本发明公开一种抽屉座,包括用以收容电子卡且围设有收容空间的本体部、位于所述本体部后端的推抵件及设于所述本体部内的装载壳体,所述装载壳体与所述推抵件组装连接,所述本体部一体成型于所述装载壳体和所述推抵件外部。

抽屉座及其制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明关于一种抽屉座,尤其是指一种制程简便的抽屉座及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
参照台湾新型第TWM471068号专利公开的一种可插入电子卡连接器的卡座。所述卡座包括一装载壳体、一前盖及一对固定块。。所述前盖大致呈长条块状,其后表面上下两端分别向后凸伸形成一对挡持板,前盖之挡持板对应装载壳体之贯穿孔设有上下贯穿挡持板的固定孔。卡座之装载壳体前端夹持于前盖两挡持板之间,固定块穿过固定孔及贯穿孔将装载壳体固定于前盖上。参照台湾新型第TWM509895号专利公开的一种可插入电子卡连接器的电子卡装载壳体。所述电子卡装载壳体包含至少一个电子卡置放槽、位于该电子卡置放槽前方的安装座和枢接该安装座的操作柄。所述操作柄可转动操作。
但是,实际使用电子卡装载壳体时,需要安全准确的将电子卡放置在所述电子卡装载壳体内并推入电子装置内,活动性的装载壳体头部不利于准确取出装载壳体。在反插装载壳体的电子装置中,现有技术中的装载壳体制程复杂,使用不便。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的抽屉座,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种抽屉座,其可安全取出且制程方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开一种抽屉座,包括用以收容电子卡且围设有收容空间的本体部、位于所述本体部后端的推抵件及设于所述本体部内的装载壳体,所述装载壳体与所述推抵件组装连接,所述本体部一体成型于所述装载壳体和所述推抵件外部。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的抽屉座改善制程,从而使得抽屉座能够稳定进出电子装置,且制程简便,利于大量生产。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合附图图1至图3介绍本发明抽屉座100的具体实施方式。本说明书中所涉及方向皆以图1为参考。
请参阅图2和图3所示,本发明抽屉座100,用以插设收容电子卡(未标号)并安装在一电子装置(未图示)内,包括矩形框形状的本体部1、固持于本体部1一端的推抵部2及与所述本体部一体成型于的装载壳体3。定义推抵部2一端为后端。
参阅图2和图5所示,所述本体部1包括框体部11及横梁12。所述框体部11内部设有容纳电子卡的收容空间10。所述横梁12不连续设置的,并将所述收容空间10分隔成两块。所述框体部11后端开设有若干通孔13。所述框体部11两侧前端设有凹槽14,用以扣持所述抽屉座100使得抽屉座100稳定安置在电子装置内。
所述推抵件2包括平板状的按压部21及自按压部21向前延伸形成的突出部22。所述突出部22可卡合在所述本体部1的通孔13内。
所述装载壳体3大致为矩形金属片,一体成型于所述本体部内,且自所述收容空间10露出。所述推抵部2及装载壳体3由金属材料制成。
本发明抽屉座100的制程过程如下:成型推抵件2及装载壳体3,所述推抵件2组装定位于所述装载壳体3上,并铆合连接所述推抵件2与所述装载壳体3,在所述装载壳体3与推抵件2外部一体成型本体部1,所述本体部1包裹所述推抵件2与所述装载壳体3铆合部,并在所述装载壳体3四周形成框架结构。

Claims (6)

1.一种抽屉座,包括用以收容电子卡且围设有收容空间的本体部、位于所述本体部后端的推抵件及设于所述本体部内的装载壳体,其特征在于:所述装载壳体与所述推抵件组装连接,所述本体部一体成型于所述装载壳体和所述推抵件外部。
2.如权利要求1所述的抽屉座,其特征在于:所述推抵件与所述装载壳体铆合连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的抽屉座,其特征在于:所述本体部呈框架状,令所述装载壳体自所述本体部中部露出。
4.如权利要求1所述的抽屉座,其特征在于:所述本体部具有横梁,所述横梁不连续设置而将所述收容空间分隔为两部分。
5.一种抽屉座的制造方法,包括:
a.提供一装载壳体及推抵件,所述推抵件铆合安装在所述装载壳体一端;
b.在所述推抵件及装载壳体外部一体成型一本体部。
6.如权利要求5所述的抽屉座的制造方法,其特征在于:所述本体部呈框架状包裹所述装载壳体边缘,所述装载壳体覆盖在所述收容空间底部。
