有利于克服和延缓虫害抗药性的产生,并且增加了杀虫范围;本发明的药效大幅度提高,具有持续防治效果,降低了生产和使用成本,减少农药残留和环境污染;本发明利用左旋α-松油醇优良的渗透性等理化性能,与二卤代吡唑酰胺、虱螨脲和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混合后,增加了农药有效成分在昆虫、植物体表的渗透、展着、湿润能力,提高了防治效果,减少了有效成分的浪费。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所提供的含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂,包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐5%,二卤代吡唑酰胺5%,虱螨脲15%,左旋α-松油醇3%,生物表面活性剂8%,增效剂5%,溶剂5%,稳定剂1%,补足水至100%。
所述生物表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂和海藻糖脂的混合物。
所述增效剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。
所述溶剂为二甲苯和丙二醇的复配物。
所述稳定剂为环氧氯丙烷、硫酸铵盐和环氧植物油的组合物。
含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
1、原料称取:按质量百分比称取5%的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,5%的二卤代吡唑酰胺,15%的虱螨脲,3%的左旋α-松油醇,8%的生物表面活性剂,5%的增效剂,5%的溶剂,1%的稳定剂和余量的水;
2、混合溶液制备:将步骤1中称取好的原料置于混合釜中,在80r/min转速下搅拌30min,得到均匀透明溶液;
3、过滤:将步骤2中均匀透明溶液经过60目筛过筛,得到含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混合而成的微乳剂。
将制得的微乳剂在田间试验,防治对象为芒果的蓟马,用药量为50kg/500m2,采用手动喷雾器均匀喷洒,分别于药前、药后1天、3天、7天各进行一次残留虫数调查,同时观察药剂对芒果有无药害产生。
防治效果(%)=[1-(对照区药前虫数×试验区药后虫数)/(对照区药后虫数×试验区药前虫数)] ×100。

田间试验结果表明,药后1/3/7天,防治效果在89%-99%之间,试验药剂对芒果生长安全,无药害现象发生。

Claims (6)

1.一种含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐0.5%-8%,二卤代吡唑酰胺0.05%-6%,虱螨脲1%-28%,左旋α-松油醇2%-4%,生物表面活性剂5%-10%,增效剂2%-8%,溶剂2%-8%,稳定剂0-2%,补足水至100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的微乳剂,其特征在于,所述生物表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂、烷基糖苷、槐糖脂、海藻糖脂和蔗糖酯中的一种或两种按任意比例混合。
3.如权利要求1所述的微乳剂,其特征在于,所述增效剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀硫磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的微乳剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为二甲苯、环己酮、环己醇、乙二醇、丙二醇和DMF中的任意一种或两种以上复配。
5.如权利要求1所述的微乳剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂可选用环氧氯丙烷、MPD、磷酸三丁酯、硫酸铵盐、磷酸酯、环氧植物油中的一种或多种组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的微乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
步骤1、原料称取:按质量百分比称取0.5%-8%的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,0.05%-6%的二卤代吡唑酰胺,1%-28%的虱螨脲,2%-4%的左旋α-松油醇,5%-10%的生物表面活性剂,2%-8%的增效剂,2%-8%的溶剂, 0-2%的稳定剂和余量的水;
步骤2、混合溶液制备:将步骤1中称取好的原料置于混合釜中,在60-80r/min转速下搅拌30-50min,得到均匀透明溶液;
步骤3、过滤:将步骤2中均匀透明溶液经过40-80目筛过筛,得到含有二卤代吡唑酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混合而成的微乳剂。
