日常生活中常用的齿轮类零件种类较多,其通用于各个领域,这类结构件的结构较为简单,起到的作用非常大。随着工业的迅速发展,各类连接器的市场需求也越来越大,高品质的连接器将成为市场发展的主流方向,具有较强的市场竞争力。因此,研究一种结构简单,方便实用的电动车用零件是当前研究的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,方便实用的电动车用零件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电动车用零件,其特征是:该零件为一体式结构,零件外周均匀分布有半圆形凸起,零件中心具有凸台;所述凸台外周具有弧形凸起,凸台中心具有安装孔。
所述凸起的厚度为10-20mm;半圆形凸起的数量为10-12个。
有益效果:本发明的电动车用零件的结构较为简单,使用较为安全,成本低廉,适于规模化推广。

所述弧形凸起3的厚度为20mm;半圆形凸起1的数量为10个,该零件表面涂覆有抗氧化层。
