使用者的手未使得磁场信号变化,命令控制装置5可因此考虑由电容检测表面2接收到的命令信号,以将命令信号传送到处理单元。
相反地,接近电容检测表面2的、具有铁磁性特性的任何金属物体(诸如使用者的钥匙或移动电话)使得磁场产生装置3的场线B偏斜,如在图6、7和8中可见。由测量装置4测得的磁场值由此被改变。该磁场值更高,这是因为具有铁磁性特性的金属物体使得由测量装置4测得的场线B聚集。以该方式,命令装置1允许不考虑不期望的命令,例如来源于钥匙或移动电话在电容检测表面2上的接触的命令。
此外,可以按照FMVSS 118标准进行球体测试。实际上,一些标准(尤其是美国的一些标准)规定触感命令系统(特别是用于机动车辆的)不通过错误而被激活。例如,美国的与该类型的触感命令模块的可靠性有关的FMVSS 118标准(联邦机动车辆安全标准)规定执行所谓的球体测试。在该测试中,以不超过135牛顿(30磅力(livres))的力按压球体11抵靠窗户、隔板、或顶板的触感命令板面。在该测试期间,窗户、隔板、或顶板的关闭不应被激活。该测试在图1和图6至8中示出。球体11由不锈钢制成,具有20mm+/-0.2mm的半径,并具有在8至4微英寸范围内的表面光洁度。该测试的球体11模型化了在电容检测表面2上的不期望的命令。
当在命令装置1上实施球体测试时,由钢制成的球体11被按压抵靠电容检测表面2,以命令诸如窗户、隔板、或顶板的打开/关闭的功能。在由钢制成的球体11在电容检测表面2上接近时,球体11使得场线偏斜,改变磁场值。该磁场由测量装置4测量,并被传送到命令控制装置5。同样地,由已经检测到球体11的电容检测表面2发出的命令信号被传送到命令控制装置5。磁场测量值指示其超过预定阈值,命令控制装置5不考虑由电容检测表面2接收到的命令信号,不将该命令信号传送到处理单元。由此,通过对磁场的预定阈值的足够精确的校准或确定,命令装置1允许通过按照FMVSS118标准的球体测试。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于命令机动车辆的部件的至少一个功能的命令装置,包括被配置为用于检测使用者的手动命令的电容检测表面(2),其特征在于,所述命令装置还包括用于检测具有铁磁性特性的物体的检测装置,所述检测装置包括:
至少一个磁场产生装置(3),其被配置为在所述电容检测表面(2)处产生磁场,
至少一个测量装置(4),其用于测量由所述磁场产生装置(3)产生的磁场,和
命令控制装置(5),其连接到所述测量装置(4)和所述电容检测表面(2),且被配置为根据在检测所述命令的过程中由所述测量装置(4)测得的磁场控制由所述电容检测表面(2)发出的命令信号。
2.根据前一项权利要求所述的命令装置,其中,所述磁场产生装置(3)包括永磁体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的命令装置,其中,所述测量装置(4)包括霍尔效应探测器。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的命令装置,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括彼此相距地设置的多个测量装置(4)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的命令装置,其特征在于,所述测量装置(4)和/或所述磁场产生装置(3)设置在所述电容检测表面(2)的后方,在用于检测命令的那一侧的相反侧。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的命令装置,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括铁磁性元件(9),所述铁磁性元件(9)在所述磁场产生装置(3)和所述测量装置(4)之间延伸,以将磁场线(B)引向所述测量装置(4)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的命令装置,其特征在于,所述命令装置被配置为命令机动车辆的开合件的打开和/或关闭。
8.一种借助于根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的命令装置来命令机动车辆的部件的至少一个功能的命令方法,其特征在于,所述命令方法包括以下步骤:
在所述电容检测表面(2)处产生磁场,
检测由外部元件做出的命令并发出命令信号,
根据在检测所述命令期间在所述电容检测表面处测得的磁场控制由所述电容检测表面(2)发射的命令信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的命令方法,其特征在于,由所述电容检测表面(2)发出的所述命令信号于在检测所述命令的过程中所测得的磁场小于预定阈值时被考虑。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的命令方法,其特征在于,由所述电容检测表面(2)发出的所述命令信号于在检测所述命令的过程中所测得的磁场大于预定阈值时产生命令的降级模式。
11.根据权利要求8或9所述的命令方法,其特征在于,于在检测所述命令的过程中所测得的磁场大于预定阈值时,发出警报或诊断信号。
